One of the most classic cases which demonstrates how the
leaders of apostate Adventism misrepresent Ellen White, is their application to
the church militant of her “church as about to fall, but does not,”
statement, and her statements that the church will be cleansed.
It should be clear to everyone that when the statement is read
in full context, the church that appears as about to fall is the church
triumphant, Zion, from which and by which sinners are shaken.
What? Sinners in Zion? The church Triumphant? Isn’t that a
contradiction? It appears as such, but here is how it is not a contradiction.
The apostate Jewish church professed to be the seed of
Abraham, the “chosen” of God, the Zion of Isaiah 62:1-5, the bride of Christ.
The SDA church makes the same claim of being the bride of Christ, the true
remnant church. This is the proper context for the term “sinners in Zion.”
Isaiah 4:1-4 as compared to Isaiah 37:31, 32 should make this apparent paradox clear.
Does Isaiah
Chapter 4 and 37 Apply to us?
"The
Bible for Our Time.--Never are we absent from the mind of God. God is our joy
and our salvation. Each of the ancient prophets spoke less for their own time
than for ours, so that their prophesying is in force for us. 'Now all these
things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our
admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come' (1 Cor. 10:11). 'Not
unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now
reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the
Holy Ghost sent down from heaven which things the angels desire to look into'

Prophets Wrote for Their Own and Our
Day.—“The last books of the Old Testament show us workers taken from
the laborers in the field. Others were men of high ability and extensive

Apparent Contradictions
Between Isaiah 4:1-4 and Isaiah 37:31, 32:
Isaiah 4:1-4 says that in the end-time, seven women (all
formally organized churches) will take hold of one man (Christ) and want to
be called by His name (Christian), but will want to eat their own bread
(rather than Christ and His teachings), and wear their own apparel (their own
robes of self-righteousness) in lieu of the righteousness of Christ.
It speaks of some who are escaped from that condition of
professing Israel. It speak of those who are left in Zion and he that
remaineth in Jerusalem, as being called Holy (cleansed if you will)—even
every one that remains in Jerusalem shall be called holy including every one
that is living in Jerusalem. It says that there is filth in the daughters of Zion
and that said filth will be washed away from the midst of Zion by the spirit
of judgment and burning. Does this remind you of the literal fulfillment of
Ezekiel 9 in A.D. 70? It should!
Isaiah 4
1 And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying,
We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by
thy name, to take away our reproach. 2 In that day shall the
branch of the LORD be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth
shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel. 3
And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that
remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written
among the living in Jerusalem: 4 When the Lord shall have washed
away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of
Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit
of burning. Isaiah 4:1-5.
Then Isaiah says in chapter 37, that a remnant shall escape of
the house of Judah. Judah was the daughter of Zion, the daughter of the bride
of Christ that is married to Him, Isaiah 62. She has sons and daughters
(mentioned in the same chapter). He says a remnant shall go OUT OF JERUSALEM,
wherein chapter 4:1-4 speaks of all who REMAIN in Jerusalem as being
Holy—even everyone who lived in Jerusalem. He mentions those who escape out
of Mt. Zion. So there must have been corruption in Mt. Zion, the Holy spot
the Temple was built upon.
Isaiah 37
31 And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah
shall again take root downward, and bear fruit upward: 32 For out
of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of mount
Zion: the zeal of the LORD of hosts shall do this. Isaiah 37:31, 32.
How did God Purge His Floor and Cleanse His Church in
the Prefigure of Israel?
Any atheist could well
point to Isaiah 4 and Isaiah 37 as a clear example as to how the Bible
contradicts itself? Right? WRONG! There is a clear resolution to the riddle
presented in those chapters. There resolution lies in the fact that after
Christ came upon the scene in A.D. 27, there were two headquarters for two
very different churches in Jerusalem, representative of two very different
factions of professed believers, to wit:

The headquarters
of Jesus and His disciples was in Jerusalem.
·
The headquarters
of the apostate Temple on Mt. Zion was in Jerusalem as well. Both
“headquarters” professed to be true Jerusalem, true Zion.
Questions:

Which headquarters
was true Zion, true Jerusalem?
·
Who were the
leaders of each headquarters who were supposed to be Zion, the bride of
Christ?
·
Where was the true
porch and alter the faithful were to weep between?
·
Where was the true
Jerusalem wherein the faithful were sealed by the man in Linen?

Was anyone sealed
in apostate Jerusalem?

Did the true
church “appear” to fall when it was destroyed by the Romans? Yes indeed!

Church?

Are there Sinners
(tares—insincere believers) attaching themselves to Zion, the true Reformers,
until the close of Probation?

Was the filth of
the apostates washed away from the established organization?

Were the bad
removed from the apostate organization to leave it purified and cleansed?

Who separates the
wheat from the tares and thorns?

