This document will spell out in simple, precise terms, the great differences between the erroneous and antichrist Trinity doctrine, and the True Godhead. A true teaching on the Godhead will include all the weight of evidence on this all important issue around which all other issues cluster. This issue is so crucial because all other truths cluster around the truth on this issue, that I am going to repeat some things more than once for emphasis and articulation purposes. Also, please remember that the beginning of this document is being added to another document on the same issue. So there will be repetition, but hopefully, this will send the all important truth of this issue home to the reader.

Some are teaching that this subject is a mystery and we should be silent about it. Does it make sense for Ellen White to say the sacrifice involving the atonement, which involved the Incarnation, is the great truth around which all other truths cluster, and then say we must be silent on this issue? Ellen White said we should be silent on the NATURE of Christ’s Holy Spirit, which is something we know nothing of. All we know about the nature of the Holy Spirit is that it is of the ONE ETERNAL SPIRIT. In other words, we are not given to know what the essence and substance of the Holy Spirit consists of, other than it is SPIRIT and that there is ONE SPIRIT, says the Bible.

“The sacrifice of Christ as an atonement for sin is the great truth around which all other truths cluster. In order to be rightly understood and appreciated, every truth in the word of God, from Genesis to Revelation, must be studied in the light that streams from the cross of Calvary. I present before you the great, grand monument of mercy and regeneration, salvation and redemption,--the Son of God uplifted on the cross. This is to be the foundation of every discourse given by our ministers.” Gospel Workers, 315.

There are some serious problems and contradictions to any position on the Godhead that does not weigh every word of the weight of evidence. When every word of the weight of evidence is factored in so that nothing contradicts, all the serious problems and contradictions totally fade away. Here is a list of some of the more serious problems and contradictions that a false view of this issue presents:

1.    Ellen White says that there are three distinct persons to the Godhead. She also says that the Holy Spirit is the soul of the life of Christ. Problem: How is the Holy Spirit a third person distinct from Christ, when He is the soul of the life of Christ? When that questions is properly addressed, a huge mystery involving the Godhead is resolved, and this document will fully answer this “apparent” riddle.

2.    The Bible says that the Covenant is of no strength while the Testator liveth, to wit: Hbr 9:16 For where a testament [is], there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. Hbr 9:17 For a testament [is] of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

3.    Christ was the Testator. The wages of sin is eternal death. How did Christ fulfill the penalty of the wages of sin by returning to life after 3 days and nights in the Tomb? Was it necessary for Christ to die to something forever in order to fulfill the Testator’s Covenant? Is the wages of sin death for 3 days and nights in a tomb?

4.    Every aspect of the earthly Sanctuary has its literal fulfillment in the Heavenly Sanctuary. In the earthly Sanctuary Service, did the animal sacrifice come back to life after it was sacrificed?

5.    Does the Trinity Doctrine (Rome’s version and/or the SDA version) teach a Heavenly Sanctuary Service Sacrifice at the Incarnation which met the prescribed limit of a sacrifice BEFORE the cross per the following statement?: "The darkness rolled away from the Saviour and from the Cross. Christ bowed His head and died. In His Incarnation He had reached the prescribed limit as a sacrifice, but not as a redeemer." E.G. White Manuscript Releases Volume Twelve, p. 409.

6.    How did the Incarnation IN AND OF ITSELF—BEFORE THE CROSS, meet the prescribed limit as a sacrifice? How do we know Ellen White means a prescribed limit was reached before the cross? Because that is when the Incarnation occurred and it was on the cross that man was redeemed from His sin by Christ having taken our sins upon Himself. We will deal with this matter further in this document to show how and what prescribed limit was reached by the Incarnation alone.

7.    Ellen White says that Christ is the Comforter. Yet she says that the Holy Spirit is the Comforter, while saying that both are distinct third persons. How can this be? What is the solution to this riddle?

8.    Ellen White says only the third person can keep us from sinning. The Bible says God raised His son for that purpose. How do we resolve that “apparent” contradiction?

9.    Ellen White says that spiritualistic theories on the personality of God sweep away the entire Christian economy? How?

