My
Vision on How Ellen White Taught Regeneration
Early
in the a.m., Sunday, March 18, 2018, I was given a remarkable vision on the
principle of Regeneration and was told by my angel that it irrefutably proves
Regeneration for all who believe Ellen White was a true prophet, and all who
believe Jesus words in Revelation 3:10-12. I was thrilled to receive this
confirmation of a principle of the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy that answers
important questions, the answer to which engenders faith in the Bible and the
SOP, especially for those who will go through the time of trouble such as the
world has never known.
The
late Elder J. Wilfred Johnson, had a vision on Regeneration many decades ago.
He gave other evidences of Regeneration, but I am giving the evidence God
showed to me personally, and evidence which Elder Johnson never gave, except
for the “food for worms” example.
I was
shown that all who reject the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy principle on
Regeneration, are rejecting serious evidence from both those sources; that indeed
they are rejecting the Bible as well as Ellen G. White, on this issue. Here is
what I was shown in vision:
1.
Ellen White said
that only the 144,000 who are translated without seeing death, go into the
Temple on Mt. Zion. Here is her statement from her first vision:
(a)
“As we were traveling
along, we met a company who also were gazing at the glories of the place. I
noticed red as a border on their garments; their crowns were brilliant; their
robes were pure white. As we greeted them, I asked Jesus who they were. He said
they were martyrs that had been slain for Him. With them was an innumerable
company of little ones; they also had a hem of red on their garments. Mount Zion was just before us, and on the mount was a glorious temple,
and about it were seven other mountains, on which grew roses and lilies. And I
saw the little ones climb, or, if they chose, use their little wings and fly,
to the top of the mountains and pluck the never-fading flowers. There were all
kinds of trees around the temple to beautify the place: the box, the pine, the
fir, the oil, the myrtle, the pomegranate, and the fig tree bowed down with the
weight of its timely figs--these made the place all over glorious. And as we were about to enter the holy temple, Jesus raised His lovely
voice and said, "Only the 144,000 enter this place," and we shouted,
"Alleluia."
This temple was supported by seven pillars, all of
transparent gold, set with pearls most glorious. The wonderful things I there
saw I cannot describe. Oh, that I could talk in the language of Canaan, then
could I tell a little of the glory of the better world. I saw there tables
of stone in which the names of the 144,000 were engraved in letters of gold.
After we beheld the glory of the temple, we went out, and Jesus left us and
went to the city. Soon we heard His lovely voice again, saying, "Come, My
people, you have come out of great tribulation, and done My will; suffered for
Me; come in to supper, for I will gird Myself, and serve you." We shouted,
"Alleluia! glory!" and entered into the city. And I saw a table of
pure silver; it was many miles in length, yet our eyes could extend over it. I
saw the fruit of the tree of life, the manna, almonds, figs, pomegranates,
grapes, and many other kinds of fruit. I asked Jesus to let me eat of the
fruit. He said, "Not now. Those who eat of the fruit of this land go back
to earth no more. But in a little while, if faithful, you shall both eat of the
fruit of the tree of life and drink of the water of the fountain." And He
said, "You must go back to the earth again and relate to others what I
have revealed to you." Then an angel bore me gently down to this dark
world. Sometimes I think I can stay here no longer; all things of earth look so
dreary. I feel very lonely here, for I have seen a better land. Oh, that I had
wings like a dove, then would I fly away and be at rest!” Ellen G. White, Early Writings, pp. 18-20.
(b)
Ellen White said that
only the 144,000 enter the Temple on Mt. Zion in heaven. She also said that the
144,000 are those of the final generation alive just before Christ comes, who
are translated without seeing death:
“The woman is a symbol of the church,
and the remnant of the church represents the Christians of
the last generation of men, living just prior to the second advent.
