In this document we will provide irrefutable evidence that a new movement came in “among” the professing Seventh-day Adventist church while it was sleeping and did all of the things defined in the following prophesy by Ellen White. This new movement was to be the prophesied omega of apostasy:

"The enemy of souls has sought to bring in the supposition that a great reformation was to take place among Seventh-day Adventists, and that this reformation would consist in giving up the doctrines which stand as the pillars of our faith, and engaging in a process of reorganization. Were this reformation to take place, what would result? The principles of truth that God in His wisdom has given to the remnant church, would be discarded. Our religion would be changed. The fundamental principles that have sustained the work for the last fifty years would be accounted as error. A NEW ORGANIZATION would be established. Books of a NEW ORDER would be written. A system of intellectual philosophy would be introduced. The founders of this system would go into the cities, and do a wonderful work. The Sabbath of course, would be lightly regarded, as also the God who created it. Nothing would be allowed to stand in the way of the NEW MOVEMENT. The leaders would teach that virtue is better than vice, but GOD BEING REMOVED, they would place their dependence on human power, which, without God, is worthless. Their foundation would be built on the sand, and storm and tempest would sweep away the structure.

Who has authority to begin such a [NEW] movement? We have our Bibles, we have our experience, attested to by the miraculous working of the Holy Spirit. We have a truth that admits of no compromise. Shall we not repudiate everything that is not in harmony with this truth? E.G. White, Selected Messages, Vol. 1, 204, 205.

The Books of a New Order

In the latter 1950’s, LeRoy E. Froom and Roy Allan Anderson held meetings with the Evangelical Dr. Walter Martin and Dr. Donald Grey Barnhouse. The prime target of those meetings from the point of view of the Evangelicals was to determine whether or not Adventists were a cult because of their teachings on the human nature of Christ, the Atonement, and the Investigative Judgment. All three of these doctrines were summarily dispensed with by the Adventists in order to keep from being called a cult.

How Pillar Doctrines Were Changed

In response to Dr.’s Martin and Barnhouse, SDA leaders agreed to publish a book in response to their questions. That book was entitled Seventh-day Adventist Answers to Questions on Doctrine often referred to as Questions on Doctrines, hereafter referred to as such and/or QOD in this document. In return, Walter Martin agreed to write a book disclosing his findings concerning the Adventists. Bible Readings for the Home, by various Bible students. Revised ed. Review and Herald, 1949. 768 pages. (Note: Bible Readings for the Home was first changed in 1949, in anticipation of a future confrontation with the Evangelicals on the human nature of Christ, at which time SDA leaders could point to the change that was made voluntarily years prior).

Mr. Martin found a copy of Bible Readings for the Home in a Review and Herald Church Library near where he was meeting with the Adventists. He called their attention to the fact that this book stated that Jesus took the sinful nature of man.

Froom and Anderson acted shocked and surprised that Bible Readings for the Home taught what they agreed was heresy. They assured Martin that this would be changed in all forthcoming editions of Bible Readings for the Home by expunging that “heresy.” Apparently Martin found an old copy, for the “change” provision had already taken place in 1949.

Heresy Further Promoted in Froom’s Movement of Destiny, Another Book of a New Order Published in 1971 (Quote From Fred T. Wright’s Book Destiny of a Movement)

“It was the preaching of the first, second, and third angels' messages which separated the people of God from the fallen churches. ‘By the mighty cleaver of truth, the messages of the first, second, and third angels, He has separated them from the churches and from the world to bring them into a sacred nearness to Himself." Testimonies for the Church 5:455.

“If this was the effect of the first three angels, what must the effect be of the mighty angel who fills the whole earth with his glory? What must be the effect of this angel who declares in clarion tones the fall of Babylon? Will it close the gulf between Adventism and Babylon? Never! It can only widen it further!”

“In 1888, that other angel came to do his work. Wherever that angel's message appeared in Adventist books as in the Bible Readings, it would be the worst kind of offence to the Protestant world, the daughters of Babylon. So that statement became "the oft-cited note in the old edition of Bible Readings," (Movement of Destiny, 469) which was used repeatedly by those who wished to show that Adventists were not Christians according to their evaluation of the case.”

“This attitude toward the statement can be expected from Babylon but hardly from Seventh-day Adventists and especially the responsible leadership among Adventists. It would not be expected unless seen how Froom in Movement of Destiny has sought to make it appear that Waggoner actually taught that Christ came in sinless, holy flesh upon which He took our nature only vicariously. After seeing this distortion of Waggoner and Jones' teaching, it is not surprising to find that the attitude of the present Adventist leadership toward the truth set forth in Bible Readings is the same as that of Babylon, terrible as the implications may be. As the pages of Movement of Destiny are turned, it is found that the attitude of the modern Adventist leadership towards the incarnation as actually taught by Waggoner and Jones—not as Froom represents them as teaching—and the “truth” as set forth in Bible Readings, is precisely the same as that of the Babylonian churches.”

“On page 427, this statement from Bible Readings is described as being an "erroneous note," an "erroneous position," and a "definite error." Here is the full text of the paragraph containing these words under the subheading "Elimination of Erroneous Note in Bible Readings."

"Erroneous Position Injected by Colcord.—Cognizance must also be

taken of the correction, in 1949, of a definite error appearing in a note on the nature of Christ during the Incarnation. For years it had appeared, unchallenged, in the standard Bible Readings for the Home Circle. It was in the section on 'A Sinless Life.' Apparently it was first written in by W. A. Colcord, in 1914. It likewise involved one of those questions upon which there had been variance of view through the years. Colcord had declared that during His incarnate earthly life Christ 'partook of our sinful, fallen nature' (page 174)." Movement of Destiny, 427, 428.

“Again on page 428 this wonderful note from Bible Readings is referred to as an "erroneous note," an "unfortunate note," an "inaccurate note," and "another error," so that it was necessary to delete it from Adventist publications.”

“The story of this deletion is told by Froom on page 428 as follows:

"Erroneous Note Deleted.—In 1949, Professor D. E. Rebok, then

president of our Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, when it was still in Washington D.C., was requested by the Review and Herald to revise Bible Readings for the Home Circle. Coming upon this unfortunate note on page 174, in the study on the 'Sinless Life,' he recognized that this was not true. But in eliminating the note he found that some still held with Colcord in his position.”

"However, a growing number of explicit statements by Ellen White had appeared confirming the true position that there was no 'bent' to sin, or 'taint' of sin, or 'evil propensity' in Christ. He was like Adam before his fall, who was similarly without any inherent sinful 'propensities.' (See compilation of E.G.W. Statements, Questions on Doctrine, 650-660.)

"So the inaccurate note was deleted, and has remained out in all

subsequent printings. Thus another error was removed through these

revisions of the 1940's, as concerned some of our standard and otherwise helpful books."

