I asked God to show me why Ellen White
said there were three persons to the Godhead and how I could prove such
from Scripture only. I asked God to show me the Bible basis on which she
made her conclusions. Though I was shown much of the detail previously,
what follows is an additional revelation as to what God answered to me in
vision Sabbath morning of July 30, 2005. I was shown a panorama
juxtaposition of the following Bible passages and the explanation of them
which I relate below. The Scriptural evidence is overwhelmingly
sufficient, but I have included some Spirit of Prophecy references to
demonstrate how Ellen White and Scripture agree.
Holy Ghost Sent in the Name of Christ
Phl 1:19 For I
know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and
the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
I will return to the above verse
momentarily.
What is the Spirit of Jesus Christ as
Opposed to "ANOTHER COMFORTER" He, Christ, Would Send in His
Name?
Mat 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he
that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to
bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and [with] fire:
Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize
you with the Holy Ghost.
Luk 3:16 John
answered, saying unto [them] all, I indeed baptize you with water;
but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not
worthy to unloose: he shall baptize
you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
Jhn 1:26 John
answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth
one among you, whom ye know not;
Jesus baptized with the Holy Ghost--that
"HE" OTHER COMFORTER THAT WOULD COME AND "HE" THE
OTHER COMFORTER WOULD TEACH US ALL THINGS.
Jhn 1:33 And I
knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same
said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and
remaining on him, the same is he
[Christ] which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
From John 1:33, we find that Jesus Himself
baptized with the Holy Ghost person he referred to as "He" (Jhn 14:26), and of a person in the form of ANOTHER
COMFORTER who would come and teach us all things. Re: For immediate
emphasis:
Jhn 14:26 But the
[ANOTHER--OTHER] Comforter, [which is] [HE] the Holy Ghost, whom the
Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things
to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
The Bible thus confirms that the Holy
Ghost is a person when it refers to the Holy Ghost as HE.
Jhn 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give
you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
Mat 28:18
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in
heaven and in earth.
Mat 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father, and of the Son, and of the
Holy Ghost:
The propriety of Mat 28:19 has been questioned
by Bible scholars and many who teach that there are only two persons to
the Godhead, the Father and the Son, will not accept that verse as
support for three persons. I was shown that Matthew 28:19 was properly
added to the Sacred Canon because Jesus
Himself baptized with the Holy Ghost and thus in the name of the Holy
Ghost. John the Baptist prophesied that Jesus would baptize with the Holy
Ghost and with fire:
Luk 3:16 John
answered, saying unto [them] all, I indeed baptize you with water;
but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not
worthy to unloose: he shall baptize
you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
I was also shown that the Holy Ghost was
the life and soul essence of the Son of God manifest from the foundation
of the earth when the Son was then slain, because from the time He made
the voluntary decision to atone for the sins of fallen angels and man, He
felt the agonies associated with His decision because of His omniscience
which He possessed until the actual Incarnation moment which no man
knows.
Mat
28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of
the Holy Ghost:
Why is it Unforgivable Blasphemy to
Speak Against the Holy Ghost?
I asked my attending angel why it is
unforgivable blasphemy to speak against the Holy Ghost, but not so when
speaking against the Son of Man, Christ. He told me in words that still
resound in my head, that it is the person of the Holy Spirit who woos
God's children to Himself, and that such silencing of the voice of the
Holy Spirit, by speaking against Him, closes the door of hope to anyone
so inclined to drive away the Holy Spirit's still small voice. I asked my
angel in vision if the Holy Ghost and Jesus were two distinct persons,
and he replied yes, yes, yes, three times. He said that there would be no distinction between speaking
against the Holy Spirit and Christ if there was no difference between the
two persons involved. I say again, it is blasphemy to speak against the
Holy Ghost, but not so when speaking against the Son of Man. Were there
no difference between the two; were the Holy Spirit not another PERSON;
were the Holy Spirit the person of Christ’s person and not another
distinct person, one would blaspheme both (involuntarily/automatically)
when speaking against the Holy Ghost. This is a most conclusive point of
fact that those with spiritual discernment will recognize as being
irrefutable proof of a third person to the Godhead.
My angel also told me of implications
involved with a wrong concept of the Godhead. I list those implications
in the form of questions at the end of this document.
My angel told me that Ellen White was
faithful and true in recording that the Holy Spirit was the life and soul
of the Son of God, as laid aside (emptied Himself) for us at His
Incarnation. I awakened saying Glory, Glory to God the Father, The Son
and the Holy Spirit. It was a very solemn vision.
Luk 12:10 And
whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it
shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth
against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
Why The Comforter is the Holy Spirit
Third Person
Jhn 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to
you. (Christ speaking of Himself).
Jhn 14:17 [Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot
receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in
you.
The Spirit of truth is a HE, A PERSON:
Jhn 14:17 [Even] the Spirit of truth;
whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not,
neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for
he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
We know that Jesus is referred to in the
Bible as the way, the truth and the life. But His representative, the
life that was His prior to His Incarnation, is the Holy Ghost, another
comforter, another person, even a THIRD PERSON.
hn 14:6 Jesus
saith unto him, I am the way, the
truth, and the life: no man cometh
unto the Father, but by me.