Is there a
difference between tares (insincere believers) and open sinners (thorns) whom
God says choke wheat and kill it, making it impossible to mature?
Answers:
·
Christ and His
disciples were the leaders of True Zion headquarters, true Jerusalem.
·
The disciples of
Christ are called His bride in Desire
of Ages, 179.
·
Only the High
Priest leaders went into the Tabernacle.
·
Only the 144,000
bride, Zion, goes into the Temple of heaven. Early Writings, p. 19.
·
Zion, Christ’s
bride, will be the priests of the Temple. Jesus is the High Priest.
·
Jerusalem was
symbolic of the people, the guests. See GC 426-7. They were Judah, the
daughters of Zion. But even the priesthood of apostate Zion was corrupt, as
is the priesthood of apostate Adventism today.
·
The Pharisees and
Scribes were the priests (leaders) of apostate Zion.
·
Not one person was
ever sealed in apostate Zion or apostate Jerusalem.
·
The sinners in Zion were those who laid
claim to be true Zion, but were not. They were the Synagogue of Satan.
·
From and by which
church were the sinners in Zion shaken? From and by True Zion. How? By a
shaking message of pure truth.
·
The SDA church
claims to be Zion, the bride of Christ. How are sinners shaken from her? By
true Zion, true Jerusalem, and their shaking message of pure truth.
·
The true church
was in home churches from A.D. 34 to A.D. 66, when it fled 3 ½ years before
Jerusalem was destroyed in A.D. 70. So it will be again.
·
There are indeed sinners
who will attach themselves to the true reformer movement until the close of
probation. But true reformers will not tolerate open sin in the camp. The
thorns who would choke out the wheat in any reformer (home church) camp are
either reformed or removed.
·
The true
Reformers, the Third Angel, will separate the wheat from the tares at
probations close. How? With an increasingly severe shaking message that
involves increasing self-sacrificing love.
Christ’s disciples were
told that whoever they bound (sealed) on earth would be bound in heaven. The
same is true of faithful men (true Reformers) today, to wit:
Third
angel "I was shown that the THIRD ANGEL, proclaiming the commandments of
God and the faith of Jesus, represents the PEOPLE who receive this message
and raise the voice in warning to the world." Testimonies for the
Church, vol. 1, 77.
"I
then saw the THIRD ANGEL. Said my accompanying angel, 'Fearful is his work.
Awful is his mission. He is the angel that is to select the wheat from the
tares, and seal, or bind, the wheat for the heavenly garner." E.G.
White, Early Writings, 118.
How? By
circumstance that will force an exposure of the insincerity of the tares into
the open. Tares can fake it in good times, but harsh and threatening
circumstances will force them to one side of the Laodicean fence or the
other.
Third
Angel—“No one hears the voice of these angels, for they are a symbol to
represent the people of God who are working in harmony with the universe of
heaven. Men and women, enlightened by
the Spirit of God and sanctified through the truth, proclaim the three
messages in their order.” E.G. White, Selected
Messages, Bk. 2, p. 387.
"The
angel represented in prophecy as delivering this message, symbolizes a class
of faithful men, who obedient to the promptings of God's Spirit and the
teachings of his word, proclaim this warning to the inhabitants of earth.
This message WAS NOT to be committed to the religious leaders of the
people." E.G. White, The Spirit of Prophecy, vol. 4, 199, 200.
A wise sage, the late J.
Wilfred Johnson, said that if you want to know how God will work in the
future, look to see how He worked in the past. If you want to know how God
will purge (cleanse) His floor (His church) now, study as to how He did it in
the past.
How God Cleansed the Apostate Jewish Church Temple
The true God, the God of
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, never forces Himself upon anyone. The Jewish
leaders rejected Him, so He cleansed His floor, His church in His own way. He
gathered out those (His bride—disciples—DA 179) who would take the gospel to
the world. Desire of Ages, 232.
Then His disciples remained in the city (not the Temple) of Jerusalem, until
they were invested with the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost.
The Answer to the Riddle
Now read Isaiah 4:1-4 and
Isaiah 37:31, 32 with new eyesalve. Those who remained in true Zion were
Holy. Those who remained in true Jerusalem were holy. The daughters of Zion
who accepted the message of the disciples were symbolized by “Jerusalem,” and
the disciples were the bride, “Zion.”
This constituted the true remnant that went out of Jerusalem.
Now, at the end-time, God
is purging His floor (cleansing His church) in the very same manner. He does not
force the apostate new movement to do anything. He simply removes those who
will hear His call and the call of His bride, as it is the voice of both that
awakens all ten sleeping virgins, Christ’s
Object Lessons, 405-6, saying “go ye out to meet Him.” This means to go
out of the world and out of apostate churches that cannot be distinguished
from the world, and that now includes the SDA church which has come into
liaison with the fallen churches of Babylon.
God’s bride, Zion, His
church triumphant in all ages, in every succeeding generation (DA 232), is
the true reformers.
"Characteristics of True Reformers.--Here
are given the characteristics of those who shall be reformers, who will
bear the banner of the third angel's message, those who avow themselves
God's commandment-keeping people, and who honor God, and are earnestly
engaged, in the sight of all the universe, in building up the old waste
places. Who is it that calls
them, The repairers of the breach, The restorers of paths to dwell
in? It is God. Their names
are registered [written--Heb. 12:22, 23] in heaven as reformers,
restorers, as raising the foundations of many generations." E. G.