The dragon makes war on these for keeping the commandments of God, Sabbath and
all, and having the testimony of Jesus Christ, which, according to the inspired
definition of chapter 19:10, “is the spirit of prophecy.” Here, then, are the
causes of the dragon’s warfare upon the remnant. They teach the
observance of the Ten Commandments, and the revival of the gifts, and
acknowledge the gift of prophecy among them. When the devil got one
foot upon the fourth commandment, and the other upon the gifts planted in the
Christian church by Jesus Christ, then his satanic majesty was filled with
revengeful delight. But when the remnant, whom God
designs to fit for translation to heaven without seeing death, “ask
for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein,” then the dragon is
wroth, and makes war on them. {3SG 26.2}
The true spirit of the dragonic host,
which is already being somewhat developed, is vividly described in Isaiah 30:8-13,
as being manifested just prior to the sudden destruction of those who hate the
pure testimony, and love smooth and deceitful things.” {3SG 26.3}
· The final remnant is the 144,000 who are translated
without seeing death.
· Ellen White saw in vision that only these 144,000 go
into the Temple on Mt. Zion.

God’s Holy Word says
that Philadelphians of the first century church are made PILLARS
(LEADERS—PRIESTS) in the Temple in heaven, to wit:
Rev
3:7 And to the angel of the church in
Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he
that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth,
and no man openeth;
Rev
3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have
set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little
strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
Rev
3:9 Behold, I will make them of the
synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I
will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have
loved thee.
Rev
3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of
my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation,
which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
Rev
3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that
fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
Rev
3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go
no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the
city of my God, [which is] new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of
heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new
name.
·
Philadelphians are
kept (protected) through the great time of trouble, the hour of temptation
which shall come upon all the world.
·
Philadelphians are
blameless.
·
In Revelation
14:1-4, the 144,000 are proclaimed as WITHOUT FAULT:
Rev 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the
throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn
that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were
redeemed from the earth.
Rev 14:4 These
are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are
they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from
among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Rev 14:5 And in
their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault
before the throne of God.
Implications:
·
Ellen White says
that only the 144,000 enter the Temple on Mt. Zion.
·
She says the 144,000
are the final generation on earth just before Christ comes, that keep the
commandments and are translated without seeing death.
·
Jesus, in Revelation
3, message to Philadelphia, said to the Philadelphians of the first century
that they would be made PILLARS (PRIESTS) in the temple. He will be the High
Priest and they will be the lesser priests, as was the case in the Jewish
Temple on earth.
·
Ellen White says
that the 144,000 go through the Great Time of Jacob’s Trouble without an
intercessor.
·
Since she says they
are members of the final generation just before Christ comes, they cannot be
specially resurrected to go through the time of trouble and then be translated.
·
Since God’s Word
says that they are protected through the time of trouble, they can’t be specially
resurrected right at the end to be the 144,000 who go into the Temple on Mt.
Zion.
·
Those who reject the
principle of Regeneration, reject God’s Word in Revelation 3:10-12, that
Philadelphians of the first century church will be made pillars in the Temple.
·
Those who reject the
principle of Regeneration reject Ellen White’s statements that the 144,000 are
of the final generation that are translated without seeing death.
·
Thus, those who
reject the principle of Regeneration, reject God’s Word as well as Ellen White.
·
The angel of the
Lord showed me in vision that these truths are irrefutable, but if you think
you can refute them, I will be obliged to publish your findings.
2.
In 1856, Ellen White
was at a Conference meeting. She said that some present would be food for
worms, and some would be alive when Christ comes. In order to be alive and
remain upon the earth to be translated at the coming of Jesus, they would have
to be part of the 144,000, because the only ones who remain on the earth to be
translated at the coming of Christ, are the 144,000.
“I was shown the company present at the Conference. Said
the angel: “Some food for worms, some subjects of the seven last plagues, some
will be alive and remain upon the earth to be translated at the coming of
Jesus.”—Testimonies for the Church
1:131, 132 (1856). {LDE 36.3}
·
The only way a
person in 1856, could be alive and remain upon the earth to be translated at
the coming of Jesus, is via Regeneration.