Jhn 14:23 Jesus
answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he
will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto
him, and make our abode with him.
Jhn 14:26 But
the[ANOTHER] Comforter, [which is] [HE] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father
will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things
to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Jhn 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may
abide with you for ever;
The Father gives us the ANOTHER COMFORTER other than Jesus,
and men can speak against the Son without blaspheming, but not against
that OTHER COMFORTER, the Holy Spirit. FOR TO SPEAK AGAINST HIM IS
BLASPHEMY, for that other comforter is the only means of:
1.
Knowing the
truth.
2.
Knowing the
spirit of error.
3.
Being
regenerated back into the image of God.
4.
Being
empowered to overcome all sin.
5.
Being
indwelled by all of the above.
Luk 12:10 And whosoever shall speak
a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto
him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be
forgiven.
Mar
3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins
shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
Mar
3:29 But he that shall blaspheme
against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of
eternal damnation:
Who is the Spirit of Truth?
Now we return to our first first opening this document concerning the Spirit of
Jesus Christ:
Phl 1:19 For I
know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and
the supply of the Spirit
of Jesus Christ,
Jhn 14:17 [Even]
the Spirit of truth;
whom the world cannot receive, because it
seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Jhn 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send
unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth,
which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of
me:
Jhn 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth,
is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for he
shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall
hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
1Jo 4:6
We are of God: he that knoweth
God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit
of error.
Jhn 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the
truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father,
but by me.
Conclusions From the Above Scripture
Verses
·
The Holy Spirit is a person--ANOTHER COMFORTER OTHER THAN
BUT INCLUDING CHRIST AND THE FATHER, who comes to us and teaches us all
truth.
·
Jhn 14:26 But the
Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will
send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all
things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
·
Christ says that He will send the Comforter unto us FROM
THE FATHER. Jhn 15:26.
·
Christ prays to the Father and the Father sends
ANOTHER COMFORTER, the Holy Ghost. Jhn 14:16.
·
Jesus said that He is the way, the truth and the life.
·
From another facet, how is it that a man can speak against
the Son of Man without blaspheming. but not
against the Holy Ghost without blaspheming. How is this apparent
contradiction resolved?
My instructing angel told me the only way
to resolve the above "apparent contradictions of Scripture," is
to conclude as he showed me, that Ellen White was correct in saying that
the Holy Spirit is the life and soul of Christ which at His Incarnation,
He laid aside (emptied Himself of) and commended to the Father for our
empowerment and regeneration back to the image of God. It is the ONE
ETERNAL SPIRIT, which all three persons have in common, so they all come
to us, but the DIVINE ONLY life of the Son was expressly laid aside
(emptied Himelf of) as the Holy Spirit to come
to us and teach us all things and empower us with the graces of the
Spirit. That Holy Spirit is a person for it is referred to as HE, HIM, HIMSELF. It is not Christ in His new estate as the Son
of MAN; the Son of God in a new sense as Ellen White describes it.
God showed me that the Father sends the Holy Ghost in the name of Christ
and that He, the Holy Ghost, a person "he," shall teach you all
things necessary to our salvation and that a proper understanding of the
persons of the Godhead is crucial to true righteousness by faith and
overcoming sin.
“Christ had stooped to take upon Himself
man's nature; He was to bear an infinite weight of woe as He should make His
soul an offering for sin;
yet angels desired that even in His humiliation the Son of the Highest
might appear before men with a dignity and glory befitting His character.
Would the great men of earth assemble at Israel's capital to greet His
coming? Would legions of angels present Him to the expectant company?” The Great Controversy, pp. 313,
314.
The Testator of the Testament (Everlasting
Covenant), offered His soul (His Holy Spirit Divine life ONLY state of
being) in the Heavenly Sanctuary, as an eternal Atonement/Sanctuary
sacrifice for the cure for sin and a regeneration back into the image of
God, for only by the empowerment of that THIRD PERSON of the Godhead,
having become a THIRD PERSON at the Incarnation, can man overcome sin.
Hbr 9:16 For
where a testament [is], there must also of necessity be the death of the
testator.
Hbr 9:17 For a
testament [is] of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no
strength at all while the testator liveth.
The Testator of the Covenant must die to
something forever, for that is the wages of sin, eternal death. The
Testator was not combined with humanity when He volunteered to sacrifice
the soul of His life, His Holy Spirit ONLY existence forever. So the
humanity of Christ could never fulfill the Testator’s Testament
(Covenant). And divinity did not die on the cross. So the only eternal death
of divinity was the death of the Son of God to His DIVINE ONLY state of
being. Teachers of error on the Godhead never deal with the Testator
Covenant because an honest consideration of this part of the Everlasting Covennant would expose their grave, antichrist error.