10.     Ellen White said that Kellogg’s theory swept away the entire Christian economy? How? Why?

11.     Why is the Holy Spirit never referred to as the Holy Ghost until the New Testament (in the book of Matthew)?

12.     Ellen White says divinity did not die on the cross. How could Christ’s humanity atone for sin? The Testator was DIVINE ONLY. So the Atonement had to involve a sacrifice of the DIVINE ONLY person of the Godhead who was the Testator, and that was the Son of God.

13.     How could the Son be begotten other than the true definition of “unique, one of a kind,” when He says a number of times in Revelation that He is the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.?

We will deal with all the above questions in this document. Ellen White says in the following statement that the Comforter is the Holy Spirit, and is the soul of the life of Christ. So how can they be two distinct persons?

"Christ declared that after his ascension, he would send to his church, as his crowning gift, the Comforter, who was to take his place. This Comforter is the Holy Spirit,--the soul of his life, the efficacy of his church, the light and life of the world. With his Spirit Christ sends a reconciling influence and a power that takes away sin.

In the gift of the Spirit, Jesus gave to man the highest good that heaven could bestow....

The Spirit was given as a regenerating agency, and without this the sacrifice of Christ would have been of no avail....

It is by the Spirit that the heart is made pure. Through the Spirit the believer becomes a partaker of the divine nature. Christ has given his Spirit as a divine power to overcome all hereditary and cultivated tendencies to evil, and to impress his own character upon the church." E.G. White, Review and Herald Articles, May 19, 1904, vol. 5, p. 42.

The only way the Holy Spirit can be ALL THREE—the Comforter, the soul of the life all Christ, and a third distinct person is by His having divested His Holy Spirit DIVINE ONLY Being from His human personality, thus making His prior, pre-Incarnation Being a Third Person as distinct from His Incarnation combination with humanity forever! Did that happen? Notice:

"Cumbered with humanity Christ could not be in every place personally, therefore it was altogether for their advantage that He should leave them to go to His Father and send the Holy Spirit to be His successor on earth. The Holy Spirit is Himself divested of the personality of humanity and independent thereof. He would represent Himself as present in all places by His Holy Spirit.” E.G. White, (Manuscript Releases Volume 14 (No’s 1081-1135) MR No.1084.

Now remember, Ellen White said that the Holy Spirit is the soul of the life of Christ. Above she says that the Holy Spirit is HIMSELF divested of the personality of humanity and independent thereof. This refers to Christ’s humanity.

Question: If the Holy Spirit, the soul of the life of Christ, was divested from His human personality and became independent thereof at His Incarnation, will this be true forever? In other words, if the humanity of the Son cumbered some attributes of His Holy Spirit, such as the OMNI’S, at His Incarnation, will that be so forever as both Scripture and Ellen White say that Christ will be combined with humanity forever?

How can Christ be fully God and fully man while being divested of His past, pre-Incarnation Holy Spirit personality and life? That is a mystery no man can answer. There are mysteries associated with the Godhead that we do not have the answer to yet. Ellen White said we will study this issue for eternity if we are saved.

Let’s discuss some important considerations from a Biblical ONLY perspective on this issue. Suppose some might wish to conclude that Ellen White was just wrong and contradictory on this issue! What then? I will tell you “what then!” The following problems would still exist:

·       The Testator would still be alive and His Testament would be of no strength—the Atonement would never have occurred! If the Testator did not die to something FOREVER, the Testament would be of no strength and the atonement would never have occurred. This dying to something forever was the Son’s forever death to His former Being of DIVINE NATURE HOLY SPIRIT ONLY—being only the Spirit essence and substance of God—the same Spirit essence and substance as the Father.

·       The wages of sin is eternal death, not just three days and nights in a Tomb.

·       Because of the above fact, the Testator must die to something forever because forever death is the wages of man’s sin. The thing that the Son died to forever, was/is His former DIVINE ONLY HOLY SPIRIT LIFE. At the Incarnation, Ellen White says that Holy Spirit nature (the soul of His THEN life), was divested from Christ’s humanity. That would THEN make a third person to the Godhead. Prior to that time, the Father and Son existed and they both were of ONE ETERNAL SPIRIT. But by divesting the Holy Spirit Divine Nature ONLY life of the Son from His humanity, constituted a third person, and this is how the Holy Spirit became the Holy Ghost.