·
If Regeneration is
not true, then Ellen White would be made a false prophet by her statement.
·
If Regeneration is
not true, then Ellen White would be made a false prophet when she said that
only the final generation of persons living on the earth just prior to Christ’s
coming, the final remnant who keep the commandments of God, would be translated
without seeing death, and go into the Temple on Mt. Zion in heaven as the
144,000.
·
If Regeneration is
not true, Jesus would be a false prophet in Revelation 3:10-12, when He told
the Philadelphians of the first century church that they would be kept through
the time of trouble that comes upon the whole world and be made PILLARS
(LEADERS—PRIESTS) in the Temple. Some have said these could be specially
resurrected at the very end, but Ellen White said that the 144,000 go through the
time of Jacob’s Trouble, and are the final generation living upon the earth,
the final remnant who keep the commandments, just before Jesus comes. These are
NOT specially resurrected at the very end to be translated without seeing
death.
·
Why would Ellen White
instruct us to strive to be one of the 144,000, if only the Philadelphians of
the first century were the only ones who are made pillars in the Temple of
heaven, and as some falsely claim, are raised in some special resurrection at
the end-time?
3.
Ellen White said
that all the messages to the seven churches in Revelation 2 and 3, apply to the
end of time, to wit:
"The
names of the seven churches are symbolic of the church in different periods of
the Christian era. The number seven indicates completeness, and is symbolic of
the fact that the messages [PLURAL] extend to the end of time, while the symbols
used reveal the condition of the church at different periods in the history of
the world." Acts of the Apostles, p. 585.
· The seven messages to the churches
of Revelation 2 and 3, apply to EVERY GENERATION to the end of time. Ellen
White said that there has been faithful souls in every
generation. So why would they be exempt from being part of the 144,000?
“The
church is God’s fortress, His city of refuge, which He holds in a revolted
world. Any betrayal of the church is treachery to Him who has bought mankind
with the blood of His only-begotten Son. From the beginning, faithful
souls have constituted the church on earth. In every age the Lord has had His
watchmen, who have borne a faithful testimony to the generation in which they
lived. These sentinels gave the message of warning; and when they
were called to lay off their armor, others took up the work. God brought these witnesses into covenant relation with Himself,
uniting the church on earth with the church in heaven. He has sent forth
His angels to minister to His church, and the gates of hell have not been able
to prevail against His people.” {AA 11.2}
·
The church in
heaven, Hebrews 12, 22, 23, is described as a church of men made perfect. That
refers to the church triumphant. Faithful souls are FAITHFUL SOULS! Thus, the
bride of Christ, who makes up the 144,000, has existed in every generation, to
be regenerated at the end-time, to be translated without seeing death.
Otherwise, the message to Philadelphia of the first century would not be true.
·
In Desire of Ages, 232, the personal
disciples of Christ, prepared by John the Baptist, are mentioned as being the
bride of Christ. The bride is the 144,000 who are translated without seeing
death, said Ellen White and Revelation 14:1-4. They are brought out of Great
Tribulation. Will Jesus say that His disciples (BRIDE), sorry, you were born in
the wrong generation to go into the Temple as my priests?
·
Will Jesus say the
same thing to all the faithful souls who have constituted the earthly
representatives of the church in heaven IN EVERY AGE, sorry, you were born in
the wrong generation. You can’t be part of the 144,000 and priests in my
Temple?
·
Would the Holy
Spirit have prompted Ellen White to instruct all to strive to be part of the
144,000 if it was impossible because they would die before the final generation
when Jesus comes?
The
Lord has shown me that those who cavil and mock the Bible and Spirit of
Prophecy Principle of Regeneration, would, at the time, also have mocked the
fact that faithful souls came out of their graves at the resurrection of
Christ, in order to witness to the gospel. God have
mercy upon the foolish virgins who mock and deride this serious light to His
church, which answers important questions that will engender faith in the bride
during her time of Jacob’s trouble.
Mat
27:53 And came out of the graves after
his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