“It is no
argument against the truth that there are few who are willing to accept it.
Few accepted the world's Redeemer. Though the multitude flocked around him,
eager to receive temporal blessings, yet he sadly declared: "Ye will not
come to me that ye might have life." Men are now no more favorable to
practical godliness; they are just as intently seeking earthly good, to the
neglect of eternal riches. And
reformers of the present day will meet with the same discouragements as did
their Master.” {ST, January
28, 1886 par. 3}
“Indifference
and Neutrality in a Crisis: "If God abhors one sin above another, of
which HIS PEOPLE are guilty, it is of doing nothing in a case of emergency.
Indifference or neutrality in a religious crisis is regarded of God as a
grievous crime and equal to the very worst type of hostility against
God." E.G. White, Review and Herald, vol. 1, p. 136. Also, Testimonies, Vol. 3, p. 281.
Part of the full weight of evidence as to
which church it is that appears as about to fall, is this statement from The Great Controversy, p. 616:
“The people of God will then be plunged into those
scenes of affliction and distress described by the prophet as the time of
Jacob's trouble."Thus saith the Lord:
We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. . . . All
faces are turned into paleness. Alas! for that day is great, so that none is
like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of
it." Jeremiah 30:5-7.
Jacob's night of anguish, when he wrestled in
prayer for deliverance from the hand of Esau (Genesis 32:24-30), represents the experience of God's
people in the time of trouble.
Because of the deception practiced to secure his father's blessing, intended
for Esau, Jacob had fled for his life, alarmed by his brother's deadly
threats. After remaining for many years an exile, he had set out, at God's
command, to return with his wives and children, his flocks and herds, to his
native country. On reaching the borders of the land, he was filled with
terror by the tidings of Esau's approach at the head of a band of warriors,
doubtless bent upon revenge. Jacob's
company, unarmed and defenseless, seemed
about to fall helpless victims of
violence and slaughter. And to the
burden of anxiety and fear was added the crushing weight of self-reproach,
for it was his own sin that had brought this danger. His only hope was in the
mercy of God; his only defense must be prayer. Yet he leaves nothing undone
on his own part to atone for the wrong to his brother and to avert the
threatened danger. So should the followers of Christ, as they approach the
time of trouble, make every exertion to place themselves in a proper light
before the people, to disarm prejudice, and to avert the danger which
threatens liberty of conscience.” The
Great Controversy, p. 616.

appearing as about to fall IN ITS FULL CONTEXT:

994 - An Appeal to Live the Truth and Share It
For
weeks I have not been able to sleep after half past three o'clock. My mind is
deeply exercised in regard to our condition as a people. We ought to be far
in advance of any other people on the earth because we have greater light and
greater knowledge of the truth, which lays us under increased accountability
to advance that light and not only profess to believe the truth but to
practice it. When we do practice the truth we are then following Jesus, who
is the light of the world; and if we as a people are not constantly
elevating, becoming more and more spiritually minded, we are becoming like
the Pharisees--self-righteous--while we do not the will of God. {12MR 318.1}
We
must have a greater nearness to God. Much less of self and much more of Jesus
Christ and His grace must be brought into our everyday life. We are living in
an important period of this world's history. The end of all things is at
hand; the sands of time are fast running out; soon in heaven it will be said:
"It is done." "He that is holy, let him be holy still,"
"he which is filthy, let him be filthy still" [Rev. 21:6; 22:11].

