SDA
Heresies on Ezekiel 9 Being Taught on the World Wide Internet
Click to go to our Home PageDear Reader, The following heresies are being taught
on SDA Internet Forums on the Internet. The below posting is fraught with
errors. It sounds exactly like the past despotic interpretations of Ulicia Ulrike
Unruh, for she has always maintained that the
sealing of the saints must occur within the midsts of apostate Jerusalem. She
believes that is what Ezekiel 9 is saying, but that is not what occurred in
the first fulfillment of Ezekiel 9, circa A.D. 27-70, and that is not what
will occur in the next literal fulfillment of Ezekiel 9, according to Ellen
G. White. The misconceptions all stem from a
wrong interpretation of the true identity of Zion, the bethulah (strictly
pure) virgin bride of Christ, Isaiah 62, compared with the church militants
who house the wise and foolish virgins. Sinners are shaken out of Zion, by
Zion, the pure, SDA church triumphant, Ezekiel 20:34-38, while apostate
Jerusalem, imposter “zion,” is destroyed in another literal fulfillment of
Ezekiel 9 and 22:17-31. The misconceptions stem from an inability to properly
distinguish between the church militant and the church triumphant. Ellen
White warned that those who do this make a great mistake! I comment below the writers
comments in this
color print. Ron ----- Original Message ----- From: Confidential To: <SDAIssues@yahoogroups.com Sent: Wednesday, September 19, 2007

stand in Way of the New Movement? This was posted on another forum....
Ron responds: · The New Movement, New Organization is
described as being formed "among" the SDA structure. It is GC men
who have formed the New Movement, New Organization. · In other parts of the statement Ellen
White said: OUR RELIGION WOULD BE CHANGED. It has. Two different gospels are
being taught. · · · · · · · · · In the PREFIGURE of the
last literal fulfillment of Ezekiel 9, there was an apostate church
involved and the good left that church. So it will be in any FUTURE LITERAL
FULFILLMENT OF EZEKIEL Yes, the
remnant will survive. But they will not survive while the denomination
collapses. According to Ellen White's repeated assurance, they will
survive while the apostate majority leaves the church (see 4T 89; 2SM 380;
20MR 320; GC 608). Ron responds: A remnant will survive
under the same conditions it survived in the A.D. 27-70 PREFIGURE TYPE of
Ezekiel 9. A faithful remnant will leave all
Laodicean fallen churches. The only thing a church has to do to fall is
remain Laodicean. Ellen White said that all the professing Christian churches
are Laodicean. A faithful remnant will come out of all of them because
according to Isaiah 4:1-4, that are all doing their own thing at the end
time. Seven women in those verses, means all formally organized professing
Christian churches. Isaiah 37:31, 31 will accrue. Ezekiel 22:17-31 will
accrue as an antitypical fulfillment of the PREFIGURE TYPE. In the TYPE, the bad were gathered into
the midst’s of apostate
Jerusalem, Ezekiel 22:17-31. So it will be in the next LITERAL fulfillment of
Ezekiel 9: "Study the 9th chapter of Ezekiel. These words will be literally fulfilled yet the time is
passing, and the people are asleep. They refuse to humble their souls and to
be converted. Not a great while longer will the Lord bear with the people who
have such great and important truths revealed to them, but who refuse to
bring these truths into their individual experience. The time is short. God
is calling will YOU hear? Will YOU receive His message? Will YOU be converted
before it is too late? Soon, very soon, every case will be decided for
eternity. Letter 106, 1909, pp. 2, 3, 5, 7. (To "The churches in Oakland and Berkeley, September 26,
1909.)" E. G. White Manuscript Releases Volume
One, p. 260. One of the greatest lesson books God has provided is the EXAMPLE of
Israel’s apostasy, which He and Ellen White labeled as a PREFIGURE, The
Great Controversy, p. 25, 1911 edition. The entire first chapter of The
Great Controversy, is a prefigure of the destruction
of the world at the end time, but it all begins AT HIS SANCTUARY, 5T 211, and
Ezekiel 9:5, 6: 5 And
to the others he said in
mine hearing, Go ye
after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: 6 Slay utterly old and young,
both maids, and little children, and
women: but come not near any
man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men
which were before the house.