This is a major point of test in
weighing what anyone teaches on the Godhead. Such teachers of error have
Christ’s humanity dying for only three days and nights. This does not
fulfill the Testators Testament (Everlasting Covenant). Death for
three days and night is not the wages for the penalty for sin. Eternal
death is the wages (penalty) for sin, and in some way, the DIVINE ONLY
Testator had to meet that prescribed limit of a sacrifice in order to
fulfill the Testator’s Covenant.
Jhn 14:26 But the
Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will
send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all
things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
I was shown that as Jesus was God
manifest, so the Holy Spirit is the personified Spirit of both God and
Jesus as manifest to man by the laying aside of the DIVINE ONLY life of
Christ at His Incarnation as the greatest of all His gifts to us--His
Divine Nature, whereby we are empowered to return to our intended
original state as being created in the image and character of God.
Without this all necessary transformation, there would be no redemption
FROM sin, but merely redemption IN SIN. By "laying aside" I
mean emptied Himself:
Emptied Himself --"Literally,
'emptied Himself.' This emptying was voluntary (see on John 10:17, 18).
It was not possible for Christ to retain all the tokens of divinity and
still accomplish the Incarnation." SDA Bible Commentary, Vol. 7, p. 155, col. 1.
Emptied Himself
-- Laid aside: "It is obvious that prior to being born of the virgin
Mary Jesus was not human at all, and only divine. When Jesus became a
man, the Bible says, He emptied Himself. 'Let this mind be in you, which
was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, though it not
robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation ['emptied
himself.' --Green's Literal Translation and RSV], and took upon him the
form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found
in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death,
even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him
and given him a name which is above every name." Phillippians 2:5-9.
As Jesus is a person, so is the Holy
Spirit a person manifesting the former life of the Son of Man to us,
which life was a laid aside gift (emptying Himself) for our regeneration.
That Holy Spirit life was pledged to the Father at the inception of the Everlasting
Covenant, which was forged from the foundation of the earth and later
bequeathed to us at the time of the Incarnation, as THE GREATEST GOOD
gift by which we might partake of that Divine Nature of Christ. Without
that greatest gift, man could only be saved in sin rather than from sin.
That life is of the same substance and
essence as that of the Father--SPIRIT--ONE ETERNAL SPIRIT, so that if one
of the three come to us, they all come. By this
same process, the Father felt every pang of pain and humiliation His Son
felt when the sin of every man was laid upon the Son.
There are Three That Bear Record in
Heaven and on Earth
My angel referred to the following verses
and emphasized them three times:
1Jo
5:7 For there are three that bear record
in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are
one.
1Jo
5:8 And there are three that bear witness
in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree
in one.
My angel messenger validated those verses
as they read above, but there is much contention over those verses
because certain words of their text did not enter the sacred Canon
earlier than the 15th and 16th centuries. You might dispense with my
messenger's confirmation of the above verses AS THEY READ, unless there
is other evidence in Scripture that confirms my Messenger's validation of
those verses. Is there such Scriptural validation?
Historic textual evidence attests the
omission of the passage reading "in heaven, the Father, the Word,
and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that
bear witness in earth." The resultant reading of vs. 7, 8,
disregarding the disputed parts, read as follows:
"For there are three that bear
record, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood; and these three agree
in one."
So let's deal with just the undisputed
part and determine if there is other Scripture that validates the
disputed words. So taking the undisputed words:
"For there are three that bear
record, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood; and these three agree
in one."
I asked my angel what the significance of
the water was. He showed me Lev.
14:4-8 and Jhn 19:34. So
let's first take a look at Lev. 14:4-8.
"The wonderful symbol of the living
bird dipped in the blood of the bird slain and then set free to its
joyous life (Lev. 14:4-8),
is to us the symbol of the atonement. There were death and life blended,
presenting to the searcher for truth and hidden treasure, the union of
the pardoning blood with the resurrection and life of our Redeemer. The
bird slain was over living water; that flowing stream was a
symbol of the ever flowing, ever cleansing efficacy of the blood of
Christ, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world..."
E.G. White, Sons and Daughters of God, p. 226.
So we see that the water has significance
in the Sanctuary Service. It signified the cleansing efficacy of the
blood of Christ when He was slain NOT ON THE CROSS, BUT FROM THE
FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD. What blood was then shed? What life was then given;
sacrificed? It was the soul of His life, HIS HOLY SPIRIT, HIS DIVINE NATURE
ONLY, that was His only soul that made an offering for sin.
“Christ had stooped to take upon Himself
man's nature; He was to bear an infinite weight of woe as He should make His
soul an offering for sin;
yet angels desired that even in His humiliation the Son of the Highest
might appear before men with a dignity and glory befitting His character.
Would the great men of earth assemble at Israel's capital to greet His
coming? Would legions of angels present Him to the expectant company?” The Great Controversy, pp. 313,
314.
"Christ
declared that after his ascension, he would send to his church, as his
crowning gift, the Comforter, who was to take his place. This Comforter is the
Holy Spirit,--the soul of his
life, the
efficacy of his church, the light and life of the world. With his Spirit
Christ sends a reconciling influence and a power that takes away sin.