Let
our testimonies be sharpened up; let us have a firmer hold on God. I cannot
refrain from prayer at one, two, and three o'clock in the morning for the
Lord to work upon the hearts of the people. I think of all heaven being
interested in the work that is going on upon the earth. Ministering angels
are waiting about the throne to instantly obey the mandate of Jesus Christ to
answer every prayer offered in earnest living faith. I think of how many who
profess the truth are keeping it apart from their lives. They do not bring
its sanctifying, refining, spiritualizing power into their hearts. I think
how this grieves Jesus. {12MR 318.3}
I
think of His great sorrow as He wept over Jerusalem, exclaiming, "O
Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are
sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a
hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not" [Luke
13:34]! God forbid that these words shall apply to those who have great light
and blessings. In the rejecting of Jerusalem it was because great privileges
were abused, which brought the denunciation upon all who lightly regarded the
great opportunities and precious light that were entrusted to their keeping.
Privileges do not commend us to God, but they commend God to us. No people
are saved because they have great light and special advantages, for these
high and heavenly favors only increase their responsibility. {12MR 319.1}
The
more and increased light God has given makes the receiver more responsible.
It does not place the receiver in any safer position unless the privileges
are wisely improved, prized, and used to advance God's glory. Christ said,
"Woe unto thee, Chorazin! Woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty
works which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would
have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes" [Matt. 11:21]. {12MR
319.2}
When Jerusalem was divorced from God it was because of her sins. She
fell from an exalted height that Tyre and Sidon had never reached. And when
an angel falls he becomes a fiend. The depth of our ruin is measured by the
exalted light to which God has raised us in His great goodness and
unspeakable mercy. Oh, what privileges are granted to us as a people! And if
God spared not His people that He loved, because they refused to walk in the
light, how can He spare the people whom He has blessed with the light of
heaven in having opened to them the most exalted truth ever entrusted to
mortal man to give to the world? {12MR 319.3}
We
are far from being the people God would have us to be, because we do not
elevate the soul and refine the character in harmony with the wonderful
unfolding of God's truth and His purposes. "Righteousness exalteth a
nation: but sin is a reproach to any people" [Prov. 14:34]. Sin is a
disorganizer. Wherever it is cherished--in the individual heart, in the
household, in the church--there is disorder, strife, variance, enmity, envy,
jealousy, because the enemy of man and of God has the controlling power over
the mind. But let the truth be loved and brought into the life, as well as
advocated, and that man or woman will hate sin and will be a living
representative of Jesus Christ to the world. {12MR 320.1}
The
people claiming to believe the truth will not be condemned because they had
not the light, but because they had great light and did not bring their
hearts to the test of God's great moral standard of righteousness. The people
who claim to believe the truth must be elevated by living it out. Real Bible
religion must leaven the life, refine and ennoble the character, making it
more and more like the divine model. Then will the home be vocal with prayer,
with thanksgiving and praise to God. Angels will minister in the home and
accompany the worshiper to the house of prayer. {12MR 320.2}
Let
the churches who claim to believe the truth, who are advocating the law of
God, keep that law and depart from all iniquity. Let the individual members
of the church resist the temptations to practice evils and indulge in sin.
Let the church commence the work of purification before God by repentance,
humiliation, deep heart searching, for we are in the antitypical day of
atonement--solemn hour fraught with eternal results. {12MR 320.3}
Let
those who teach the truth present it as it is in Jesus. Under the subduing,
sanctifying, refining, influence of the truth of God they are as clean
vessels. Let them be leavened with Bible religion, and what an influence
would go forth from them to the world! Let the individual members of the
church be pure, steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the love of Jesus,
and they will then be a light to the world. Let the men standing as watchmen
and as shepherds of the flock proclaim the solemn truth, sound the notes of
warning to all people, nations and tongues. Let them be living
representatives of the truth they advocate, and honor God's law by strict and
holy compliance with its requirements, walking before the Lord in purity, in
holiness, and a power will attend the proclamation of the truth that will reflect
light everywhere. {12MR 321.1}
God
never forsakes people or individuals until they forsake Him. Outward
opposition will not cause the faith of God's people, who are keeping His
commandments, to become dim. The neglect to bring purity and truth into
practice will grieve the Spirit of God and weaken them because God is not in
their midst to bless. Internal corruption will bring the denunciations of God
upon this people as it did upon Jerusalem. Oh, let pleading voices, let
earnest prayer be heard, that those who preach to others shall not themselves
be castaways. My brethren, we know not what is before us, and our only safety
is in following the Light of the world. God will work with us and for us if
the sins which brought His wrath upon the old world, upon Sodom and Gomorrah
and upon ancient Jerusalem, do not become our crime. {12MR 321.2}
The
least transgression of God's law brings guilt upon the transgressor, and
without earnest repentance and forsaking of sin he will surely become an
apostate. You inquire in regard to the course which should be pursued to
secure the rights of our people to worship according to the dictates of our
own conscience. This has been a burden on my soul for some time, whether it
would be a denial of our faith and an evidence that our trust was not fully
in God. But I call to mind many things God has shown me in the past in regard
to things of a similar character, as the draft and other things. I can speak
in the fear of God, it is right we should use every power we can to avert the
pressure that is being brought to bear upon our people. I know that were our
people spiritualized by the truth the greatest love would be maintained.