ONE GIANT STEP TOO FAR

“It is interesting to note how Froom claims that because of the Spirit of Prophecy witness on the incarnation of Christ, they were able to make the change even though there were still those who held the old view. In like manner, the Protestant churches claim they have the Bible's backing for their view on eternally burning hell, on Sunday observance, and on the doctrine of the nature of Christ. All the statements appearing in the compilation referred to above, are sound, solid truth, but they are read by the modern Adventist through the coloured glass of that word "vicariously". What is stated in the words of inspiration as being actual fact, is seen by them as only make-believe. Professor Rebok did not have the backing of the Spirit of Prophecy to delete that note from Bible Readings.”

“On page 465 there are further references to this note where it is

described as "the lingering 'sinful-nature-of-Christ' misconception," and "the regrettable note," fit only to be expunged from Adventist literature.”

"And the lingering 'sinful-nature-of-Christ' misconception was remedied by expunging the regrettable note in the revised Bible Readings of 1949."

“On 469, it is referred to in similar terms where it reads, "And further, that the old Colcord minority-view note in Bible Readings—contending for an inherent sinful, fallen nature for Christ—had years before been expunged because of its error . . ."

“Thus the failure to do no more than give assent to the message of 1888 when it came to the church, has matured to the point where the Adventist Church shares with Babylon the same attitude in regard to the incarnation of Jesus Christ. Today, the Adventist Church has the very attitudes and sentiments that the Babylonian world holds and expresses. Most serious of all is that the area in which such unanimity now exists is the infallible, divinely-given test of who antichrist is. It is unbelievable, and thousands upon thousands of Adventists will not believe it has happened.”

“But facts are facts. The words of Movement of Destiny leave no doubt of the stand of the Adventist Church today on the doctrine of the incarnation. Anyone not prepared to face this fact; anyone who allows preconceived ideas and opinions to be his guide and stay; anyone who believes the leadership can do no wrong; anyone who believes that the church will go through regardless; in short, anyone who is not prepared to face up to things as they really are, will lose his eternal life unless quickly delivered from such thinking.”

“Today, the leadership and ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist

Church claim that the message of righteousness by faith was accepted by the church when delivered by the mighty angel of Revelation 18, in 1888.”

“This message was based upon the great truth that Christ, the eternal God, came and dwelt in the same flesh and blood as the men and women He came to save. But where does this claim stand when the truth as taught by the messengers of that day, is declared by the modern church to be erroneous, evident error, unfortunate, regrettable, and fit only to be expunged from Adventist publications? They did not stop with saying it should be expunged. They did expunge it. Today it is not to be found in those publications.”

“They have repeated what the Roman Catholic Church did many

centuries ahead of the Adventist Church. The apostles as the messengers of God, brought the great truth of Christ's incarnation to the church of their day. But when those pioneers had vanished, the developing papacy deleted those truths from the gospel. The monstrous mystery of iniquity grew into full maturity. Step by step, the church of that time formed her fearful destiny.”

“Today, history is being repeated. The pioneers are gone; Waggoner

and Jones have passed to their rest; the prophet sleeps her peaceful sleep; those who voiced the revival of the 1888 message in the fifties and know just what the message really is, have been expelled from the church where their voices can no longer be heard; and the leaders have expunged from their books the great truths of the incarnation of Christ just as the papacy did centuries ago.”

“The ultimate outcome must be the same. The mystery of iniquity is developing inexorably and irretrievably in the Adventist Church. Her destiny is being formed—fearful and terrible though it be.” Fred T. Wright, Destiny of a Movement, 191-194.

This is how and why Adventists adopted the antichrist doctrine of the Evangelical mainstream small “c” christians. God’s Word says that all who do not believe that Christ came in the likeness of sinful flesh are antichrist. The Catholics change that to mean immaculate flesh and the protestants achieve the same end by saying it was not sinful flesh because the Holy Spirit sired Christ. Thus, both are antichrist. And thus, Adventist’s joined the antichrist crowd (cult) in order to keep from being called a cult.

1Jo 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

2Jo 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

All professing Christians agree that Christ came in the flesh. No one disputes that. But all who do not believe that He was God come in sinful flesh are antichrist.

That is what Ellen White taught. That is the only way Jesus could have been an example for us. That is the only way he could have been tempted in all points such as we are.

“He took upon Him our sinful nature.” Ellen White, Review and Herald, 12/15/96.

"Christ's life represents a perfect manhood. Just that which you may be. He was in human nature. He took our infirmities. He was not only made flesh but He was made in the likeness of sinful flesh." EGW, 5 Bible Commentary, p. 1124.

Any heresy taught by the new movement regarding the nature and flesh of Christ, resulting in an antichrist stance, would effectively remove God from the church, and that is what the new movement did—exactly as Ellen White prophesied, to wit: “…but GOD BEING REMOVED, they would place their dependence on human power, which, without God, is worthless.” 1SM 205, quoted at the beginning of this document.

So the first pillar doctrine of Adventism was expunged and changed to an antichrist position in order to receive the approval of fallen Babylon and not be called a cult. Thus, the new movement became a Satanic cult led by Satan. It became the Synagogue of Satan in parallel to the very title given by Christ to the ancient Jews of His day.

The Implications of the Change of the Nature of Christ

· If Christ’s nature and flesh was different from ours, then we cannot overcome as He did. His overcoming would be no example for us.

· If we cannot overcome sin, we cannot be judged, so there goes the Investigative judgment.

· If we cannot keep the law and overcome sin, neither could Satan and the angel’s have kept from sinning.

The next changed pillar doctrine was the concept taught by the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy called Last Generation Theology. According to that concept based on Revelation 14:1-4, a final generation comprised of the bride of Christ would overcome all sin and be found blameless BEFORE Christ comes and we are glorified.

Some leaders today try to deny what occurred in 1957 via the “conversations” with the Evangelicals, but one of the greatest proofs that the “sellout” did indeed take place, is the recent Questions on Doctrine 50^th Anniversary Conference. At this conference, a majority of SDA leaders confirmed that they did not support Last Generation Theology or Final Generation Theology. Thus, in essence, they stand by their heresies of 1957. All but one independent ministry and one church leader supported LGT.

The next pillar doctrine attacked by Walter Martin was the Atonement. Ellen White said that Christ entered the Most Holy Place on His ascension to complete the atonement just as in the typical service the priest entered the Most Holy Place on the Day of Atonement to place the blood there and carry the sins of the people there for forgiveness. Pioneer Adventists taught the pillar doctrine of the Sanctuary and Atonement Service, that the Sanctuary would not be cleansed until the Investigative Judgment was complete and the Sanctuary was finally cleansed of all sin which could not transpire until the close of probation.