·       In John 14 it mentions the Comforter, Christ and the Father and then says in verse 23 that all three – (“We will come unto him, and make our abode with him”) will come to us? How so? Why so? The HOW SO is through the ONE ETERNAL SPIRIT. The WHY SO is because all three are ONE GOD—OF THE SAME ONE SPIRIT—THE ETERNAL SPIRIT.

16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

18I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

19Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

20At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

21He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

22Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?

23Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Spiritualistic Theories on the Godhead

Every spiritualistic theory by man on the Godhead, followed to its logical conclusion, sweeps away the entire Christian economy!

"The spiritualistic theories regarding the personality of God [the Godhead], followed to their logical conclusion, sweep away the whole Christian economy. They estimate as nothing the light that Christ came from heaven to give John to give to His people. They teach that the scenes just before us are not of sufficient importance to be given special attention. They make of no effect the truth of heavenly origin, and rob the people of God of their past experience, giving them instead a false science." E.G. White, Selected Messages, Bk.1, p. 204.

How is the Christian economy swept away by the Trinity Doctrine and Kellogg’s theory on the Holy Spirit—pantheism, that the Holy Spirit of God is in everything?

1. The Trinity Doctrine says that there were always three persons to the Godhead. That totally negates the Incarnation sacrifice that resulted in the third person—namely the act of the Holy Spirit Himself divesting Himself from the personality of Christ’s humanity. That would mean that humanity cumbered omniscience, omnipresence, and omnipotence, and thus at least these attributes were divested from Christ’s humanity. How He could still be fully human and fully divine in that state, is part of the mystery of godliness that we do not understand. But if we accept all the weight of evidence on this issue and interpret so that nothing contradicts, this is the only conclusion we can come to at this point in time.

When the Son of God combined Himself with humanity forever, a third persons accrued in the Godhead that was never part of it before that time. God was never combined with humanity before the Son’s Incarnation. To prove that was the time and act by which a third person accrued, consider that the Son combined with humanity at His Incarnation would have been a FOURTH PERSON if three distinct persons existed before the Incarnation, to wit:

·       The Father.

·       The Son.

·       The Holy Spirit.

·       The Son combined with humanity forever.

2. Next, how and why did Kellogg’s theory on the godhead do away with the entire Christian economy? Exactly in the same way the Trinity Doctrine did! Kellogg’s theory taught that the Holy Spirit always existed and was in everything. Then He said it was God’s spirit in everything. But if the Holy Spirit existed from eternity as part of everything else that existed, that would totally preclude what occurred as  the Heavenly Sanctuary sacrifice at the Incarnation, at which time the Son divested His Holy Spirit from the personality of His humanity, and a third person thus accrued. Thus, the Sanctuary/Atonement sacrifice in heaven would never have occurred—thus sweeping away the entire Christian economy.

3. By teaching that the third person existed forever, the Trinity Doctrine totally obfuscates the Sanctuary/Atonement in the Heavenly Sanctuary, and the huge, highest good, crowning sacrifice, the Son of Man made in fulfilling the Testator’s Covenant by dying to something forever. If that did not occur, there was no Sanctuary/Atonement. Both would never have occurred! The Trinity Doctrine is thus a foolish man’s speculation which does away with the entire Christian economy by removing the Sanctuary/Atonement sacrifice in the Heavenly Sanctuary.

The Father, Son and their Holy Spirit were always in existence, but the Son’s Holy Spirit became a  THIRD PERSON, when at His Incarnation He divested His Holy Spirit from the personality of His humanity FOREVER. This was a forever death from His eternal prior existence as DIVINE ONLY. From thenceforth, He was to be combined with humanity forever.

"By His life and His death, Christ has achieved even more than recovery from the ruin wrought through sin. It was Satan's purpose to bring about an eternal separation between God and man but in Christ we become more closely united to God than if we had never fallen. In taking our nature, the Saviour has bound himself to humanity by a tie that is never to be broken. Through the eternal ages He is linked with us. 'God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son.' [John 3:16]. He gave Him not only to bear our sins, and to die as our sacrifice He gave Him to the fallen race. To assure us of His immutable counsel of peace, God gave His only Begotten Son to become one of the human family forever to retain His human nature. This is the pledge that God will fulfill His word. 'Unto us a child is born unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon His shoulder.' God has adopted human nature in the person of His Son, and has carried the same into the highest heaven. It is the 'Son of man' who shares the throne of the universe. It is the 'Son of man' whose name shall be called, 'Wonderful, Counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, the prince of Peace.' [Isa. 9:6]. The I Am is the Daysman between God and humanity, laying His hand upon both. HE who is 'holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners,' is not ashamed to call us brethren. [Heb. 7:26 2:11.] In Christ the family of earth and the family of heaven are bound together. Christ glorified is our brother. Heaven is enshrined in humanity, and humanity is enfolded in the bosom of Infinite love." The Desire of Ages, 25.