In the
gift of the Spirit [HIS LIFE--THE SOUL OF HIS LIFE], Jesus gave to man
the highest good that heaven could bestow....
The
Spirit was given as a regenerating agency, and without this the sacrifice
of Christ would have been of no avail....
It is
by the Spirit that the heart is made pure. Through the Spirit the
believer becomes a partaker of the divine nature. Christ has given his
Spirit as a divine power to overcome all hereditary and cultivated
tendencies to evil, and to impress his own character upon the
church." E.G. White, Review
and Herald Articles, May 19, 1904, vol. 5, p. 42.
“Christ
had stooped to take upon Himself man’s nature; He was to bear an infinite
weight of woe as He should make His
soul an offering for sin; yet
angels desire that even in His humiliation the Son of the Highest might
appear before men with a dignity and glory befitting His character.” E.G.
White, The Great Controversy,
pp. 313, 314.
His
soul was His Holy Spirit DIVINE ONLY LIFE. That was the only party to the
Testator’s Covenant (Testament [WILL] of the Testator). At His
Incarnation, He forever died to His eternal past existence as that DIVINE
ONLY BEING to become ever after combined with humanity. But His humanity
was not the Testator and could not atone for sin. And Divinity did not
die on the cross. So the only eternal sacrifice that fulfilled the
prescribed limit of a sacrifice per the Testator’s Testament (Everlasting
Covenant), was the sacrifice of the Son’s
pre-Incarnation HOLY SPIRIT existence as DIVINITY ONLY.
"The darkness rolled away from the
Saviour and from the Cross. Christ bowed His head and died. In His Incarnation He had reached the prescribed limit as a sacrifice, but not as a redeemer." E.G. White Manuscript Releases
Volume Twelve, p. 409.
How, in His Incarnation ALONE, did He reach
the prescribed limit as a sacrifice? What was the prescribed limit as a
sacrifice? Answers:
·
The prescribed limit of a sacrifice was
ETERNAL death of the Testator to something, and that “something” was
eternal death to His past eternal existence of His Holy Spirit Divine
Nature ONLY.
·
The prescribed limit was death of the
Testator, WHO WAS DIVINE ONLY WHEN VOLUNTEERING TO BE THE TESTATOR. So
the sacrifice had to involve the DIVINE ONLY being of the Testator.
·
The DIVINE ONLY being of the Testator
was His Holy Spirit soul of His life, which He bequeathed to us as His
Highest good, crowning gift requisite to overcoming sin and being
restored to the divine image.
"The Incarnation of Christ was an act of
self-sacrifice; His life was one of continual self-denial. The highest
glory of the love of God to man was manifested in the sacrifice of His
only-begotten Son, who was the express image of His person. This is the
great mystery of godliness. It is the privilege and the duty of every
professed follower of Christ to have the mind of Christ. Without
self-denial and cross bearing we cannot be His disciples." E.G.
White, Selected Messages, Book 2, p. 185.
Back to the Significance of the Water and the Blood as Regards
the Spirit, the Water and the Blood
My angel referred to the following verses
and emphasized them three times:
1Jo
5:7 For there are three that bear record
in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are
one.
1Jo
5:8 And there are three that bear witness
in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree
in one.
My angel messenger validated those verses
as they read above, but there is much contention over those verses
because certain words of their text did not enter the sacred Canon
earlier than the 15th and 16th centuries.
You might dispense with my messenger's
confirmation of the above verses AS
THEY READ, unless there is
other evidence in Scripture that confirms my Messenger's validation of
those verses.
The bird slain was over living
water; that flowing stream (of living water) was a symbol of the ever flowing, ever cleansing
efficacy of the blood of Christ, the Lamb slain from the foundation of
the world..." E.G. White,
Sons and Daughters of God, p.
226.
So we see that the water has significance
in the Sanctuary Service. It signified
the cleansing efficacy of the blood of Christ when He was slain NOT ONLY
ON THE CROSS, BUT FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD. What blood was then shed? What life was then
given; sacrificed? It was the soul of His life, HIS HOLY SPIRIT, HIS
DIVINE NATURE ONLY, that was His only soul that made an offering for sin.
The part about the living bird being slain
over
a flowing stream of water which was a symbol of the ever flowing, ever cleansing efficacy of the
blood of Christ, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world..." is profound and a PREFIGURE as typed in
the Sanctuary Service. So let's see if water played a part in the
Sacrifice of the real Lamb on the Cross?
Jhn 19:34 But one of
the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
What is the cleansing agent? The Holy
Spirit life and soul of the Son of God. The life is in the blood! Bible
Proof? Yes indeed:
Act 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised
up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you
from his iniquities.
What is sent? Does His Son Jesus
personally and bodily come into your body? No! The medium is His Holy
Spirit life and soul laid aside (when He emptied Himself) for you at His
Incarnation.