The Evangelicals believe that Jesus did it all on the cross. That would be like saying the Tabernacle priests did it all in the courtyard where they slayed the sacrifice. But the sacrifice was not complete until the blood of that sacrifice was sprinkled in the Most Holy Place.

The Adventists proceeded to discard this pillar doctrine as well, so there went the Sanctuary Service and the Atonement, both of which were not completed at the sacrifice on the cross and until Christ’s blood was sprinkled in the Heavenly Sanctuary, and the Sanctuary was finally cleansed of all sin. Ellen White prophesied this more specifically in the following statement:

Sanctuary Gone Atonement Gone -- "In a representation which passed before me, I saw a certain work being done by medical missionary workers. Our ministering brethren were looking on, watching what was being done, but they did not seem to understand. The foundation of our faith, which was established by so much prayer, such earnest searching of the Scriptures, was being taken down, pillar by pillar. Our faith was to have nothing to rest upon--the sanctuary was gone, the atonement was gone." E.G. White, The Upward Look, 152.

"The spiritualistic theories regarding the personality of God [the Godhead], followed to their logical conclusion, sweep away the whole Christian economy. They estimate as nothing the light that Christ came from heaven to give John to give to His people. They teach that the scenes just before us are not of sufficient importance to be given special attention. They make of no effect the truth of heavenly origin, and rob the people of God of their past experience, giving them instead a false science." E.G. White, 1SM, p. 204.

"Those who seek to remove the old landmarks are not holding fast they are not remembering how they have received and heard. Those who try to bring in theories that would remove the pillars of our faith concerning the sanctuary or concerning the personality of God or of Christ, are working as blind men. They are seeking to bring in uncertainties and to set the people of God adrift without an anchor." {MR760 9.5}

The next pillar, landmark to be dispensed with was the Spirit of Prophecy Biblical teaching on the personality of Christ. In 1930, LeRoy E. Froom (same culprit in the sell-out to Walter Martin), smuggled in Babylon’s Trinity Doctrine.

"Worldly policy is taking the place of true piety and wisdom that comes from above, and God will remove His prospering hand from the conference. Shall the ark of the covenant be removed from this people? Shall idols be smuggled in? Shall false principles and false precepts be brought into the sanctuary? Shall antichrist be respected? Shall the true doctrines and principles given us of God, which have made us what we are, be ignored?.... This is directly where the enemy, through blinded, unconsecrated men, is leading us." E. G. White, Manuscript 29, 1890.

· Ellen White said that the fallen churches cannot be distinguished from the world. Early Writings, 273.

· Thus, the worldly policy of the Evangelicals, versus pillar doctrines of pioneer Adventism, were destroyed and changed.

· God was thereby removed, and His prospering hand then removed from the conference, so it could never again be the voice of God.

· The Ark of the Covenant was removed when God was removed.

· Anything that would replace God and His truth is an idol. So thus idol’s were indeed smuggled in.

· Antichrist doctrine was respected and adopted. So the new movement then became antichrist in 1957 and on. If you do not or did not know this, you are behind the times. You slept while the enemy, Satan, came in and did a Trojan Horse job on God’s church.

The next pillar doctrine that was discarded is the Godhead or the personality of Christ. Yes, Ellen White said (statement above) that the correct teaching on the personality of Christ (God) was a pillar doctrine.

Rome and her daughter’s teaching on the personality of Christ is that the Holy Spirit always existed as a third person. Ellen White taught that the Holy Spirit was the soul of the life of Christ, to wit:

"Christ declared that after his ascension, he would send to his church, as his crowning gift, the Comforter, who was to take his place. This Comforter is the Holy Spirit,--the soul of his life, the efficacy of his church, the light and life of the world. With his Spirit Christ sends a reconciling influence and a power that takes away sin.

In the gift of the Spirit, Jesus gave to man the highest good that heaven could bestow....

The Spirit was given as a regenerating agency, and without this the sacrifice of Christ would have been of no avail....

It is by the Spirit that the heart is made pure. Through the Spirit the believer becomes a partaker of the divine nature. Christ has given his Spirit as a divine power to overcome all hereditary and cultivated tendencies to evil, and to impress his own character upon the church." E.G. White, Review and Herald Articles, May 19, 1904, vol. 5, p. 42.

Ellen White also taught that there are three persons to the Godhead. But she never taught the Trinity Doctrine. Why? Because there is only ONE WAY the Holy Spirit can be the soul of Christ’s life and still be a separate and distinct third person and that is this:

When Christ was Incarnated, He ceased to be DIVINE ONLY forever, says Ellen White. His former DIVINE ONLY being was divested from His humanity and given to us as a bequeathed, highest good, crowning gift that heaven could bestow.

"Cumbered with humanity Christ could not be in every place personally. Therefore it was altogether for their advantage that He should leave them to go to His Father and send the Holy Spirit to be His successor on earth. The Holy Spirit is Himself, divested of the personality of humanity and independent thereof. He would represent Himself as present in all places by His Holy Spirit" E.G. White, (Manuscript Releases Volume 14 (No’s 1081-1135) MR No.1084.

The Holy Spirit (the soul of Christ’s life) divested Himself of the personality of humanity and became a third independent person thereof. He did not always exist in form of a third person because there was no third person until Christ became combined with humanity forever. If there had been three persons before Christ became Incarnated into humanity, there would then have accrued four persons to the Godhead, to wit:

· God the Father.

· God the Son.

· God the Holy Spirit.

· The Son combined with Humanity forever.

"The apostle would call our attention from ourselves to the Author of our salvation. He presents before us His two natures, divine and human. . . . He voluntarily assumed human nature. It was His own act, and by His own consent. He clothed His divinity with humanity. He was all the while as God, but He did not appear as God. He veiled the demonstrations of Deity which had commanded the homage, and called forth the admiration of the universe of God. He was God while upon earth, but He divested Himself of the form of God, and in its stead took the form and fashion of a man. He walked the earth as a man. For our sakes He became poor, that we through His poverty might be made rich. He laid aside His glory and His majesty. He was God, but the glories of the form of God He for awhile relinquished. . . . He bore the sins of the world, and endured the penalty which rolled like a mountain upon His divine soul. He yielded up His life a sacrifice, that man should not eternally die. He died, not through being compelled to die, but by His own free will." E.G. White, SDA Bible Commentary, Vol. 7a, p. 446.

One Spirit Eternal Spirit

Hbr 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Jhn 4:24 God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.

“They have one God and one Saviour; and one Spirit—the Spirit of Christ” (9T p. 289)

“Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is; there is Liberty.” (2 Cor. 3:17)

“For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself.” John 5:26.

"He (Christ) suffered the death which was ours, that we might receive the life which WAS His." Desire of Ages, p. 25 1 Cor. 11:24-265, cf. John 6:53, 54, Titus 3:5, 6.