[We
are] not to provoke those who have accepted this spurious sabbath, an
institution of the Papacy, in the place of God's holy Sabbath. Their not
having the Bible arguments in their favor makes them all the more angry and
determined to supply the place of arguments that are wanting in the Word of
God, by the power of their might. The force of persecution follows the steps
of the dragon. Therefore great care should be exercised to give no
provocation. And again let us as a people, as far as possible, cleanse the
camp of moral defilement and aggravating sins. When sin is making its march
upon the people who claim to be elevating the moral standard of
righteousness, how can we expect God to turn His power in our behalf and save
us as a people that did righteousness? {12MR 322.2}
All
the policy in the world cannot save us from a terrible sifting, and all the
efforts made with high authorities will not lift from us the scourging of
God, just because sin is cherished. If as a people we do not keep ourselves
in the faith and not only advocate with pen and voice the commandments of God,
but keep them every one, not violating a single precept knowingly, then
weakness and ruin will come upon us. It is a work that we must attend to in
every one of our churches. Each man must be a Christian. {12MR 323.1}
Let
the sin of pride be put away, let all superfluities of dress be overcome, and
repentance toward God be exercised for the highhanded robbery toward Him,
which has withheld money that should flow into the treasury to sustain the
work of God in its mission fields. Let the work of reformation, of true
conversion, be set before and urged upon the people. Let our works, our
deportment, correspond with the work for this time, that we may say,
"Follow me as I follow Christ." Let us humble our souls before God
by humiliation, fasting and prayer, repentance of sin, and putting it away.

The
voice of the true watchman needs now to be heard all along the line,
"The morning cometh, and also the night" [Isa. 21:12]. The trumpet
must give a certain sound, for we are in the great day of the Lord's
preparation. All the struggles to carry our appeals to the highest
authorities in our land, however earnest and strong and eloquent may be the
pleas in our favor, will not bring about that which we desire unless the Lord
works by His Holy Spirit in the heart of those who claim to believe the
truth. We may struggle as a mighty man in swimming against the current of
Niagara, but we shall fail unless the Lord pleads in our behalf. God will be
honored among His people. They must be pure, they must be divested of self,
steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. The Lord will
elevate the humblest soul that trusts in Him. He will unite His power with
human effort if that man will honor Him as did Daniel. But as a people we need
the beauty of righteousness, holiness, and truth. The most harmonious theory
will not save us. The God that ruled in Babylon is the same God that rules
now. {12MR 323.3}
There are many doctrines current in our world. There is many a
religion current that numbers its thousands and tens of thousands, but there
is but one that bears the superscription and the stamp of God. There is a
religion of man and a religion of God. We must have our souls riveted to the
eternal Rock. Everything in God's world, both men and doctrines and nature
itself, is fulfilling God's sure word of prophecy and accomplishing His grand
and closing work in this world's history. {12MR 324.1}
We
are to be ready and waiting for the orders of God. Nations will be stirred to
their very center. Support will be withdrawn from those who proclaim God's
only standard of righteousness, the only sure test of character. And all who will not bow to the decrees of the national
councils and obey the national laws to exalt the sabbath instituted by the
man of sin to the disregard of God's holy day, will feel, not the oppressive
power of popery alone, but of the Protestant world, the image of the beast. {12MR 324.2}
Note by Ron: It is all very obvious from the
full context that the church that appears as about to fall is Zion, the
church triumphant, AFTER THE DECREE TO EXALT THE SABBATH INSTITUTED BY THE
MAN OF SIN—THE SUNDAY LAW. The “church as about to fall” statement is
misapplied by SDA church leaders to refer to the church militant. That could
not be further from the truth. The apostate church militant will fall. It
will be brought down to hell. It will experience another LITERAL fulfillment
of Ezekiel 9. End note.
Satan will work his miracles to deceive; he will set up his power as
supreme. The
church may appear as about to fall, but it does not fall. It remains, while
the sinners in Zion will be sifted out--the chaff separated from the precious
wheat. This is a terrible ordeal, but nevertheless
it must take place. None but those who have been overcoming by the blood of
the Lamb and the word of their testimony will be found with the loyal and
true, without spot or stain of sin, without guile in their mouths. We must be
divested of our self-righteousness and arrayed in the righteousness of
Christ. {12MR 324.3}
The remnant that purify their souls by obeying the truth
gather strength from the trying process, exhibiting the beauty of holiness
amid the surrounding apostasy. All these, He
says, "I have graven . . . upon the palms of my hands" [Isa.
49:16]. They are held in everlasting, imperishable remembrance. We want faith
now, living faith. We want to have a living testimony that shall cut to the
heart of the sinner. There is too much sermonizing and too little
ministering. We want the holy unction. We need the spirit and fervor of the
truth. Many of the ministers are half paralyzed by their own defects of
character. They need the converting power of God. {12MR 325.1}
That which God required of Adam before his fall was perfect
obedience to His law. God requires now what He required of Adam, perfect
obedience, righteousness without a flaw, without shortcoming in His sight. God help us to render to Him all His law requires. We
cannot do this without that faith that brings Christ's righteousness into
daily practice. {12MR 325.2}
Dear brethren, the Lord is coming. Lift up your thoughts and heads and
rejoice. Oh, we would think that those who hear the joyful news, who claim to
love Jesus, would be filled with joy unutterable and full of glory. This is
the good, the joyful news which should electrify every soul, which should be
repeated in our homes, and told to those whom we meet on the street. What
more joyful news can be communicated! Caviling and contention with believers
or unbelievers is not the work God has given us to do. {12MR 325.3}
If
Christ is my Saviour, my sacrifice, my atonement, then I shall never perish.
Believing on Him, I have life forevermore. Oh, that all who believe the truth
would believe in Jesus as their own Saviour. I do not mean that cheap faith
unsupported by works, but that earnest, living, constant, abiding faith, that
eats the flesh and drinks the blood of the Son of God. I want not only to be
pardoned for the transgression of God's holy law, but I want to be lifted
into the sunshine of God's countenance. Not simply to be admitted to heaven,
but to have an abundant entrance. {12MR 326.1}
Are
we so insensible as a peculiar people, a holy nation, to the inexpressible
love that God has manifested for us? Salvation is not to be baptized, not to
have our names upon the church books, not to preach the truth. But it is a
living union with Jesus Christ, to be renewed in heart, doing the works of
Christ in faith and labor of love, in patience, meekness, and hope. Every
soul united to Christ will be a living missionary to all around him. He will
labor for those near and those afar off. He will have no sectional feeling,
no interest merely to build up one branch of the work over which he presides
and there let his zeal end. All will work with interest to make every branch
strong. There will be no self-love, no selfish interest. The cause is one,
the truth a great whole. {12MR 326.2}
Well may the question be asked with earnest, anxious heart, "Is
envy cherished, is jealousy permitted to find a place in my heart?" If
so, Christ is not there. "Do I love the law of God, is the love of Jesus
Christ in my heart?" If we love one another as Christ has loved us, then
we are getting ready for the blessed heaven of peace and rest. There is no
struggling there to be first, to have the supremacy; all will love their
neighbor as themselves. Oh, that God would open the understanding and speak
to the hearts of our churches by arousing the individual members. {12MR
326.3}
The
Lord appoints and sends forth ministers not only to preach, for this is a
small part of His work, but to minister, to educate the people not to be
fighters but to be examples of piety. There are workers in every department
appointed to do their work. When Jesus ascended on high He gave some
apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelists, and some pastors and
teachers. Some have entered the work with a human commission rather than the
divine. They have educated themselves as debaters, and the churches under
their care show the character of their work. They were not ready, they were
not fitted for the work. Their hearts are not right with God. In short, they
have a theory but not true conversion and sanctification through the truth.
The great issue so near at hand will weed out those whom God has not
appointed, and He will have a pure, true, sanctified ministry prepared for
the latter rain. {12MR 327.1}
Our
prayer should ascend to the throne of grace with fervor for the Lord of the
harvest to send forth laborers into His vineyard. My heart aches as I look
around upon the mission fields and see so feeble efforts to get the truth
before the people. No censure can be attached to our leading men. I believe,
brethren, you are one with me in heart, in sentiment, in regard to our great
need, and in the earnest desire and earnest efforts to meet the mind of the
Spirit of God in these things. {12MR 327.2}
Those who are at ease in Zion need to be aroused. Great is their
accountability who bear the truth and yet feel no weight or burden for souls.
Oh, for men and women professing the truth to arouse, to take on the yoke of
Christ, to lift His burdens. There are wanted those who will not have merely
a nominal interest but a Christlike interest, unselfish--an intense ardor
that will not flag under difficulties or cool because iniquity abounds. {12MR