Christ a Man Forever (Bible on)

22By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

23And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:

24But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

25Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

26For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

27Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

28For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore. Hebrews 7:22-28.

"He (Christ) suffered the death which was ours, that we might receive the life which WAS His." Desire of Ages, p. 25 1 Cor. 11:24-265, cf. John 6:53, 54, Titus 3:5, 6.

What life WAS HIS? His Holy Spirit Divine Nature which He gives to all as His “highest good, crowning gift that heaven can bestow,” if they will accept it. This is the cure for sin. The cross was the redemption from sin or pardon for sin.

Without the Heavenly Sanctuary Incarnation sacrifice which provided for us the Holy Spirit soul of His life BEFORE THE CROSS, the sacrifice on the cross would have been of no avail, because there would have been no power to keep us from sinning. The Trinity doctrine of Rome totally obfuscates that Heavenly Sanctuary sacrifice BEFORE THE CROSS, by teaching that the Holy Spirit always existed as a third person—thus, NO INCARNATION SACRIFICE of the Testator’s soul of His life as a “highest good, crowning gift” for man whereby he is enabled to overcome sin. And this is how the Trinity Doctrine, as a spiritualistic theory of man (emanating from Rome), sweeps away the entire Christian economy because it does not recognize the “highest good, crowning sacrifice heaven can bestow.”

Bible text

Acts 3:26  Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

It is the Holy Spirit of Jesus that is sent to us to turn every one of us from our iniquities.

Alpha AND Omega Heresy: "I have been instructed by the heavenly messenger that some of the reasoning in the book Living Temple is unsound, and that this reasoning would lead astray the minds of those who are not thoroughly established on the on the foundation principles of present truth. It introduces that which is nought but speculation in regard to the personality of God and where His presence is [the Godhead]. No one on this earth has a right to speculate on this question. The more fanciful theories are discussed, the less men will know of God and of the truth that sanctifies the soul." E.G. White, Selected Messages, Bk. 1. 1, 201-202.

White, 1SM, p. 204.

Sanctuary Gone Atonement Gone -- "In a representation which passed before me, I saw a certain work being done by medical missionary workers. Our ministering brethren were looking on, watching what was being done, but they did not seem to understand. The foundation of our faith, which was established by so much prayer, such earnest searching of the Scriptures, was being taken down, pillar by pillar. Our faith was to have nothing to rest upon--the sanctuary was gone, the atonement was gone." E.G. White, The Upward Look, 152.

"The Holy Spirit is the breath of spiritual life in the soul. The impartation of the Spirit is the impartation of the life of Christ. It imbues the receiver with the attributes of Christ. Only those who are thus taught of God, those who possess the inward working of the Spirit, and in whose life the Christ-life is manifested, are to stand as representative men, to minister in behalf of the church." Desire of Ages, 805.

"Christ gives them the breath of HIS OWN SPIRIT, the life of HIS OWN LIFE. The HOLY SPIRIT puts forth its highest energies to work in the heart and mind." Desire of Ages, 827.

So to say that the Holy Spirit is an entirely different person from Christ, is just not true. It is a different person in that it does not include the personality of Christ's human mind, but it is not different from the first estate, pre-Incarnation, Divine mind of Christ and that personality.

Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh [is] in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it [is] the blood [that] maketh an atonement for the soul.

Hbr 9:16 For where a testament [is], there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

Hbr 9:17 For a testament [is] of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

"He suffered the death which is was ours, that we might receive the LIFE WHICH WAS HIS." Desire of Ages, p. 25.