"...When God's people take the position that they are the temple of the Holy Ghost, Christ himself abiding within, they will clearly reveal Him in spirit, words and actions that there will be unmistakable distinction between them and Satan's followers" Notebook Leaflets, p. 79.

"The impartation of the Spirit is the impartation of the life of Christ" Desire of Ages, p. 805.

"The work of the Holy Spirit is immeasurably great. It is from this source that power and efficiency come to the worker for God and the holy Spirit is the Comforter, as the personal presence of Christ to the soul." (HM, Nov 1 1893)

“The reason why the churches are weak and sickly and ready to die is that the enemy has brought influences of a discouraging nature to bear upon trembling souls. Satan has sought to shut Jesus from view as their Comforter, as the one who reproves, who warns, who admonishes, 'this Is the way walk ye in it'” R&H, Vol. 2, p. 422.

"As by faith we look to Jesus, our faith pierces the shadow and we adore God for His wondrous love in giving us Jesus, the Comforter" Man. 20, 1892.

"The work of the Holy Spirit is immeasurably great ... and the Holy Spirit is the comforter, as the personal presence of Christ in the soul" RH 1892-11-29.003.

"Christ declared that after His ascension, He would send to His church, as His crowning gift, the Comforter, who was to take His place. This Comforter is the Holy Spirit - the soul of His life, the efficacy of His church, the light of the world (Jesus is the light of the world is he not?). With His Spirit Christ sends a reconciling influence and a power that takes away sin (Isn't it Jesus who takes away sin?) RH, 1904-05-19.001 [parenthesis mine].

It is clear from the above quotes that Ellen White believed Jesus to be the Comforter.

Here are some more quotes:

"The Saviour is the Comforter, this I have proved Him to be" Manuscript Release 548-6.

How can the Saviour be the Comforter and a separate and distinct person at the same time? Only by the very means I describe herein.

The Holy Spirit Personifies—is the Personification of Christ

The Holy Spirit is the Comforter, in Christ's name. He personifies Christ, yet is a distinct personality. We may have the Holy Spirit if we ask for it and make it [a] habit to turn to and trust in God rather than in any finite human agent who may make mistakes. {20MR 324.2}

"...when on the day of Pentecost the promised Comforter descended and the power from on high was given and the souls of the believers thrilled with the conscious presence of their ascended Lord" G.C. p. 351.

"The Saviour has not promised His followers the luxuries of the world ... but His word is pledged that their need shall be supplied, and He has promised that which is far better than worldly good, the abiding comfort of His own presence" Desire of Ages, p. 367.

Note what some of the Adventist Pioneers have to say concerning the Spirit.

"The Spirit of God is spoken of in the Scriptures as God's representative - the power by which He works, the agency by which all things are upheld. This is clearly expressed by the Psalmist. (Ps. 139:7-10) We learn from this language the when we speak of the Spirit of God we are really speaking of His presence and power" R&H, Sept. 13, 1898, J.N. Loughborough.

"Finally, we know the Divine unity of the Father and the Son from the fact that both have the same Spirit. Paul, after saying that they that are in the flesh cannot please God, continues, 'But we are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His' Romans 8:9. Here we find that the Holy Spirit is both the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ" E.G. Waggoner, Christ and His Righteousness, p. 23, 1892.

"The Holy Spirit is the mighty energy of the Godhead, the life and power of God flowing out from Him to all parts of the universe, and thus making living connection between His throne and all creation ... Thus the Spirit is personified in Christ and God, but never revealed as a separate person. Never are we told to pray to the Spirit but to God FOR the Spirit ... Never do we find in the Scriptures prayers to the Spirit but to God for the Spirit" Signs of the Times, (Questions & Answers) 1911, M.C. Wilcox.

The Trinity Doctrine Sweeps Away the Entire Christian Economy

"The spiritualistic theories regarding the personality of God [the Godhead], followed to their logical conclusion, sweep away the whole Christian economy. They estimate as nothing the light that Christ came from heaven to give John to give to His people. They teach that the scenes just before us are not of sufficient importance to be given special attention. They make of no effect the truth of heavenly origin, and rob the people of God of their past experience, giving them instead a false science." E.G. White, 1SM, p. 204.

The Trinity Doctrine, Rome’s Central Doctrine, is a spiritualistic theory of man regarding the personality of God and Christ. That doctrine sweeps away the whole Christian economy. How? The Trinity Doctrine teaches that the Holy Spirit was always a third person. That is a lie. The Third Person Holy Spirit was formed when the Son divested Himself of that DIVINE ONLY life and soul at His Incarnation. It was that Incarnation sacrifice that made it possible for sin to be overcome. That had everything to do with the Sanctuary Service and the Atonement, for it that sacrifice did not take place, providing the means for overcoming sin, there was no sanctuary service in heaven—there was no atonement in heaven. Thus, the entire Christian economy is swept away by the Trinity doctrine because if the Holy Spirit existed as a third person from eternity, the sacrifice that really and truly resulted in that personification of the Holy Spirit as a third person never occurred and there would then be no cure for sin and overcoming sin would be impossible.

So the new movement has swept away the entire Christian economy by adopting Babylon’s teachings on:

The Sanctuary Service and the Atonement saying that all was completed at the cross.
The nature of Christ and His flesh; that His flesh was immaculate (Catholic version), and that His flesh was untainted, sinless flesh because He was sired by the Holy Spirit, which really implies immaculate flesh like Rome teaches.
The Godhead—All three persons always existed—no sacrifice resulting in the formation of the third person that is the Divine Nature Holy Spirit of Christ, the only means for overcoming sin.

Corporate Responsibility as Taught in the New Testament

All members of the omega of apostasy new movement are corporately responsible for all this heresy AS SOON AS THEY LEARN OF IT. We are held responsible for truth WHEN WE LEARN IT.

One of the most hated truths of God’s Word that is hated by new movement Seventh-day Adventists, it is the Bible teaching of corporate responsibility as taught in Joshua chapters 6 and 7, and Matthew 23 as well as Luke 11.

In the early 1950’s, Elder Robert J. Wieland and Donald K. Short, presented a very large manuscript to the church dealing with corporate responsibility for the church’s lack of reception of the 1888 message. That in-depth study was summarily rejected by the leadership of the new movement SDA church.

God told Israel that He would hold them corporately responsible for all the blood of the righteous killed from the time of Abel. That, my friends is corporate responsibility from the New Testament because God held the Jews of many generations after Abel, responsible for all the spilling of righteous blood from Abel on down to their final generation, and that would include the blood of Christ.

³¹ Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. ³² Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. ³³ Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? ³⁴ Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: ³⁵ That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. ³⁶ Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. ³⁷ O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! ³⁸ Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. ³⁹ For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.” Matthew 23:31-39.

"Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute: That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation from the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation. Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge [faith that works by love]: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered." Luke 11:49-52.

"The plain straight testimony must live in the church, or the curse of God will rest upon His people as surely as it did upon ancient Israel because of their sins. God holds His people, as a body [corporately], responsible for the sins existing in individuals among them." Testimonies, Vol. 3, p. 269.

Conclusions

There are only two masters—God and Satan. The new movement masquerading as the Seventh-day Adventist Church is no more than a Satanic cult teaching antichrist doctrine.

Dr. George Knight, retired Andrews University Seminary professor made the following statement in Ministry, the official Seventh-day Adventist journal for ministers: "Most of the founders of Seventh-day Adventism would not be able to join the church today if they had to subscribe to the denomination's Fundamental Beliefs. More specifically, most would not be able to agree to belief number 2, which deals with the doctrine of the trinity." - Ministry, October 1993, p. 10.

You have been duly warned my fellow Seventh-day Adventists. There is another prime heresy that has been taught since Ellen White’s death. That heresy teaches that all the bad will be shaken from the church militant to leave it purged and purified. That is a Satanic lie for God’s Word says that a remnant will go out of Jerusalem (Isaiah 37:31, 32) as well as Babylon. Ezekiel 22:17-31 says where the dross is gathered for burning, slaughter and melting.

Here is the most subtle deception of that heresy: All who believe that the bad will be shaken out rather than into the midst’s of Jerusalem, as God’s Word states, will remain in the apostate new movement until the next literal slaughter of Ezekiel 9, waiting for the bad to be shaken out. While they are waiting, they will be slaughtered.

Who is modern-day Israel (below) in your estimation?

"Study the 9th chapter of Ezekiel. These words will be literally fulfilled yet the time is passing, and the people are asleep. They refuse to humble their souls and to be converted. Not a great while longer will the Lord bear with the people who have such great and important truths revealed to them, but who refuse to bring these truths into their individual experience. The time is short. God is calling will YOU hear? Will YOU receive His message? Will YOU be converted before it is too late? Soon, very soon, every case will be decided for eternity. “The time will soon come when the prophecy of Ezekiel 9 will be fulfilled; that prophecy should be carefully studied, for it will be fulfilled to the very letter.”— Ellen G. White 1888 Materials, p. 1303.

The Signs of the Times, February 12, 1880: “The desolation of Jerusalem stands as a solemn warning before the eyes of modern Israel.”

“The desolation of Jerusalem in the days of Jeremiah is a solemn warning to modern Israel, that the counsels and admonitions given them through chosen instrumentalities cannot be disregarded with impunity.” Prophets and Kings, 416.

Who is modern Israel (below) in your estimation? BABYLON??????

The Signs of the Times, February 12, 1880: “The desolation of Jerusalem stands as a solemn warning before the eyes of modern Israel.”

“In some cases, BEFORE the time specified in the decree, enemies will rush upon the waiting ones to put them to death.” E.G. White, The 1884 edition of The Great Controversy, p. 447.

In Great Controversy, chapter 1, Ellen White says that in the last literal fulfillment of Ezekiel 9, A.D. 70, the apostate Jews hired false prophets to remain at the apostate Jewish church, and they told the people that the Romans would never penetrate the 24 ft. thick gates to the city because it was God’s church and the gates of hell would not prevail against it.

New Movement SDA leaders say that the gates of hell will not prevail against their apostate new movement church, but what does God say?

"Of those who boast of their light, and yet fail to walk in it, Christ says, ‘But I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you. And thou, Capernaum [Seventh-day Adventists, who have had great light], which art exalted unto heaven [in point of privilege], shall be brought down to hell’...‘therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by My name, wherein ye trust, and unto this place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh. And I will cast you out of My sight...’" Review and Herald, August 1, 1893 (brackets by Sister White).

The same leaders say that there is no eighth church—that Laodicea will go through as the noble ship. What does Ellen White say? Rwb

"The church is in the Laodicean state. The presence of God is not in her midst." E.G. White, Notebook Leaflets, p. 99, 1898.

"To the end of time, the presence of the Spirit is to abide with the true church." E.G. White, Acts of the Apostles, p. 55.

“From the beginning, faithful souls have constituted the church on earth. In every age the Lord has had His watchmen, who have borne a faithful testimony to the generation in which they lived. These sentinels gave the message of warning; and when they were called to lay off their armor, others took up the work. God brought these witnesses into covenant relation with Himself, uniting the church on earth with the church in heaven. He has sent forth His angels to minister to His church, and the gates of hell have not been able to prevail against His people.” E.G. White, The Acts of the Apostles, p. 12.

The gates of hell will not prevail against faithful souls--obviously.

"The members of the church triumphant--the church in heaven--will be permitted to draw near to the members of the church militant, to aid them in their necessity." E. G. White, The Southern Watchman, Sep. 8, 1903.

I fully agree with Ellen White's COL p. 75 statement that the tares dwell with the wheat until the harvest, the end of probationary time. However, as I said, it is the church of Ezekiel 20:34-38, the church triumphant, the earthly representatives of the heavenly church, Heb. 12:22, 23, which separates the wheat from the tares. Contrary to the belief of many Adventists, the church triumphant has existed in the form of faithful men in every generation. Philadelphia has been represented in every generation by a group of "faithful men."

"The members of the church triumphant--the church in heaven--will be permitted to draw near to the members of the church militant, to aid them in their necessity." E. G. White, The Southern Watchman, Sep. 8, 1903.

"I then saw the THIRD ANGEL. Said my accompanying angel, 'Fearful is his work. Awful is his mission. He is the angel that is to select the wheat from the tares, and seal, or bind, the wheat for the heavenly garner." E.G. White, Early Writings, 118.

"Verily I say unto you," Christ continued, "whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Verse 18.
This statement holds its force in all ages. On the church has been conferred the power to act in Christ's stead. It is God's instrumentality for the preservation of order and discipline among His people. To it the Lord has delegated the power to settle all questions respecting its prosperity, purity, and order. Upon it rests the responsibility of excluding from its fellowship those who are unworthy, who by their un-Christlike conduct would bring dishonor on the truth. Whatever the church does that is in accordance with the directions given in God's word will be ratified in heaven.” 7T 263.

Third Angel—“No one hears the voice of these angels, for they are a symbol to represent the people of God who are working in harmony with the universe of heaven. Men and women, enlightened by the Spirit of God and sanctified through the truth, proclaim the three messages in their order.” E.G. White, Selected Messages, Bk. 2, p. 387.

Who is the THIRD ANGEL?