I
want to speak to the ears of our people in America in every church. Awake
from the dead, and Christ will give you life. Souls are perishing for the
light of truth as it is in Jesus. We are standing upon the very borders of
the eternal world. Fair-weather Christians will not be wanted for this work.
The sentimental and tasteful religion is not needed for this time. There must
be intensity brought into our faith and in the proclamation of truth. I tell
you, a new life is proceeding from satanic agencies to work with a power we
have not hitherto realized. And shall not a new power from above take possession
of God's people? The truth, sanctifying in its influence, must be urged upon
the people. There must be earnest supplications offered to God, agonizing
prayer to Him, that our hopes as a people may not be founded on suppositions,
but on eternal realities. We must know for ourselves, by the evidence of
God's Word, whether we are in the faith, going to heaven or not. The moral
standard of character is God's law. Do we meet its requirements? Are the
Lord's people bringing their property, their time, their talents, and all
their influence into the work for this time? Let us arouse. "If ye then
be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth

Ernie Knolls Latest Bid
I have proven Ernie Knoll’s as errant in the past. Not long
ago he confessed to having been prompted by a Satanic spirit. And yet some
still believe him. Amazing!
The self confessed false prophet, Ernie Knolls, is now
teaching that what masquerades as the new movement (1SM 204-5) SDA church
militant will be cleansed. That is not true for a multiple of reasons:

Ellen White prophesied that nothing would be allowed to stand
in the way of the new movement professing to be the Seventh-day Adventist
church.
·
She prophesied that the new movement would change leaders (to
Satan) and know it not.
·
She prophesied that there would be a COUNTERPART to the
apostate Jewish church circa A.D. 27-70.
·
She prophesied that professing “Seventh-day Adventists” would
be brought down to hell.
·
She prophesied that Ezekiel 9 would be literally manifest
“beginning at His Sanctuary,” those blessed with great light, the house of
Jacob.
·
She prophesied that the omega of apostasy would wax stronger
until Jesus comes.
·
She prophesied that if the church betrayed sacred trusts, no
matter how high and sacred it’s calling, God could no longer use it.
·
She said that the SDA church is worse than Babylon.
·
She said that the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. was
twofold: 1) It symbolized the destruction of literal Jerusalem and its apostate
Temple (Sanctuary) church. 2) It symbolized the destruction of the world
at the end-time. Many dishonest professing SDA’s totally ignore the first
part of this twofold symbolization
Even though Ernie recently confessed that his informer
“herald,” Candace, was a Satanic spirit, he is trying to make a come-back
with the following dream sent to me by Gar, who believed Ernie’s dreams from
the first, then denounced them, but is now supporting them again and teaching
that the apostate SDA church will be cleansed of all apostasy.

THE BOARDROOM

In my dream, Becky [Ernie’s wife] and I sit at a long table in a boardroom.
We are waiting to start a meeting. There are people we know and have met and
some we know but have not met. They either sit at the table or stand behind
the table with a notepad and pencil to write instructions. All look eager to
begin the task they are about to receive.
As I look toward one end of the table, I notice an empty seat.
Behind it are two large ornate wooden doors. The room becomes quiet as
everyone notices the doors suddenly open, which emits a very bright light. We
now see an innumerable amount of angels. It is as if looking through a large
round portal. Several angels walk through the doorway. They blow what appear
to be trumpets, with each one set to a different octave as if announcing
someone’s arrival.
Suddenly a large entourage of angels affixed in battle gear
enters the room. They hold a special spear in their left hand and a special
sword in their right hand. Another large entourage of angels walks through
and fills most of the empty area of the boardroom. The Herald walks over and
stands to the right side of the empty chair at the end of the table. Several
angels enter, line up on each side of the double doors, and stand side by
side facing each other. They raise their wings to form an archway over the
doorway. The angels with trumpets now play the most harmonious sound that
announces the main arrival. The Herald turns to face the doorway and kneels
on his right knee. All the angels kneel and bow their heads, except those who
form the archway and those with trumpets.
We now see Jesus walk through the doorway and under the
archway of angels. Those of us at the table and behind the table rise to our
feet and drop to our knees. Our eyes are transfixed on Jesus. On His head is
a crown of which there are no words to describe, except that it looks holy.
He wears a purple robe that glows from His brightness underneath. He now
greets everyone and says, “I am your Creator. All angels may rise.” The
angels all stand up. The Herald stands and looks down the length of the
table. Jesus now says, “To all of you [not the angels], I am your Creator,
your Savior, and your Brother. You may all stand. Those at the table may be
seated.”
Jesus looks down at us at the table and those standing behind
us and says, “I have called you here because it is now time to begin. I have
shared with My messenger information and instructions that, as you know, many
ignored. Many of the men I have placed in position now no longer look to Me
for direction. I have sent rebukes to these leaders and pastors but they
ignored My rebukes. Now they are raging against My messengers and not
allowing them to speak in My churches. They have made false accusations
against the messages without warrant. It is time for war!”
I notice that with these words all the angels in unison stomp
their spears on the floor and stand at attention, each looking straight
forward. Jesus continues. “It is time to show to all the wrongs of these
leaders. It is time to reveal the lies they are using. It is time to show
that many leaders are not teaching the truth. It is time to unmask these
leaders. You are to begin at the top and show how they lie and steal. However
you are not to share your own beliefs and thoughts. You are to show this only
through what I have written in the Bible and through My prophet Ellen White.
You are to prepare written information in the following manner.
The beginning of this document must explain the purpose of the
complete document. It must explain how this document will show that Ed Reid,
who holds the keys to the storehouse, has made false claims against My
messenger. It must show that he was not truthful in stating that the
conference is the only storehouse. You must reveal that Steve Wohlberg,
Eugene Prewitt, Angel Rodriguez, David Gates, Vance Ferrell, Linda Kirk, and
Laura Lee Jones have a different agenda. Reveal how I showed My prophet Ellen
White that evil angels will take the form of men. Show how there are
conference leaders and pastors who are not what people think they are. The
beginning of this document must reveal the wrongs of these men. Foremost you
are to reveal that what Ed Reid, Steve Wohlberg, Eugene Prewitt, Angel
Rodriguez, David Gates, Vance Farrell and others have said is not what I have
said and is only half the truth. This document must go into details, showing
the truth as to the appropriate placement of tithe and tributes. Show where
the storehouse is and how important it is to return a tithe. Show where tithe
is to go and who is to receive it. You must write these things so that even
the most uneducated reader will understand the misleading of the leadership.”
Someone at the table now raises his hand. Jesus looks at him
and says, “You are getting ready to ask why we are defending what Ernie was
shown when you were told not to and that this is something that is to be left
to only Me and the Holy Spirit. Whereas you will be putting the words down,
you will not be the one doing the writing.”
I now see something that is hard to explain. A bright form in
human shape comes from Jesus and becomes many and each goes and stands next to
each person at the table and those who stand holding a notepad and pencil.
Jesus explains, “I will be the one showing each what is to be said. As you
all prepare this document, do not hold back. If there has been a wrong, point
out that wrong. Remember that you must write this document so even the
uneducated will understand. You are to
make very clear the truth about tithing and the storehouse. You are to
discredit and show whom those are that have made falsehoods. Show how I said
to not support the spiritualism which is within My church. Reveal how My
church is in apostasy, but remember that I will cleanse My church. Show how
it will not fall but will stand and be stronger. Show the
evidence of the apostasy and the truth I have written from the Bible and
Spirit of Prophecy. Prepare this document and then spread this to all church
members and let each spread to all of My churches. Let this document go out
so that all who have made false statements will now see the truth. Show them,
through the wrongs they have shown, the truth as it is in ‘It is written.’ Go
forth, My army, and let the war begin in My house of worship.”