Thy way, O God, is in the Sanctuary, Psa 77:13 . There is a Sanctuary in heaven. Before the Incarnation, Christ's life (blood) had to be offered in the Sanctuary in heaven. That blood, HIS LIFE, HIS HOLY SPIRIT was shed (DIVESTED) FOREVER. The very being of Christ, AS HIS BLOOD AND SPIRIT EXISTING TOGETHER, in His first Estate, WAS SEPARATED, WAS SHED, WAS TAKEN FROM CHRIST FOREVER, to be shared with us, as the Holy Spirit (Ghost). This satisfied the requirement of the death of the Testator (Covenant Maker), inasmuch as Christ left that first Estate of His pre-Incarnated Being FOREVER, to be invested with His humanity, thus comprising a New, Third, Member of the Godhead. There is a meaning to all this that is opposed to the erroneous Trinity doctrine. That doctrine does not include humanity as becoming part and parcel of the Godhead FOREVER via Christ's humanity, and does not include the fact that the Holy Spirit, LIFE OF CHRIST (blood) is given to all who will partake of it for the purpose of overcoming all sin this side of glorification.

"But through the power of the incarnation of Christ, God manifest in the flesh, the strength of God is revealed in gentleness and beauty. To 'as many as received him, to them gave he POWER to become the sons of God.' By this POWER we may OVERCOME OUR EVIL TENDENCIES and so modify our imperfect dispositions that the will of God may be fulfilled in us."--Letter 79, May 7, 1903, to J. A. Burden and wife. The Upward Look, 141.

The power is in the blood, the Spirit, the life of Christ. Christ relinquished FOREVER the life (blood--Spirit) that was His, to give it to us who deserved nothing but death. This was the purpose of the Incarnation. This is what the Third Person of the Godhead demonstrates. The third person demonstrates more than divinity or three persons as God. It demonstrates the Godhead adopting humanity FOREVER.

Christ is the head of that humanity body, and those who receive him comprise the body. Thus, the Godhead includes far more than the erroneous doctrine of the Trinity teaches. The Trinity doctrine omits the very adoption of humanity by the Godhead, and into the Godhead. This is a most important distinction between the trinity doctrine of the Godhead, and the facts concerning the Godhead. Thus it is that Adventist pioneers felt that the trinity doctrine did despite to the ATONEMENT, and THE VERY PURPOSE OF THE ATONEMENT.

It was not merely to save all who name the name of Christ. It was to redeem and restore man to the image of God, now, in this present life, by receiving the LIFE OF CHRIST, HIS HOLY SPIRIT NOW. Christ, coming in sinful flesh, proved the feasibility, the viability of this schema of things. Thus, a proper understanding of the Human Nature of Christ is paramount to a proper understanding of the Godhead, and a proper understanding of man's role and responsibility in the process of redemption.

Again, by way of synopsis: The great difference between the Trinity Doctrine and the True Order of the Godhead is:

1. The Trinity Doctrine does not include the Adoption of Christ's Humanity into the Godhead FOREVER.

2. The Trinity Doctrine allows only Divine Beings as part of the Godhead, and says that they are one. The True Godhead includes the adoption of humanity into the Godhead via the humanity of Jesus Christ. The first person of the Godhead is the Father. The second person is Christ combined in His humanity FOREVER. The third person is the Holy Spirit, THE LIFE, THE BLOOD, THE BREATH OF CHRIST, which was DIVESTED from Christ at the Incarnation TO BE SHARED WITH HIS SONS AND DAUGHTERS--BROTHERS AND SISTERS. Not that we become gods, but we are directly represented in the Godhead, by the humanity of Christ. So the Godhead consists of more than just three Divine persons. It consists of Christ's humanity as part of those three Divine persons.

3. In the True Godhead, humanity has been embraced into the Godhead, by Christ adopting the Human Nature of Man FOREVER, as part of His Godhead Being.

4. The True Godhead schema teaches the real purpose of the Incarnation and the Human Nature of Christ.

5. The Trinity doctrine distances Christ from us, making Him our Substitute, rather than our Substitute and Example; our Enabler; our empowerer NOW. It does not identify and/or include Christ with our Human Nature FOREVER.

6. It does not identify what Christ gave up FOREVER, for us; HIS BLOOD, HIS LIFE of His first Estate.

7. The Trinity doctrine does not teach that Christ's grace is for obedience as well as pardon, Rom. 1:5. The Trinity doctrine and its concept of Christ's human nature (by not including it in the Godhead) denies what Christ came to prove in that sinful human nature.