Ron responds: In the prefigure sealing
of Ezekiel 9, there were two Jerusalem's represented with two headquarters in
Jerusalem. Jesus and His disciples had headquarters there as did the apostate
Jewish church. No one was sealed IN THE MIDSTS
OF the apostate Jerusalem. The faithful were gathered out. Ellen White
said there is a separation from sin and sinners BEFORE the sealing takes
place. The faithful must leave apostate Jerusalem and join with faithful
Jerusalem, the true Zion procession of COL, 405, 406. Ulicia, if you and/or your pastor husband wrote these heresies,
HERE IS PROOF ABSOLUTE THAT "THE SEALED SAINTS ARE NOT TO BE FOUND IN THE MIDST OF THE VERY PLACE WHERE THE
ABOMINATIONS ARE OCCURRING: Ellen White's SDA Bible
Commentary Comments on Ezekiel 9:
"The angel with the writer's ink horn is to place a mark upon the
foreheads of all who are separated from sin and sinners, and the destroying
angel follows this angel" (Letter 12, 1886). {4BC 1161.5} Ellen White says that those who receive the mark of the angel with
the writer's ink horn are separated from sin and sinners. The writers of the
heresies in the post I am responding to, directly contradicts Ellen White by
saying that "THE SEALED WILL BE FOUND IN THE MIDST OF THE VERY PLACE
WHERE THE ABOMINATIONS ARE OCCURRING! That is a diabolical lie. I repeat for emphasis: The
angel with the writer's ink horn is to place a mark upon the foreheads of all
who are separated from sin and sinners, and the destroying angel follows this
angel (Letter 12, 1886). {4BC 1161.5} E.G. White Comments, SDA Bible
Commentary, Ezekiel 9.
Ron responds: The individual
interpreting Zephaniah (above) is totally errant. His/her interpretation
defies and contradicts Ellen White's statement on Ezekiel 9, that there is a
separation from sin and sinners and then the angel puts a mark on all who are
separated. The separated are the faithful remnant and they are described in
Ezekiel 20:34-38. They are brought into covenant with God in the wilderness.
They are true Jerusalem, true Zion, the SDA church triumphant, and it is from
and by them and their LOUD CRY MESSAGE, that the bad, the rebels, are shaken
from the heavenly kingdom of Matthew 13:44 and on, and heavenly Zion, Heb.
12:22, 23. This is the church triumphant which Zephaniah 3 refers to.
Zephaniah is referring to THIS REMNANT of Ezekiel 20:34-38, when it says: "In that day it shall be said to
Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be
slack." Zephaniah 3:16. This finds a corollary
in Isaiah 4:1-4, where the words "he that remains in Jerusalem," According to Isaiah 4:1-4, it can
sounds to the surface reader like God is going to purge the church militant
to leave it pure Zion and Jerusalem. But is that the case. Is that what
happened in the A.D. 27-70 example of the Jews? But all the good applies to
those that are ESCAPED OF ISRAEL, the ESCAPED REMNANT. They are considered as
those who are left in Zion, because Zion is the pure bride of Christ, who is
married, Isaiah 62:1-5. She is True Jerusalem. Only she gets the name New
Jerusalem, Rev. 3:12. The rest are those of imposter, apostate Jerusalem and
Zion, the “seven women” (all formally organized fallen churches—fallen
Laodiceans—foolish virgins) who want to be called “Christian” to take away
their reproach, but are of the synagogue of Satan. 1 And in that day seven women
shall take hold of
one man, saying,
We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to
take away our reproach. 2 In that day shall the branch of the LORD be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of
the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel. 3 And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall
be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem: 4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning. 5 And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire
by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence. 6 And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain. Isaiah 4:1-4, must always agree with Isaiah
37:31, 32, for that is EXACTLY what occurred in the prefigure type. Church militants (co-ed wheat and tare
churches) are famous for making the great mistake of considering themselves
as the church triumphant, that the bad will leave them. This could not be
further from the truth. The bad, the rebels, are shaken from the church
triumphant that is taken to the wilderness and comes into covenant
relationship with God, Ezekiel 20:34-38. "Those who think that the
church militant is the church triumphant make a great mistake." E.G.
White, The Upward Look, 152. Ron