"The angel represented in prophecy as delivering this message, symbolizes a class of faithful men, who obedient to the promptings of God's Spirit and the teachings of his word, proclaim this warning to the inhabitants of earth. This message WAS NOT to be committed to the religious leaders of the people." E.G. White, The Spirit of Prophecy, Vol. 4, 199, 200.

What Deluded SDA Leaders Say About Laodicea in Direct Contradiction to Ellen White

"...in the case with the [SDA] Laodicean Church, as a church, is different, the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. The last church will not be spewed out; it will not be rejected; it will go through triumphantly." Review, November 9, 1939.

"The Laodicean Church is the translation church...this is the very church that will be translated into the Kingdom of God." Review, November 30, 1939. (General Conference president J.L. McElhany)

"...because the church is under God's grace it ‘may appear as about to fall, but it does not fall.’" Adventist Review, September 22, 1983, p 14.

"The prophetic scenario assures us of the church's survival....[It will] go through until the very end....it does not fall..." Adventist Review, May 4, 1989, p. 9.

"The Seventh-day Adventist Church will triumph gloriously and will go through triumphantly, as a corporate body, to the sea of glass." The Early and Latter Rain of the Holy Spirit, p 183, by Gordon W. Collier, Sr., 1973.

The church leaders do not stop here, but even teach that the SDA church, which we have already discovered will fall, is the same as the place or city of refuge:

"...[finding the SDA church is] Finding a Refuge." Adventist Review, November 2, 1989, p 28.

They teach that the SDA church is the same as the ark--the ship of safety:

"Many times pastors have compared the church to an ark of safety, and I believe it is....The church is a place to preserve our lives..." Adventist Review, August 7, 1986, p 23.

"Like the ark, the church will help save God's people..." Adventist Review, August 9, 1984, p 18.

"Christ's statement is ‘that the gates of hell shall not prevail against’ the church....Let us stay with the ship. The church...is going through and will surely drop anchor on the ‘sea of glass’ because a ‘Divine hand is on the wheel’--the hand of Christ." Adventist Review, July 28, 1983, p 5.

They teach that the SDA church supplies a ticket to heaven, and hence our walk with God and our salvation is connected to church membership:

"The local [SDA] church becomes the ‘port of entry’ to the kingdom of God." Adventist Review, October 1, 1992, p 23.

"Your walk with God has a great deal to do with your desire to come back to church....As you return, seek Him. He has promised that you will find Him....You won't drop out again as long as you continue to grow in Him." Adventist Review, November 2, 1989, p 27.

"There is some relationship between salvation and church membership." Adventist Review, August 9, 1984, p 18.

They teach that no matter how bad the church is, God will purify it, and the corporate body will make it to the sea of glass.

"This church to which we belong will emerge a victorious company to stand some day on the sea of glass....Adventism is destined to triumph gloriously....They [God's people] will patiently watch and pray until God in His own time and in His own way purifies His church...The church will fulfill its prophetic role and will triumph. Let us stay with the church so that we can share in that victory." Messenger, October, 1994, p 11.

They also teach that the SDA church will always be the Remnant church, simply because it knows, but does not follow the truths necessary to be the Remnant church.

Former General Conference president, Robert Folkenberg, states:

"The idea of a remnant does not mean that those who claim to be part of it are necessarily better than others, that somehow they are more holy than others. The remnant is identified simply by the truths that it knows, not even the truths that it believes or that it practices or that this corporate remnant shares, but simply that it knows....I affirm that this remnant is the Seventh-day Adventist Church." Transcript of Robert Folkenberg's address "Movement of Destiny" at the Scottish Mission Session, Edinburgh, Scotland, June 4, 1994.

In fact, the apostate SDA leadership even teaches that the SDA church is on a par with God Himself!

"I appeal to all who are outside the fold [SDA church] just now....If you are not here, He [Christ] misses you....The Father owns the house. Return to Him. For every good love story should have a happy ending." Adventist Review, November 2, 1989, p. 8.

"...when we backslide from the church, we also backslide from God." Adventist Review, June 2, 1988, p. 9.

But is this true? Is the SDA church, or any church--even the true church, the city of refuge or the ark of safety for God's people today? No! Then where is the real "city of refuge" for sinners? Where is the real "ark of safety" in which we must find shelter from the coming storm and tempest? This is only found in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour!

Jesus is the city of refuge (Patriarchs and Prophets, p 516-517; Christ's Object Lessons, p 158; Sons and Daughters of God, p 79); Jesus is the place for the weary to find rest in (Isaiah 28:12; Sons and Daughters of God, p 298; Desire of Ages, p 328-332; Testimonies, vol. 5, p 410; vol. 2, p 562-563); Jesus--the truth--is the ark of safety (Testimonies, vol. 5, p 279; Evangelism, p 397; Medical Ministry, p 317; Review and Herald, vol. 2, p 102); and Jesus is the shelter from the storm and tempest soon to come! (Testimonies to Ministers, p 182; Great Controversy, p 654).

No church--including the true church--can be our city of refuge or our ark of safety! We must be hid in Jesus and Him only, not in any group or any church! Jesus is our only hope!

When the SDA church teaches that it is the city of refuge or the ark of safety, that she will always be the remnant and will never fall, they are brainwashing our SDA people with pure Catholic doctrine--that salvation can only be found in the church. The SDA church has removed Christ from the hearts of our people, and has put the church in His place. Thus, the SDA church has become god to our people. This is the same erroneous doctrine which the Jewish church leaders taught their people, and their church became god to them!

"The Jews worshiped the temple and were filled with greater indignation at anything spoken against that building than if it had been spoken against God." Early Writings, p. 198.

This false Catholic teaching, that the apostate church is the city of refuge, the ark of safety, and that it is corporately bound for heaven, results in the implied or overt threat that if any SDA drops their membership and leaves the safety of the SDA church, they are lost! How? The SDA leaders and ministers have replaced Christ with themselves and replaced God with the church: hence if one separates from the SDA church then he would believe that he has separated from God and Christ and is lost. Many Adventists do believe that if they leave the SDA church, they are doomed as being apostates from Christ until they return back to the church.

In fact, the SDA church states just that!

"Regardless of the pretext, or how righteous the cause may appear, separation from the visible remnant [the SDA church] is apostasy from the body of Christ." Messenger, October, 1994, p 2.

Yet this Catholic teaching is so firmly entrenched in their minds that even after they have discovered that the SDA church is in apostasy, and have decided to physically leave the corrupt SDA church, some still retain their names on the corporate membership roll. They still retain a foot in the door of the church, still holding on to "Mother's" apron string, still touching or remaining connected with the corrupt church just in case the corporate church, with all its listed members, does indeed make it to heaven in the end!

But is this position acceptable in God's sight? Does your name on the membership rolls of an apostate church of Babylon, who has rejected the light from heaven, mean anything?

