Comparing Ellen and James White’s Statements

The Seven Churches

In comparing Ellen White’s statement with James White’s statement on the seven churches, the statements do not contradict. But Ellen White carries the truth of the matter further than James did. Both say the same thing, but in addition, Ellen White’s statement says that all the messages extend to the end of time. Dr. Walter Veith says the same thing, and he is correct. The original seven churches literally existed concurrently, and the messages apply/applied concurrently to all churches of all time to the end of time. This binocular truth is opposed to the monocular interpretation by the two false chart makers. They take half of Ellen White’s meaning, and that is what James White stated. That is all James obviously intended at the time. This does not pit the two against one another, but if there were any discrepancy, the person with the gift of prophecy should be taken as the true option.

“The names of the seven churches are symbolic of the church in different periods of the Christian Era. The number 7 indicates completeness, and is symbolic of the fact that the messages [PLURAL] extend to the end of time, while the symbols used reveal the condition of the church at different periods in the history of the world.” {AA 585.3}

All the MESSAGES (PLURAL) could not extend to the end of time, unless they had a concomitant application, while also having a sequential application in time.

“Christ is spoken of as walking in the midst of the golden candlesticks. Thus is symbolized His relation to the churches. He is in constant communication with His people. He knows their true state. He observes their order, their piety, their devotion. Although He is high priest and mediator in the sanctuary above, yet He is represented as walking up and down in the midst of His churches on the earth. With untiring wakefulness and unremitting vigilance, He watches to see whether the light of any of His sentinels is burning dim or going out. If the candlesticks [PLURAL] were left to mere human care, the flickering flame would languish and die; but He is the true watchman in the Lord’s house, the true warden of the temple courts. His continued care and sustaining grace are the source of life and light.” {AA 586.1}

The two false charters maintain that the words “keep thee” in Rev. 3:10, mean that they escape going through the time of Jacob’s trouble. If all the evidence is taken so that NOTHING CONTRADICTS, that is not the case, because Revelation 7:13, 14 says that those who worship God day and night in His Temple, come out of great tribulation. The 144,000 are the only ones who go into the Temple on Mt. Zion, Early Writings, 18, 19. So interpreting these factors so nothing contradicts, we must interpret the words “keep thee from the hour of temptation” to mean they are protected by God through that time.

Rev 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Rev 7:13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

Rev 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Rev 7:15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

Are you causing a fight between the Whites now ? James gives the Pioneer application of the 7 Churches , we ALL know Philadelphia was literal in Johns time and extends to the end of time. Note I stated the word " INCLUDE " when describing the 144K ! The Philadelphian church era INCLUDES:

1. The 144K sealed since 1844 under the 3rd Angels message

AND

2. The 144K, those Philadelphian's OF ALL AGES including the Apostles, Old Testament Prophets etc going back to John the Revelator's era.

Does that work better for you Ron ? Is it still ' strange ' ?

If the Saints were ' Regenerated ' during the Tribulation or at its start, they would NOT be kept from that time of temptation and trouble. Scripture would thus have failed and Jesus would be made a LIAR .

ALL the Pioneers and James and Ellen White taught that Daniel 12:2, the Special Resurrection, was THE method by which the sleeping 144K would be resurrected between Plagues 6 & 7 . To deny that would be A LIE, wouldn't it? Are you denying it via Regeneration?

Those in the Philadelphian Church era sealed under the 3rd Angels Message since 1844 will not be Resurrected during the 1260 day Tribulation. THEY ARE KEPT FROM THAT HOUR. They have passed their TEST in 1844 !

THIS INCLUDES

the 144K made up of ALL THE AGES, the Apostles and Old Testament Prophets etc. Jesus brings them UP in the Special Resurrection which is during the end of Plague 6 and the start of Plague 7. This is about 7 days before the 2nd Coming when the Day and the Hour is given by the Seven Thunders. This is PIONEER TEACHING BY PHILADELPHIA !

THUS THE SPECIAL RESURRECTION COMPLETELY FULFILS THE WORDS OF REVELATION 3:7-10 " I WILL KEEP THEE FROM THE HOUR ( the time ) OF TEMPTATION, which is the Sabbath / Sunday TEST.

Case Closed !

Regeneration totally GUTS Daniel 12:2 and destroys the promise of Rev 3:7-10 and the meaning of the time periods in Daniel 12.