Conclusions
about the veracity of the "added words:" "in heaven, the
Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there
are three that bear witness in earth:"
Since there is a Sanctuary on earth and in
heaven as well, we can conclude that my heavenly messenger was correct in
validating 1Jo 5:7, 8. There is One in heaven who commended His Holy
Spirit that descended upon Him as a dove AT HIS BAPTISM, to the Father, just before He bowed His head
and died on earth (on the cross). There is one in heaven who spilled
blood and water in Atoning sacrifice for sin here on earth. So are there
three that bear record in heaven and earth? The Sanctuary Message and my
heavenly messenger say YES.
There are great minds out there who have come to not so great conclusions about the
Godhead. Many of them think that the gift of prophecy is not essential to
man. They question the need for Ellen White and other prophets, and
thereby indict God for giving the gift of prophecy to the church, but
they have demonstrated by their errant views of the very Godhead, that
they are in need of all the prophetic gift they
can immerse themselves in. But will they? Are they too proud to admit to
their error? Some of them will cling to their error tenaciously, just as
Satan holds to his. And after presenting what is irrefutable evidence, we
have to let them go. We cannot waste precious time and resources trying
to pile evidence upon evidence, only to have it rejected by the Spirit of
Satan indwelling such souls.
I Asked the Lord
About Those Who are Teaching That The Father is
the Holy Spirit
Since many are teaching that the Holy
Spirit is the Father, when I prayed for instruction on the Godhead, to be
able to prove Ellen White correct from Scripture, I also asked God to
prove to me that the Holy Ghost is not the Father if that is the case. He
graciously and abundantly answered my questioning by clearly portraying
from Scripture ALONE, that if Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the
life, and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth, albeit ANOTHER
COMFORTER, and that it is blasphemy to speak against that OTHER
COMFORTER, but not the Son of Man, then the Father cannot be THE PERSON
of the Holy Spirit, nor can Jesus be the person of the Holy Spirit. That
ANOTHER COMFORTER can only be the life and soul of the Son of God prior
to His Incarnation or one makes scripture contradict in coming to any
other conclusion.
"He
(Christ) suffered the death which was ours, that we might receive the
life which WAS His."
Desire of Ages, p. 25 1 Cor. 11:24-265, cf. John 6:53, 54, Titus
3:5, 6.
What life WAS
HIS? It was His life, the soul of His life, His Holy Spirit DIVINE ONLY
life before His Incarnation that was His. That is the life that we
receive as a bequeathed gift from Him.
Christ's Mention of Another Comforter
Jhn 14:16 And I
will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter,
that he may abide with you for ever;
Since the Holy Spirit "He
person" is of the same ONE ETERNAL SPIRIT essence and substance as
the Father and Son, it is intrinsically imperative that they all come to
us when any one of them should come to us. But it still remains that Christ
told His disciples that ANOTHER COMFORTER, other than, albeit including
Him, would come to them. His former life that He laid aside (emptied
Himself of) as His purely DIVINE NATURE ALONE, He now proffers to us.
That is the Holy Ghost, the life and Soul of Christ, the Son of God, as
sacrificed eternally for us.
If I should say to someone (as did Christ
to His disciples), that I will send another
Representative, another Comforter, to
see you, and explain my scenario of the Godhead to you, WOULD YOU
CONSIDER THAT TO MEAN THAT I PERSONALLY WOULD COME TO YOU AND EXPLAIN IT?
Of course not! So, come brothers and sisters, let us reason together and
in a sensible manner, taking the Word of God just as it reads lest we be
taken in a snare.
I here repeat the critical point of
differentiation between Christ and the Holy Spirit for critical emphasis:
And another terribly critical point of
differentiation between Christ and the Holy Spirit:
Luk 12:10 And
whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it
shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth
against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven. Please brother,
consider the implications of the above Bible verse:
Many contest that the Holy Spirit and
Christ are one and the same person and that they do not constitute two
separate persons.
If the above is true, how is it that if
one speaks against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him; but if he
should speak against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven? If they
are one and the same person as some suggest, we have a serious problem with
Scripture.
Clearly, the Son of Man is not the same
person as the "HE" of the Holy Spirit. The Son of Man and the
Father both come to us through the ministration of the "HE
PERSON" of the Holy Spirit, but that "HE PERSON" is indeed
a person, ANOTHER COMFORTER, whom speaking against constitutes blasphemy!
Christ does say that He will come to us,
but He also says that He will send ANOTHER COMFORTER and speaking against
that OTHER COMFORTER constitutes blasphemy.
The father sends ANOTHER COMFORTER other than
the Son, in the name of the Son. Why in the name of the Son? Because the
pre-Incarnate Son of God, laid aside (emptied Himself of) His Divine ONLY
Holy Spirit ONLY life for us. That is why the Holy Spirit is sent in the
NAME of the Son. The Son of God became the Son of Man when He was slain
from the foundation of the earth. That is when the Incarnation Act was
decided upon. That is when it was determined that the Holy Spirit life of
the Son of God would later become a third person at His Incarnation.