response to Ernie Knoll’s dream
If Ernie Knoll’s ever comes to any other conclusions as to how
God will cleanse His church, other than those presented in this document, you
will know that he is a lying witness.

How does this dream “make very clear the truth about tithing
and the storehouse?” How did Ernie make it clear as to where the tithe is to
go and what constitutes the storehouse?
·
Where is the evidential proof of the apostasy from the Bible
and the Spirit of Prophecy?
·
Where is the proof that the something will stand in the way of
the new movement that has removed God (1SM 204-5)?
·
How will the apostasy in the new movement church be curbed
when Ellen White said that it will continue until Jesus comes? That will be a
very difficult task for Ernie and his “Herald.”
·
How does it “Show how I said to not support the spiritualism
which is within My church.” Where is Ernie’s proof of the spiritualism? I am
not denying that there is spiritualism in the church—just asking how did
Ernie fulfill the directions to make the very clear so that all can
understand.
·
What church does not fall but becomes stronger? Ellen White
very specifically states which church appears as about to fall but does not.
She says the church that appears as about to fall is Zion, the bride that is
married, (Isaiah 62:1-5). She said that this triumphant church appears as
about to fall when it is surrounded by the enemy at the final attempt by Satan to rid the earth of the faithful
remnant in one night.
“The Lord is soon to come. There must be a refining, winnowing
process in every church, for there are among us wicked men who do not love
the truth or honor God.”--RH March 19, 1895. {LDE 173.3}
The refining, winnowing process, is the shaking straight
testimony that gathers out the sincere from the apostate false.
Prosperity multiplies a mass of professors. Adversity purges
them out of the church.--4T 89 (1876). {LDE 173.5}
“The time is not far distant when the test will come to every
soul. The mark of the beast will be urged upon us. Those who have step by
step yielded to worldly demands and conformed to worldly customs will not
find it a hard matter to yield to the powers that be, rather than subject
themselves to derision, insult, threatened imprisonment, and death. The
contest is between the commandments of God and the commandments of men. In this time the
gold will be separated from the dross in the church.”--5T 81

“There is no need to doubt, to be fearful that the work will
not succeed. God is at the head of the work, and He will set everything in
order. If matters need adjusting at the head of the work God will attend to
that, and work to right every wrong. Let us have faith that God is going to
carry the noble ship which bears the people of God safely into port.--2SM 390

“No advice or sanction is given in the Word of God to
those who believe the third angel's
message to lead them to suppose that they can draw apart. This you may
settle with yourselves forever. It is the devising of unsanctified minds that
would encourage a state of disunion…. There must be no separating in this great
testing time.” Selected Messages,

It is
manifest “unbelief” in the three angels’ messages to violate them in a way that
is strictly forbidden by the Word—namely, liaison with Babylon after knowing
the truth. The first and second angel’s called us out from Babylon because
neither was accepted by the other churches. The Midnight Cry gave power to
the second angel’s message in calling out the faithful. All of the above has
been knowingly violated by SDA new movement leaders and much of the laity.
But there are some who have not “knowingly” bowed the knee to Baal. We are
not responsible for truth until we hear it, but are then corporately
responsible for it.
If you would read Fred T. Wright’s Destiny of a Movement, you would find
that the church does not believe the three angel's messages because it has
violated the first and second by ecumenical liaison with Babylon, and have
violated the Midnight Cry which Ellen White said gave power to the second
angel's message. If you would read Fred T. Wright's Destiny of a Movement,
which is on my Website, you will see that the church is antichrist because of
its teaching on the human nature of Christ, and it has violated the three
angel's messages. The church cannot teach what it is violating itself!
