Original Message ----- From: Martin Eldon To: Adventist-fm@yahoogroups.com Sent: Monday, August 18, 2003 2:46 PM Subject: [Adventist-fm] Re: RONS SAYS JESUS IS THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!

Ron states: Ellen White was saying that they were not the same person; that Christ Jesus is another person, but she also called Christ Jehovah. If she was wrong, she was contradicting the following passage:

Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. What?! The Mighty God--The EVERLASTING FATHER? I rest my case.

Martin replies: LOL [Laughing Out Loud], your as confused as EGW herself! If Jesus isn't the Almighty GOD, then he isn't the Almighty GOD. There is NOT one verse in the bible that teaches that.

Mighty God does not mean THE GOD ALMIGHTY. There are many 'mighty gods'. The Hebrew Judges were called gods. Jesus is NOT "God the Father", your strange if you believe that.

RON, I am wiping the dust from my feet concerning you. You are a heretic and a false prophet. I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ, and I pray that he has mercy upon you before it is everlasting too late.

Sincerely,

Martin Eldon

Ron Beaulieu's Response to Martin Eldon

The central thesis of Martin Eldon's teaching on the Godhead, is that the Father is the ONE GOD ALMIGHTY--that there is NO OTHER God Almighty. He says, as you have just read above, that: "There is NOT one verse in the bible that teaches that."

Martin bases his errant personal opinion theory on the Godhead primarily on one verse in the Bible, wherein Jesus said that the Father is greater than He:

Jhn 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come [again] unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

During Christ's sojourn on earth, He took a subservient role and that is why Christ said that His Father was greater than He. But that was only while on this earth. After being glorified by the Father, Christ became the Alpha and Omega, the Almighty God. Notice:

Phl 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

The Sword of Elijah to Martin Eldon's Jugular

I have now put the Elijah two-edged sword to Martin's jugular proven beyond any possible doubt that Martin Eldon's central thesis to his theory of the Godhead is totally errant and contradictory to Scripture. He says that there is not one verse in the Bible that names Christ as God Almighty. I therefore ask you to read and study the following verses and Ellen White statement:

"The Alpha and Omega.--When the students of prophecy shall set hearts to know the truth of Revelation, they will realize what an importance is attached to this search. Christ Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega, the Genesis of the Old Testament, and the Revelation of the New." E.G. White, SDA Bible Commentary, Vol. 6, 1092.

Jesus Agrees With Ellen White That He is the Alpha and Omega

"And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." Revelation 22:12, 13.

Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about [him]; and [they were] full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

Rev 11:17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

Rev 1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send [it] unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

Rev 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

Rev 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

2Cr 6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Jesus is our Father and we are His Children. He is the husband and Zion is His wife. They have sons and daughters, Isaiah 62.

To the Followers of Fred Allaback, Lynnford Beachy, Allen Stump, Bill Stringfellow, Rachel Cory-Kuehl, David Clayton, William Grotheer, and Martin Eldon, who all teach as Martin on the Godhead:

I say "come out from them" who teach the greatest heresy known to man--The Omega Heresy. They do not know their Bible well enough to know that Jesus Christ is the Almighty God. They are not fit teachers of the sheep followers. They do not deserve your support either theologically or financially. They are false teachers.

The Greatest Implication and Motive of Their Teaching

The real underlying implication and motive for a wrong teaching on the Godhead, is that without a correct teaching on this issue, we are left powerless to overcome sin. That is as some wish. They want justification (pardon) only. They do not want the gift of grace as it applies to obedience and overcoming, Romans 1:5. Yes, in this verse, grace is given also for obedience. So grace is a twofold gift--power for obedience and pardon for sin. One is for sanctification and the other for justification. Both the Trinity doctrine and the doctrine of the above named fellows, is antichrist and contrary not only to the gift of Christ's life for overcoming, but the gift of His life eternally as an eternal payment for the wages of sin. Without that sacrifice, that gift, there has been no atonement and no power for overcoming. Satan is laughing! That is why Martin uses the computer term LOL all the time, which is computer shorthand for "Laughing out Loud." Martin has been doing a lot of laughing until now. But when hit with this evidence, his laughter will turn to something else. Praise be to God for the truth--the pure truth. Eldon will now have to deny Scripture that says that Christ is Almighty God. Will he do so? I prophesy that He will.

