Dear Reader, On SDAIssues Internet
forum, Teresa Q. asked if anyone would be interested in studying the
commandments of God. I wrote back that I would be interested in studying the
ways and means by which the professing SDA church, according to God, is
violating the statutes of God more than any other denomiNATION,
Ezekiel chapter 5:6-17. Remember that God and Ellen White said that all the
ancient prophets wrote more for our admonition than for the Jews. James Franks responded with an important
study as to more explicitly how the church is violating God’s statutes. This
document is for the purpose of presenting his timely and apropos enumeration
of some of the more serious violations of God’s law that are being broken by
the professing SDA church, while it and its members still make the claim that
it is the commandment-keeping church. This claim, in and of itself, is a most
blasphemous claim in light of the myriad violations of God’s commandments
imbibed by the new movement-new organization Seventh-day Adventist church.

necessarily limited to) the following?: Exo
20:1 And God spake all these words, saying, 2 I am the LORD thy God,
which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of
bondage. #1. God raised up the Advent movement to
give his threefold message of "worship reform". The very
first of those three messages reiterate Exodus 20:1-3. 6 And I saw another angel
fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them
that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and
people, 7 Saying with a loud
voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his
judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and
the sea, and the fountains of waters. Revelation
14:6, 7. The Advent movement rejected ALL of the abominations
of worship that the Catholic Church bequeathed to her Protestant
daughters. One of those abominations in specific is "the trinity".
Why? Because the Adventist Pioneers understood that the Trinity has
been Satan's masterpiece plan to find a place for himself "like
the most High". (Isaiah 14:12-14) God did in fact, raise up a people who
WERE "free from the pagan-papal errors", and those people
stayed that way until they died. Then, after their deaths, their "children"
embraced Babylon, and [some of] her "unscriptural errors".
This is a perfect example of the dictionary's definition of "apostasy",
which is: a falling away - from that truth which God gave to his people. Note
also, this is a clear example of violation of Exodus 20:12. Consider also, 1903, when
a General Conference President was elected, it had been proven by "the
minority committee", whom Ellen White membered
and agreed with: that if a man is at the helm, [much like the Pope], that
displaces God as the leader of the Church, and Satan is then the leader.
#2. Christmas Trees, Crosses, Easter
Bunnies, - SDAs may not be worshipping these items, nonetheless these
items are an offense to God, and should not be in his house. Also, the "Church" itself,
may not necessarily be "... any likeness of any
thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or
that is in the water under the earth: ...",
Nonetheless, it is a tangible object. Recall that Ellen White said that the Jews
"worshipped the temple", in
reference to the physical structure. SDAs today do this very thing!
Don't believe me? Go onto any SDA discussion Forum, and start talking
about "errors in the SDA church", and see how quickly you
are familiarized with Ellen White's letter to Stanton and Caldwell. All who sat in judgment against Stephen saw the
light of the glory of God in his countenance. His countenance was lighted up
like the face of an angel. He stood up full of faith and the Holy Spirit,
and, beginning at the prophets, he brought them down to the advent of Jesus,
his crucifixion, his resurrection and ascension, and showed them that the
Lord dwelt not in temples made with hands. They worshiped
the temple. Anything spoken against the temple filled them with greater
indignation than if spoken against God. The spirit of Stephen
was stirred with heavenly indignation as he cried out against them for being
wicked, and uncircumcised in heart. Ye do always resist the Holy Spirit. They
observed the outward ordinances, while their hearts were corrupt, and full of
deadly evil. Stephen referred them to the cruelty of their fathers in
persecuting the prophets, saying, Ye have slain them which shewed before the
coming of the Just One, of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers.
{1SG 88.1} As Stephen stood before his judges, the light
of the glory of God rested upon his countenance. "And all that sat in
the council, looking steadfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face
of an angel." When called upon to answer to the charges
brought against him, he began at Moses and the prophets and reviewed the
history of the children of Israel and the dealings of God with them and
showed how Christ had been foretold in prophecy. He referred to the history
of the temple and declared that God dwelleth not in temples made with hands.
The Jews worshiped the temple and were filled with greater indignation at
anything spoken against that building than if it had been spoken against God.