8. The Trinity doctrine does not teach that the third person of the Godhead is the very Spirit (Soul of the life) of Christ, which He divested from the personality of His humanity at the Incarnation.

9. The Trinity doctrine does not teach that by the alteration of the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of God the Father was changed, because we thereby became adopted Sons and Daughters of God, in the new sense that Christ became a Son in a new sense after the Incarnation:

Conclusion

The Trinity doctrine is anti everything Christ came to achieve. It presents a false gospel of substitution only, and does not provide for the EXAMPLE and EMPOWERMENT of Christ. By distancing the Godhead from mankind, it fosters the PARDON ONLY definition of grace, when the correct doctrine of grace involves pardon as well as power for obedience, Rom. 1:5. It distances the Christ's position in the Godhead from man, by making Him DIVINE ONLY, negating the adoption of humanity into the Godhead, and thereby stresses Christ's SUBSTITUTION ONLY and not the fact that He was also our EXAMPLE because of the DIVINE--HUMAN equation to the Godhead. For example, it makes the Godhead only consist of God, leaving out the adoption of humanity by Christ via His human nature. Christ's human nature was FULLY HUMAN. He will possess that humanity FOREVER.

It is recognized by this writer that all will not be able to discern and understand the deeper aspects of the Godhead as it was altered by the Incarnation of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 56:10-12, says that even the watchmen CANNOT UNDERSTAND. Their understanding has been precluded by rejection of light and truth, and the lack of understanding is in proportion to the light and truth rejected.

"Christ brought men and women power to overcome. He came to this world in human form, to live a man amongst men. He assumed the liabilities of human nature, to be proved and tried. In His humanity He was a partaker of the divine nature. In His Incarnation He gained in a NEW SENSE the title of the Son of God. Said the angel to Mary, 'The power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God' (Luke 1:35). While the Son of a human being, He became the son of God in a NEW SENSE. Thus He stood in our world--the Son of God, yet allied by birth to the human race." E.G. White, Selected Messages, vol. 1, p. 226.

The Godhead; the Personality of Christ and The Omega Connection

The Alpha of Apostasy had to do with the personality of Christ (God). The Omega of Apostasy has everything to do with the personality of Christ, which was altered at the Incarnation, when Christ was permanently divested of His Holy Spirit, in order to give it to us. All may receive Christ, but Christ is not in all who name His name. To say that Christ is in (abides in) all who name His name and say they believe, without attending works of faith to demonstrate their belief, is A FORM OF PANTHEISM--PRESUMPTUOUS PANTHEISM.

The Trinity doctrine fosters this spiritualization of the Godhead by distancing the Godhead from humankind. It leaves man out of the equation of the Godhead. Christ came to lessen that distance caused by sin, and to restore man to His image by making it possible for him to overcome here and now. This is why Christ came in man's sinful nature and why He adopted man's humanity into the Godhead. Christ came in our sinful, fallen nature, to prove that we can overcome as He did, and He retained that nature forever as a memorial to the Atonement and to satisfy the requirements of the death of the Testator or Covenant maker. This is the True rendition of the Godhead as regards Christ being (abiding) in us, as opposed to Satan's PANTHEISTIC COUNTERPART or COUNTERFEIT of "only believe" and Christ is in you.

1Cr 6:15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make [them] the members of an harlot? God forbid.

1Cr 6:16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

1Cr 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Ellen White saw the Sanctuary Gone! She saw the Atonement Gone! The erroneous undertones and overtones of the Trinity doctrine achieve both! One is contingent on the other. If Christ did not achieve everything mentioned in this treatise, then the Atonement was not complete and valid.

The foundation of our faith, which was established by so much prayer, such earnest searching of the Scriptures, was being taken down, pillar by pillar. Our faith was to have nothing to rest upon--the sanctuary was gone, the atonement was gone...." The Upward Look, 152.

"The Bible is a treasure house of knowledge, and all who make this book their study, sinking the shaft deep in the mine of truth, will exclaim, 'I behold wondrous things out of Thy Word.' The INCARNATION OF CHRIST is but dimly appreciated by many students who have studied long in our schools. This subject should be and will be better understood by all who in truth love truth, and walk in the way of the Lord. The experimental knowledge of this is as essential to sanctify daily, as to redeem." E.G. White, The Educational Messenger, Article Title, Our School Work, 03-19-09, pr. 6.