The Incarnation "slaying" death
to the Son's former DIVINE ONLY ESTATE OR EXISTENCE,
satisfied the "prescribed limit" of the Everlasting Covenant
which was eternal death of the Testator, Jesus Christ. That eternal death
to His former DIVINE ONLY--ESTATE, paid the penalty of eternal death for
our sins ALL FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH.
"The darkness rolled away from the
Saviour and from the Cross. Christ bowed His head and died. In His
Incarnation He had reached the prescribed limit as a sacrifice, but not
as a redeemer." E.G. White
Manuscript Releases Volume Twelve,
p. 409.
The Cross sacrifice for man was redemptive
in that it proved that man need not have sinned--that man could be
faithful as Christ was even unto physical death with the weight of all
the sins of the world weighting him down, by the empowerment of the Holy
Spirit. That is the reality as to how much more powerful the Spirit of
Grace power abounds than sin. By grace power I mean unmerited, raw power
that is available to man via the Holy Spirit life and soul of the
pre-Incarnated Son of God. Yet men teach that we cannot overcome sin this
side of glorification. That is blasphemy in light of the human nature
trial and example of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ.
"But through the power of the incarnation
of Christ, God manifest in the flesh, the strength of God is revealed in
gentleness and beauty. To 'as many as received him, to them gave he POWER to become the sons of God.' By this POWER we
may OVERCOME OUR EVIL TENDENCIES and so modify our imperfect dispositions
that the will of God may be fulfilled in us."--Letter 79, May 7, 1903, to J.A. Burden and wife. The Upward
Look, 141.
This prospect might seem startling,
overwhelming, and even errant to some "rocking chair" Christians,
but non-the-less it is true. Yes, it was Christ's human nature that was
so tried, for if He had defaulted to His Divine Nature in one instance,
it would have been all over and Satan would have proved his contention
that God's law could not be kept by man.
So the next time you feel discouraged by
the temptations of sin, think of your Master in the likeness of human
nature, carrying the weigh of the sins of all
mankind, who was empowered by nothing more or less than the Holy Spirit
power of God Almighty, which the Son of God made a vouchsafe for us at
His Incarnation. We are proffered that same Divine Nature Holy Spirit.
Does that level the playing field? Do you have one excuse for sin? Can
you see the powerful message this truth COULD BE TO THE WORLD. Christ was
not just our substitute, He was our example. That is why He came in the
likeness of human flesh. Oh, He was also divine you counter! Yes, but He
could not subscribe to that Divinity in any wise or it would have been
game over with Satan being the victor! Remember, Divinity did not die on
the cross for it is impossible for Divinity to die! It was the humanity
of Christ that was tested to the utmost. The only way His divinity was
tested was by the temptation to employ that divinity, which would have
annulled the entire Atonement.
The real purpose of the Everlasting
Covenant was threefold:
·
To provide a cure for sin via the empowerment of the gift
of the soul of the life of Christ, His Holy Spirit Divine Nature.
·
To regenerate man back into the image of God. Christ's
death on the cross did not do that. His greatest good gift (sacrifice)
was the sacrifice of His DIVINE NATURE ONLY--ESTATE OF BEING, which He
laid aside (emptied Himself of) as His Holy Ghost, for the express
purpose of enabling us to overcome the foe as He did, so as to regenerate
our characters back into the image of God.
·
To make an eternal payment (Atonement) for our eternal
death penalty. Three days in the tomb would never achieve that. God being
a just God, has made equal payment
(propitiation) commensurate with our penalty by laying aside His Divine
Life and Soul ONLY, as an empowerment gift to us. The propitiation
sacrifice must be commensurate with the penalty--eternal death. That is
the only way He could be a just God. Satan would have just cause to
accuse Him for any other course. So would all finally lost unrepentant
men. Before their demise, they could rightly question the justice of
their penalty of eternal death, when the only penalty God suffered by way
of sacrifice was three days in a tomb and then resurrection to glory
again. That is not served justice from any reckoning.
I was shown that all of the above
evidence proves from Scripture alone that the Trinity doctrine, the
central doctrine of the Catholic Church, effectively truncates the very
means God Almighty provided for our propitiation of sins, empowerment
over sin, and the restoration of fallen man into His image. That very
means was and is the very life and soul essence of the pre-Incarnated Son
of God, as sacrificed at His Incarnation for those express purposes. From
the foundation of the earth that sacrifice of the Son has been in place
because it was as good as done when the Son volunteered that sacrifice.
"If men reject the testimony of the
inspired Scriptures concerning the deity of Christ, it is in vain to
argue the point with them; for no argument, however conclusive, could
convince them. "The natural man receiveth
not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him:
neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." 1
Corinthians 2:14. None who hold this error can have a true conception of
the character or the mission of Christ, or of the great plan of God for
man's redemption.--Ibid., p. 524."