As Stephen spoke of Christ and referred to the temple, he saw
that the people were rejecting his words; and he fearlessly rebuked them:
"Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and
ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost." While they observed the
outward ordinances of their religion, their hearts were corrupt and full of
deadly evil. He referred to the cruelty of their fathers in persecuting
the prophets, and declared that those whom he addressed had committed a
greater sin in rejecting and crucifying Christ. "Which of the prophets
have not your fathers persecuted? and they have
slain them which showed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have
been now the betrayers and murderers." {EW 198.1} #3. Is it taking
the name of the LORD thy God in vain when one
professes to be "Christian", and "God's true Church",
and "the bride of Christ", but yet violate EVERY SINGLE ONE
of the Ten Commandments (and a few of His other Commandments as well)? #4. Is it keeping the fourth commandment
of God to come out and be a holy, peculiar people, when the church is holding
joint-Easter sunrise services with Babylon? What about the "sunday-keeping
- Seventh-day Adventist churches" (in California, Nevada, and
Oregon, etc..), are they honouring this Commandment? #5. Are we honouring our Adventist
pioneers, who are in fact our "fathers and mothers", when we
turn our backs on everything they worked so hard to establish, and teach us;
and then we do the very things they told us specifically not to do, by
ecumenically embracing Babylon (and her daughters), along with
much of their false belief system, doctrines, and character. "They (the leaders in
1888 - as well as many SDAs today) have but little faith
in me or the messages the Lord has given me. It would not take a very strong
movement to have a state of things created as in the days of old, and Korah,
Dathan, and Abiram would come to the point. I do not want to be left the
least dependent upon these men. What care they for my feelings or my
prosperity." E.G. White, The 1888 Materials, vol. 3,
989. One can reasonably conclude that Ellen
white was very much a "loving mother" towards those whom she
was to bear her messages, which are obviously from Our Heavenly
Father. Likewise, one can reasonably conclude
that most any Adventist pioneer "man" was very much a "loving
father" towards us "Adventist children"; regarding
the instruction, counsel, etc.. which they patiently offered us. This too, is
obviously from Our Heavenly Father. #6. " ... If doubts
and unbelief are cherished, the faithful ministers will be removed from the
people who think they know so much. ..." (SpTA11
8.1) Several faithful pastors have been "removed
(defrocked) from the church" in essence: killed
off - murdered - by their fellow SDAs! Three pastors in
particular: Raphael Perez - John Grosboll - Jan Marcussen - and MANY others. #7. The first SDA violation of this
Commandment was her extramarital affair with "the world" in
the early 1930's, when the General Conference adopted the [Roman controlled]
U.S Government's Accreditation Standards for all SDA educational
institutions. That "extramarital affair" continues to this
very day! The second violation of this Commandment
was another extramarital affair with "the world", this time
via ecumenical association and confederacy by joining various National
Councils of Churches, under The World Council of Churches "mother/umbrella".
#8. Is it violating this commandment of
God when the professing SDA church commits fraud to the U.S.
Government Medicare Program of nearly 9 million dollars? What about using the tithe - God's Money!
- to play the Stock market, or hire Catholic Lawyers to take the FAITHFUL
BRETHREN to court? Surely these "Catholic Lawyers" used some
of that money to pay their tithes to Rome. Thus, in effect,
SDA leaders have "stolen" some of God's Money, and
practically "gave" it directly to Rome! The GC has also "stolen"
some of God's Money, and "gave" it directly to Rome,
via "annual membership dues" in the various ecumenical
councils that we are FORBIDDEN to be any part of. #9. Is it violating this commandment of
God to take your brother to court - as the SDA church is doing the world
over? (I would counsel thee to think long and hard about this one friend, for
one day soon YOU WILL face such a lawsuit -- assuming you don't die before
the time of trouble begins, or accept the mark of the beast). #10. "They [Seventh-day
Adventists] regret that their sense of world mission makes membership in the
National Council and the World Council impracticable."
(Seventh-day Adventist Encyclopedia, 1995 Edition -
under the heading: "Ecumenism", emphasis mine). This, however, is not the "regret"
of FAITHFUL Adventist laymen. The Seventh-day Adventist Church joined
the WCC as early as 1965 and kept it from (lied to) us about it for 40 years.
See: Bert B. Beach, So Much In Common, page 98). Thus, the SDA Church "coveted"
worldly acceptance SO MUCH, that she clearly violated MANY of God's
Commandments in order to continue her extramarital affairs. See also, Ezekiel chapters 1-9, for the

harangued, belittled, degraded, insulted and abused because we protest the