The trinity doctrine arrives at the same conclusion as the doctrine of the above named individuals. Why? Because it denies that the Son of God sacrificed His pure divine estate life and soul eternally at His Incarnation to become FULLY DIVINE AND FULLY HUMAN in another body prepared by the Father. Without that eternal sacrifice, there has been no atonement, because the Everlasting Covenant demands the death of the Testator, and that death, which is supposed to Atone for sin and its wages, is eternal death, the penalty all non-repentant sinners pay. Without some form of eternal death on the part of the Testator, there has been no Atonement--No fulfillment of the Sanctuary Service. Thus, Ellen White could write in the Alpha of Apostasy, (and so it is in the Omega of Apostasy)--as follows:

Sanctuary Gone Atonement Gone -- "In a representation which passed before me, I saw a certain work being done by medical missionary workers. Our ministering brethren were looking on, watching what was being done, but they did not seem to understand. The foundation of our faith, which was established by so much prayer, such earnest searching of the Scriptures, was being taken down, pillar by pillar. Our faith was to have nothing to rest upon--the sanctuary was gone, the atonement was gone." E.G. White, The Upward Look, 152.

Ellen White's Heavenly Trio is Correct

Ellen White's Heavenly Trio is totally correct. Satan's counterfeit is designed to subterfuge the three persons of the Godhead--The Father--The Son before Incarnation and the Son after His Incarnation. At His Incarnation, the Son laid aside His pure Divinity only state of Being--His Holy Spirit life and soul, essence, substance for two purposes:

  • As an eternal sacrifice (Atonement) in payment for the wages of sin, which is eternal death.
  • As a regenerating gift to us that we might partake of that Mind for the purpose of being restored to the image of God.
He became the Son of God in a New Sense, says Ellen White. He took upon Himself FULL DIVINITY AND FULL HUMANITY in another body form. That body form is cumbered by humanity forever. That is a sacrifice in and of itself.

“Cumbered with humanity Christ could not be in every place personally, therefore it was altogether for their advantage that He should leave them to go to His Father and send the Holy Spirit to be His successor on earth. The Holy Spirit is Himself divested of the personality of humanity and independent thereof. He would represent Himself as present in all places by His Holy Spirit.” E.G. White, (Manuscript Releases Volume 14 (No’s 1081-1135) MR No.1084.

Humanity cumbered the omnipresence of the Son, so it was then, at the Incarnation, that His Holy Spirit life and soul essence, substance, became His successor on earth. Before the Incarnation, the Holy Spirit was the ONE ETERNAL SPIRIT of the Father and the Son, and was exerted as an influence from them both. But after the Son's Incarnation, He laid aside that life for us as a regenerating gift, without which His death on the cross would have been of no avail, because there would have been no cure for sin. The cross would only have justified a continuum of sin forever without the gift of the Son's Divine Nature life and soul, for the purposes of overcoming sin. This was the greatest good, crowing gift, says Ellen White, and so it was. Without this gift, His death on the cross would have been to no avail:

"The Spirit was given as a regenerating agency, and without this the sacrifice of Christ would have been of no avail." E.G. White, Review and Herald, May 19, 1904, The Promise of the Spirit, pr. 3,

"Christ declared that after his ascension, he would send to his church, as his crowning gift, the Comforter, who was to take his place. This Comforter is the Holy Spirit,--the soul of his life, the efficacy of his church, the light and life of the world. With his Spirit Christ sends a reconciling influence and a power that takes away sin.
In the gift of the Spirit [HIS LIFE--THE SOUL OF HIS LIFE], Jesus gave to man the highest good that heaven could bestow....
The Spirit was given as a regenerating agency, and without this the sacrifice of Christ would have been of no avail....
It is by the Spirit that the heart is made pure. Through the Spirit the believer becomes a partaker of the divine nature. Christ has given his Spirit as a divine power to overcome all hereditary and cultivated tendencies to evil, and to impress his own character upon the church." E.G. White, Review and Herald Articles, May 19, 1904, vol. 5, p. 42.

I rest my case.