The Abomination of the Trinity Doctrine
The Trinity Doctrine teaches that the Holy
Spirit is another entity (person) other than the life and soul of the
Son's first estate. What are the serious implications of that belief,
that abominable lie?:
·
That means that the Holy Spirit as a person did not come
about as a result of the Son's eternal sacrifice of His first estate of a
DIVINE ONLY BEING. Without that sacrifice which paid the penalty of
eternal death of the Son to His pre-Incarnated life, there was no
sacrifice that paid the price of the wages of sin--eternal death! Three
days in the tomb just does not achieve payment (propitiation) for our penalty
or wages of sin which is eternal death for unrepented
of sin. Does Christ retain His humanity forever?
"By His life and His death, Christ
has achieved even more than recovery from the ruin wrought through sin.
It was Satan's purpose to bring about an eternal separation between God
and man; but in Christ we become more closely united to God than if we
had never fallen. In taking our nature, the Saviour has bound himself to
humanity by a tie that is never to be broken. Through the eternal ages
He is linked with us. 'God so loved the world, that
He gave His only begotten Son.' [John 3:16]. He gave Him not only to bear
our sins, and to die as our sacrifice; He gave Him to the fallen race. To
assure us of His immutable counsel of peace, God gave His only Begotten
Son to become one of the human family forever to
retain His human nature. This is the pledge that God will fulfill His
word. 'Unto us a child is born; unto us a son is given; and the
government shall be upon His shoulder.' God has adopted human nature in
the person of His Son, and has carried the same into the highest heaven.
It is the 'Son of man' who shares the throne of the universe. It is the
'Son of man' whose name shall be called, 'Wonderful, Counselor, the
mighty God, the everlasting Father, the prince of Peace.' [Isa. 9:6]. The
I Am is the Daysman between God and humanity, laying His hand upon both. He who is 'holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from
sinners,' is not ashamed to call us brethren. [Heb. 7:26; 2:11.]
In Christ the family of earth and the family of heaven are bound together.
Christ glorified is our brother. Heaven is enshrined in humanity, and humanity is enfolded in the bosom of
Infinite love." The Desire of Ages, 25.
·
Satan has been very clever in getting folk
to believe in a godhead that has not fulfilled the Everlasting Covenant,
which demanded the death of the Testator. Intelligent men sense the
dichotomy between their sentence of eternal
death for unrepented of sins, and the fact that
Christ spent only three days and nights in a tomb. That just does not
equate to justice in a thinking mind. Men with a sense of justice are not
going to buy into an unjust God!
·
Both Scripture and Ellen White say that the Holy Spirit is
the means by which Satan is held in check. Notice:
"The Power of God in the Third
Person.--The prince of the power of evil can only be held in check by the
power of God in the third person of the Godhead, the Holy Spirit.-- E.G. White, Special Testimonies, Series A, No. 10,
p. 37. (1897). Notice the date--almost 10 years after 1888 and the
delivery of the Righteousness by Faith message by Jones and Waggoner.
Act 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised
up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you
from his iniquities.
Jesus was raised up--brought forth from
the bosom of the Father for the express purpose of aiding men to turn
away from his iniquities--sin! That was the prime purpose of the Son
being brought into existence, and that is the prime purpose of His first
estate life--His DIVINE ONLY LIFE, which He bequeathed to you and I at His Incarnation, for the purpose of regeneration
and release from the enslavement of sin.
·
Another most serious implication is that if Jesus did not
in fact sacrifice His Divine Nature as a bequeathed gift to us FOREVER,
there is no means by which man may overcome sin.
·
Is there a connection between mainstream Christianity's
teaching that we cannot overcome sin this side of glorification and their
ignorance that Christ sacrificed His Pre-Incarnation Divine Nature life
and soul as a proffered gift for the purpose of overcoming sin and
regenerating man back into the image of God? Is that why theologians are
continually teaching that we cannot overcome all sin and why many are
even teaching that we do not have to overcome and indeed CANNOT overcome
sin, but rather are saved in sin?
·
Is that teaching the prime reason why half of the
ten-virgins do not buy (receive) the Oil of Grace which Ellen White
defines as the Holy Spirit in the life?
·
Is it a form of pantheism to believe that the Holy Spirit
indwells those who do not believe (have faith) in His Holy Spirit power
to overcome all evil in this life? Is that Righteousness by faith?!
·
Will millions upon millions be lost because of Satan's
false gospel that we are saved in sin rather than from sin? Is that why
only "few there be that enter?"
·
Is The Final Warning Website deficient in relating these
all important facts of the Godhead? Does that Website tell of the great
Incarnation sacrifice that made it possible for us to overcome all sin?
Or does that site deny the greatest good sacrifice made at the
Incarnation, whereby man may overcome by the very same power employed by
Christ Jesus while a man on this earth?
The Final Warning Website and other who hold similar views on the Godhead, are just
as bad as the Trinity doctrine the hold in anathema! Why? Because they
all equally deny the greatest good gift sacrifice that was ever made for
man--the FOREVER sacrifice of the Holy Spirit life and soul of the Son of
Man, at His Incarnation, then laid aside (emptied Himself of) as a gift
to us in the form of the Divine Nature. They may teach the efficacy of
the Holy Spirit, but they can never give the most forceful testimony of
the greatest good gift ever given to man and the sacrifice that paved the
way for that gift--namely, the great sacrifice of the Son's DIVINE NATURE
ONLY, bequeathed to us as a free gift.
