David M. Curtis' Pledge to Ron and Ron's Response to
David, Bryan Bissell, Wendell Slattery, Karl Wagner, and Pastor A. Leroy
Moore
Dear Reader,
David M. Curtis, of The Loud Cry Ministries, sent me the following pledge
on December 28, 2004. I had requested that David post my responses to him on
his WebSite and provide a point by point refutation
of my correspondence to him. I told him this is a reasonable and fair request
because I post his responses to me on my Website. Thus far, David has
posted only his responses to me on his WebSite.
Below is his pledge to fulfill that precise request and my response to
David's pledge to fulfill my request.
P.S. Just in over the wire from David M. Curtis,
Dec. 29, 10:90 P.M., 04:
Brother Ron! I respect you! You are a student. Keep up the good work. Have
a good night!
David
Ron's response: David, you likewise are a student of the Word. I respect
you also and pray for you and yours daily. May God and His Holy Spirit aid us
both in retaining that mutual respect as we endeavor to interpret His Word
aright which is my only purpose and every prayer in all of this.
Now David's response of December 28, 2004:
Hello Brother Ron,
Thank you for investing all the time you have replying to my web site.
Your request is both fair and reasonable.
I ask for your patience do to the fact I have several pressing matters my
ministry handles on a daily bases. I have one man who sent me a 100 page
document he is waiting for a point by point reply on. I have a new sermon I
preach every night in my chat room that is recorded for my web site. I am
chief administrator of the Forum on my site, and need to reply to all of
those posts as well. In addition daily I recieve
emails with questions and
comments that require attention. This is not including work I do to provide
a roof over my head. SO I have a full plate pretty much all the time.
I do not find it best to post everything you have sent me until I have time
to evaluate it point by point and reply point by point. There are many
things you sent me I agree with. I agree with all that the S O P says. I do
not however find your conclusions valid concerning Isaiah 4. I replied to
this on my web site.
I too have 10 pages posted full of hundreds of S O P quotes. It will take
you a while to respond point by point to everything I have posted just as
much as it will take me some time to do the same for what you have sent me.
This is going to take time. Please be patient.
At present I do not find this my highest priority, since the foundation of
your theory resting on Isaiah 4 seems to me to be on shaky ground, and not
well supported neither wisely interpreted to be the 7 churches of Rev 2,3. I
appreciate your research.
Your replies have been rapid, and I am confident it is because you have been
teaching this for a long time and were able to copy and paste much of what
you sent me.
I however will have to write my replies point by point and that will take
care and time. I appreciate your patience.
BLESSINGS IN THE LORD!!!!
David M. Curtis
Ron Beaulieu's response to David Curtis' pledge:
David,
Thank you for you kind reply. I understand your busy schedule and will be
patient. I am thankful to you and to God that you believe my request is
fair and just. I am sure neither of us want to be guilty of the following
statement:
"In the very courts of the temple, scenes will be enacted that few
realize.
God's people will be proved and tested, that He may discern 'between him
that serveth God and him that serveth Him not.' Vengeance will be executed
against those who sit in the gate, deciding what the people should have and
what they should not have. These take away the key of knowledge. They refuse
to enter in themselves, and those who would enter in they
hinder. These bear
not the seal of the living God. All who now occupy responsible positions
should be solemnly and terribly afraid lest in this time they shall be found
as unfaithful stewards." E.G. White, Manuscript 15, 1886, Paulson
Collection, p. 55.
Please try to keep in mind that my interpretation of Isaiah 4:1-4, is not
private. The SDA Bible Commentary gives a similar option. God showed me
in vision my interpretation, but I certainly do not expect you to accept or
believe that. But if you consider every word in verse 1-4, especially the
words "When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters
of
Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by
the spirit of judgment, and the spirit of burning, (compare with Ezekiel
22:17-31), and if you define Zion correctly, you will be FORCED to the same
conclusion I come to. The daughters of Zion are the seven women of verse 1.
Zion is the bride. The daughters are guests at the wedding and Zion is the
bride, The Great Controversy, 426, 427. If guests they cannot be the bride
Ellen White states. Also, the bride awakens the ten virgins, COL, 405-6. I
pray God will guide you in studying out these passages. Thank you
immensely for any time and consideration you give to my findings.
God bless you and yours,
Ron Beaulieu
P.S. I hereby add the following questions to
David M. Curtis, Wendell Slattery and Bryan Bissell, who is the son of an SDA
Minister and theology Professor:
I have added a few questions to the list I gave to Cinfidential.
I hereby ask the gentlemen listed in the heading of this document, all of the
following questions in the Spirit of 1 Peter 3:15:
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and [be] ready always to [give]
an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you
with meekness and fear.
The above verse places a God ordained obligation upon all Christians to fullfill that instruction. Now the questions: :
- Was A.D. 70 the worst
thing God ever did or will ever do again? Ezekiel 5:9?
- What did Jerusalem
represent in Ezekiel 9, A.D. 70?
- Did Ellen White call
A.D. 70, the destruction of Jerusalem, a PREFIGURE, p. 25 GC?
- Who was gathered into
the Midst of Jerusalem for burning and melting, Ezekiel 22:17-31 in the
PREFIGURE?
- If the apostate
"chosen" Jews were the PREFIGURE TYPE, who only could qualify
as the ANTITYPE?
- Who left whom in A.D.
70?
- Why did the good
leave?
- Where did they go?
- If that is to be
literally repeated, beginning with SDA's, how come it is repeated if all
the bad are shaken out?
- Who is the greater
light, Ezekiel or Ellen White?
- Does Ellen White
contradict Ezekiel 22:17-31?
- Is a PREFIGURE safe to
follow?
- Was Ezekiel
church-bashing? Was Jeremiah? Was Isaiah? Was Christ? Were His
disciples? Was Ellen White?
- What apostasies do you
sigh and cry about?
- What is the Omega of
Apostasy?
- Who removes God in the
Omega?
- Where does it occur?
- Why does Ezekiel 9
begin "at My Sanctuary," if all the bad are purged from its
borders during the shaking?
- In COL, 405-6, who is
the bride that awakens the ten virgins?
- Who are the ten
virgins as opposed to the bride who awakens them?
- Is only Mother Rome
Babylon? Do her daughters teach all her abominations?
- Did the apostate Jews
teach all the doctrines of Rome?
- Were they called the
Synagogue of Satan anyway?
- If Satan is the Father
and Rome is the mother, who are the sons and who are the daughters of
Satan's Synagogue?
- Was Ezekiel 5:9 COMPLETELY
fulfilled in A.D. 70, at the Destruction of Jerusalem, or is the worst
thing God has ever done or will ever do again at the end-time, per
Matthew 24:21?
- Do Ellen White's
statements about the SDA church militant becoming a cage of every
unclean and hateful bird, refer to the CONDITION that it could become a
sister to fallen Babylon? If not, why not? What do those statements
mean?