"My [Ellen White's] brother continued to fail rapidly. If he felt a cloud shutting Jesus from him, he would not rest until it was dispelled, and bright hope again cheered him. To all who visited him, he conversed upon the goodness of God, and would often lift his emaciated finger, pointing upwards, while a heavenly light rested upon his countenance, and say, ‘My treasure is laid up on high.’ It was a wonder to all that his life of suffering was thus protracted. He had a hemorrhage of the lungs, and was thought to be dying. Then an unfulfilled duty presented itself to him. He had again connected himself with the Methodist church. He was expelled in 1843 with the other members of the family, on account of his faith. He said he could not die in peace until his name was taken from the church-book, and requested father to go immediately and have it taken off.

"In the morning father visited the minister, stating my brother's request. He said that he would visit him, and then if it was still his wish to be considered no longer a member of their church, his request should be granted. Just before the minister arrived my brother had a second hemorrhage, and whispered his fears that he should not live to do this duty. The minister visited him, and he immediately expressed his desire, and told him he could not die in peace until his name was taken from the church-book; that he should not have united with them again if he had been standing in the light....Soon after this my brother fell asleep in Jesus, in full hope of having a part in the first resurrection." Spiritual Gifts, vol. 2, p 163-164.

There is nothing written in the Bible or the Spirit of Prophecy that is not for our edification. So this testimony has significance for us today! Failure to remove one’s name from the membership rolls of a church which has apostatized from God, rejected and changed the truths of the three angels' messages into falsehood, and has become Babylon fallen, is called "an unfulfilled DUTY." And this duty was carried out before Ellen White's brother had "full hope of having a part in the first resurrection"! Hence, there is a duty to leave any church which has rejected the three angels' messages. And especially is this the case with the Seventh-day Adventist church. What other church has had, and has rejected, greater light than the SDA church? It is true that we are not saved by being members of a church, but we can be lost by remaining members in a Babylonian one!

The SDA church and its leadership are leading the entire membership into the deception that the church cannot possibly be destroyed--no matter how rebellious and corrupt it becomes. But was it any different with the Jewish church leadership?

"The long-suffering of God toward Jerusalem, only confirmed the Jews in their stubborn impenitence....The fear of God no longer disturbed them. Satan was at the head of the nation, and the highest civil and religious authorities were under his sway.

"Yet in their [Jewish church leadership] blind and blasphemous presumption the instigators of this hellish work publicly declared that they had no fear that Jerusalem would be destroyed, for it was God's own city. To establish their power more firmly, they bribed false prophets to proclaim, even when the Roman legions were besieging the temple, that the people were to wait [in Jerusalem] for deliverance from God." Spirit of Prophecy, vol. 4, p 30-31.

Was the church leadership successful in the deception of their church membership?

"To the last, multitudes held fast to the belief that the Most High would interpose for the defeat of their adversaries. But Israel had spurned the divine protection, and now she had no defense." Spirit of Prophecy, vol. 4, p 31.

The Jewish church and its leadership had a form of being God's church, but they rejected God's Son, His truth, and His power to work His righteousness among them. This exactly--only in greater magnitude--has been done by the SDA church and its leadership. They have also rejected Jesus Christ, (see Testimonies to Ministers, p 97, p 131, p 467-468; 1888 Materials, p 1565-1566; Special Testimonies, Series A, p 19-20, Series B#7, p 15), rejected His truth and His power to work His righteousness among them (see Testimonies, vol. 5, p 71-72, 719-720; Paulson Collection, p 54-55, 60-61; Selected Messages, book 1, p 234-235; Testimonies to Ministers, p 465, 468, 89-91, 363-364, 366-367, 413; 1888 Materials, p 1565; Review and Herald, December 23, 1890, August 1, 1893; Manuscript Releases, vol. 15, p 292-293, vol. 13, p 122-123, 378-381; Battle Creek Letters, p 55-56; Special Testimonies, Series B#2, p 22, B#7, p 13).

How does God want His people to respond to a church that has a form of godliness, but denies the power? Does God want His people to touch, be connected to, or retain a foot in the door--continuing to hold on to a corrupt, apostate, unclean, Babylonian church?

"Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." 2 Timothy 3:5.

"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." Ephesians 5:11.

"Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the Lord." Isaiah 52:11.

"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." 2 Corinthians 6:14-18.

One area which is often overlooked is the command to "touch not the unclean thing." This means that even if you have left an apostate harlot church, but have not removed your membership from the roll books, your membership still connects you to that unclean church. Hence you would be touching the unclean thing by retaining your church membership! You would be unclean by this touch, and a partaker with the harlot church in her sins!

When a priest of Israel, who was consecrated and made holy to minister before God, came in contact with a dead body--even if it was but the slightest touch of the hem of his garments--his whole person was contaminated and declared unclean. According to the God-given process of cleansing found in Numbers 19, the unclean priest had to separate himself from the camp of Israel, go out into the wilderness, and be cleansed twice. This cleansing process involved running water being poured through the ashes of a red heifer which had been sacrificed.

If after being cleansed, the worker of God went back to the camp of Israel and touched the dead body again, he would become unclean and would have to go through the whole process once again of separation out of the camp in order to be cleansed.

The sacrificed red heifer represents Christ--the Word of God. The running water represents the purifying action of the Holy Spirit cleansing us through the Word of God. And the dead body represents a spiritually dead church. So by our connection to and membership in a spiritually dead church body, even in the slightest way, we are unclean by this touch and unfit to minister or work for a holy God. And the only God-given way in which we can become cleansed and accepted back into His service, is to separate ourselves completely from that unclean church, be cleansed twice by Christ's sacrifice and the purifying work of the Holy Spirit through the word of God, and then not reconnect ourselves with that dead unclean church. We can warn others about where the unclean and dead church is, and what to do if they are connected to it. But if we want to serve and witness for a holy God, we dare not touch or reconnect ourselves to the church.

This same issue can be clearly seen in the illustration of a mud puddle. While standing in a pool of muddy water, even if we move to its shallowest edge, we are still contaminated by the mud. We can use all the soap and pour clean, pure water over our heads, and yet we are not completely cleansed because our feet are still connected with the mud. We may even manage to be clean and spotless everywhere else on our body, but while our feet remain in the mud, we are not fully cleansed or completely spotless. We can never be fully cleansed or completely spotless until we break all connection with the muddy pool, get out of the mud, and are again cleansed. And in order to remain fully clean, we must not touch or reconnect ourselves with that unclean muddy pool. We can and must warn others about where the unclean and muddy pool is, and what to do if they are touching it and thus contaminated. But if we want to remain clean and spotless, we dare not touch or reconnect ourselves to it again.

"Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned?" Proverbs 6:27-28.

"Can two walk together, except they be agreed?" Amos 3:3.