AND THE LESSON INVOLVED: The Son proved that His human nature could
overcome by the aid of that very Holy Spirit power which he relinquished
at His Incarnation, but received again at His baptism when it descended
upon Him in the form of a dove--and which He commended to His Father
again just before He died.
The lesson is His intended EXAMPLE, that
if He could overcome with the weight of the world's sins placed upon Him,
with no more help than THE SAME HELP HE HAS MADE AVAILABLE TO US, what
excuse do we have?
Friend of mine, Billy Graham "only
believe," and you are saved religion is a blasphemy in light of the
great gift proffered us by Jesus Christ. Now the SDA church is imbibing
that doctrine in order to gain numbers. They cross land and sea only to
make souls twice the child of hell they are, due to their watered down
Christology and almost extinct delivering of the three angel's messages
because they are not popular! These are examples of serious Omega of
Apostasy, and reasons why the professing SDA church militant will be
destroyed in another Ezekiel 9 debacle, according to their own
prophetess, Ellen G. White.
2Pe 1:4 Whereby are given unto us
exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be
partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the
corruption that is in the world through lust.
I
asked the Lord why Laodiceans persist in the lukewarm condition, and my
messenger angel told me that it is because of a false gospel of only
believe--dating back to the Reformation, but finding its origin in the
doctrine of the Nicolaitans in pre-biblical times. The foolish virgins do
not realize that they need Holy Spirit empowered works for salvation--not
works of their own merit, but the works of Christ living and working in
and through them. They do not know the required CONDITIONS of the Gospel.
The so-call greatest Evangelist of the day, Billy Graham is largely
responsible for this false gospel of "only believe," the
doctrine of the Nicolaitan's which God
especially hates.
Hbr 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through
the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your
conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
THE eternal Spirit is ONE eternal Spirit.
I rest my case in the Lord Jesus who
graciously showed me these important things about Himself and the Godhead
in vision. Thank you Lord God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for your
instruction to us poor mortals. We love you. We thank you. We praise you
Lord God Almighty, bountiful in blessings, edification, guidance and
protection of that which is yours. Keep us and hide us in your bosom.
Amen.
God bless all who discern the beautiful
truth of this vision, for without vision the people perish.
Pro 29:18 Where [there is]
no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law,
happy [is] he.
Humbly in Him,
Ron Beaulieu
P.S. I know of a dear man and his family
who left the church because the church teaches the Trinity doctrine and
the church rejected his thesis that there are only two persons to the
Godhead. In his case, both the church and my friend are errant and the
view of one are just as deadly as those of the other!
There are many who have the Godhead wrong,
and thus indict Ellen White as errant in this all important issue, but as
you now see, we should never be too ready to question the gift of the
Holy Spirit to the church because our own spiritual discernment is
lacking. We should put such things on the shelf and pray much over them
until we receive corroborating light. The Holy Spirit never errs.
Even from a common sense perspective,
would it not be foolish to think that Satan would be so uncalculating as to counterfeit the Godhead with any
less number of persons than the genuine Godhead presents? The very fact
that Satan has counterfeited every important thing God has done, is proof
that his counterfeit of three persons as constituting the Godhead is
strong empirical evidence strongly indicative that the true Godhead
consists of three persons who are really ONE GOD because God is Spirit,
and all three persons are of ONE ETERNAL SPIRIT, according to Scripture.
I say this for the benefit of those who do
not believe in visions. The evidence is too clear to miss whether or not
one so believes in visions or not. The evidence is clear when defined by
the vision. It has been laying there a long,
long time. But what did it take to point it out? A vision! It's like a
math teacher explaining a calculus solution? Seems so simple after the
explanation! But why no true resolution from Scripture
So believe the vision or not, once the
vision has pointed out the clear empirical facts, the vision is also
proven as well as the plain evidence that should have been discerned.
That is why God uses prophets. They would not be necessary if folk would
study and receive the plain evidence without a seer to see for them.
There are so many foolish errors
circulating among God's professing people. Just today I received Hartland
E-magazine, wherein it states that the wound of the Beast power is
healed! That is not true. Imeediately after
that wound is fully healed, there will be a 42
month period of literal time, Revelation 13:3-5. If the wound was healed
in 1798, the little horn persecution and the time of trouble would have
been long over, and the saved would be in heaven! We cannot rely on the
"dumb-dog" watchmen of Isaiah 56:10-12. The became unreliable
when they imbibed the Omega of Apostasy. There are four main components
of that Apostasy:
·
The acceptance of the World's Standards for Accreditation
in all SDA Educational Institutions in the early 1930's
·
The adoption of the Trinity doctrine blasphemy in the
early 1930's
·
The Ecumenical Conferences of the 1950's ane resultant Ecumenical involvement of the
professing Seventh-day Adventist Churches.
·
All of the specifications of the New Movement--New
Organization that has "removed God," Selected Messages, Bk. 1, 204-5.