"We are exhorted, ‘touch not the unclean’ [2 Corinthians 6:17]. Those who associate with the impure, themselves become impure. If we choose the society of the ungodly, we shall be affected by their ungodliness." Review and Herald, October 23, 1888.

"You are exhorted to touch not the unclean thing; for in touching this, you will yourself become unclean. It is impossible for you to unite with those who are corrupt, and still remain pure. ‘What fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? and what concord hath Christ with Belial?’ [2 Corinthians 6:14-15] God and Christ and the heavenly host would have man know that if he unites with the corrupt, he will become corrupt." E.G. White Comments, SDA Bible Commentary, vol. 6, p 1102.

By our willing choice to remain associated with, or by retaining our membership in, the corrupt, apostate, Babylonian SDA church, we are made partakers in the sins of the church--being made corporately responsible in all the church's wickedness. Thus we are one with this unclean woman in harlotry, and we will receive the same punishment as the SDA church does!

"Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. What? Know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? For two, saith He, shall be one flesh." 1 Corinthians 6:15-16.

"And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues..." Revelation 18:4.

If we choose to remain connected with the apostate Babylonian SDA church--whether by our presence or by our names on the roll books, then we choose to be a partaker in all the sins of the church, and thus we will receive the plagues along with the church we love more than following the will of God.

The SDA church has chosen to follow--in a greater degree--the same path that the Jewish church followed in rejecting God and His will. But because of the leadership's choice to follow their own stubborn wills, what occurred to the Jewish church?

"For the rejection of Christ, with the results that followed, they were responsible. A nation's sin and a nation's ruin were due to the religious leaders." Christ's Object Lessons, p 304-305.

"All the predictions given by Christ concerning the destruction of Jerusalem were fulfilled to the letter." Spirit of Prophecy, vol. 4, p 31.

"...the fate of the temple of Jerusalem. That magnificent structure fell. Angels of God were sent to do the work of destruction..." SDA Bible Commentary, vol. 5, p 1098-99.

As angels of God were involved in the destruction of the Jewish church, so angels of God will be involved in the destruction of the Adventist church. About the destruction that will occur to the SDA church and its people:

"The Lord commissions His messengers [angels], the men with the slaughtering weapons in their hands: ‘Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house’ [Ezek 9:5-6].

"Here we see that the church--the Lord's sanctuary--was the first to feel the stroke of the wrath of God. The ancient men, those to whom God had given great light and who had stood as guardians of the spiritual interests of the people, had betrayed their trust....These dumb dogs that would not bark are the ones who feel the just vengeance of an offended God." Testimonies, vol. 5, p 211.

Will this terrible destruction actually occur?

"Study the 9th chapter of Ezekiel. These words will be literally fulfilled...God is calling; will you hear? Will you receive His message?...Soon, very soon, every case will be decided for eternity." Manuscript Releases, vol. 1, p 260.

Why did Jerusalem and the entire system of the Jewish church have to be destroyed?

"They [Jews] robbed God of His glory, and defrauded the world by a counterfeit of the gospel. They had refused to surrender themselves to God for the salvation of the world, and they became agents of Satan for its destruction.

"The people whom God had called to be the pillar and ground of truth had become representatives of Satan....God could do no more for man through these channels. The whole system must be swept away." Desire of Ages, p 36.

Having given up the real three angels' messages, the entire SDA church is now founded upon a counterfeit gospel. Thus the SDA church is defrauding its people and the world of the truth. Instead of being God's obedient representatives, they have become the representatives of Satan. Hence, God can do no more for man through the channels of the SDA church, and the whole system must be swept away!

The SDA church and its leadership have verily fulfilled the following prophecy:

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables."

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." 2 Timothy 4:3-4; 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12.

This destruction of the SDA church will also be "fulfilled to the letter." And God mercifully reveals, as a warning, this future destruction of our professed SDA people who choose to remain within the SDA church:

"Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women...and begin at My sanctuary....And He said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew...And as for Me also, Mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense their way upon their own head." Ezekiel 9:5-10.

"The time is soon coming when the work of God's judgments will begin at His sanctuary. God Himself is now drawing the separating line. He says, ‘As for Me also, Mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense their way upon their head’ [Ezekiel 9:10]." Letter 3, January 1, 1900, Last Day Events from the Letters and Manuscripts of E.G. White, p 90-91.

"Men, maidens, and little children all perished together." Testimonies, vol. 5, p 211.

OH, MY PROFESSED SDA PEOPLE; TURN YE, TURN YE, FROM YOUR EVIL WAYS AND FROM YOUR FALLEN CHURCH, FOR WHY WILL YE DIE ALONG WITH HER?

"In the General Conference the counsels of God have been set aside, and the counsels and wisdom of men have been relied upon....The General Conference--what is it? What does it comprehend? Is it a General Conference, or is it something wrapped up and called by that name? With the exception of a limited number, the people who ought to know are not intelligent in regard to its workings....and the people at large know scarcely anything of what is being done at the heart of the work...

"As I was made to understand something of the management of the work in this great center, it was all that I could bear. My spirit was pained within me, for I had lost confidence in that which I had ever presented before the people as the voice of God to His children. It has not been the voice of God. There has been a lording power exercised over God's heritage...Their own principles have been counterworking the principles of truth and righteousness. We cannot therefore present before the people that the voice of the General Conference in its decisions must move and control them; for its propositions and decisions cannot be accepted. They are not in the right line of progress. God is cropped out of their counsels....

"The men who are guiding and planning, who carry large responsibilities, have separated themselves from God, and the righteousness of true principles is not in them; and if their plans are not counterworked they will cause ruin....

"‘Come out from among them,’ God says, ‘and be ye separate,...and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty’ [2 Cor. 6:17,18]. We all need a Father with whom to consult. The Holy Spirit has been refused by men who are puffed up with vain conceit and believe themselves capable of managing wonderful responsibilities....

"If our people were not blinded by deception they would see that these men are walking contrary to God. God has been speaking to them by His Word, through His testimonies, by His Spirit. Why do they not take heed? They have closed their eyes that they should not see, and their ears that they should not hear. They have rushed madly on in their uncontrollable spirit, unsanctified and separated from God; and yet they suppose that they can bring God's people to their terms and under their control....It cannot be done. God will put a voice in the stones to cry out against it....

"The refuge of lies will fail. God will strike a blow to deliver His oppressed people....

"I must speak plainly. We are reaching a time when a just standard of right and wrong, of honor and dishonor, of truth and error, is becoming a thing of naught. ‘Truth is fallen in the streets, and equity cannot enter’ [Isaiah 59:14]....The man who sits at the feet of Jesus and learns His lessons will say as did one of old, ‘Unto their assembly, mine honor, be not thou united’ [Genesis 49:6]....
