This a.m., December 6, 2012, the Lord showed me in vision what I here state.

In the days of the SDA pioneers, Freemasonry was many fold more secretive than nowadays. Modern technology via the internet, has contributed to a greatly informed public. There were Seventh-day Adventists men and women who were members of secret societies as evinced by the hand signals they display. So what is the best explanation? I asked the Lord for an answer to these serious charges. I have received an answer.

Because William Miller was a Mason, many of his followers were Masons as well. Many of them could have been members of the same Lodge he patronized.

 Freemasons on the recruitment level did/do not have a clue as to what the Grand Master’s believe(d). This is not divulged to the candidate until the highest degrees which most patrons never aspire to. But their dues are used to advance the cause of Lucifer.

But remember that below the 30 degree level, members are not aware that they are involved with anything that pays homage to Lucifer and teaches that one can become as God, just as Satan desires. This being said, the Lord showed me that there are evil insurgent Masons in leadership positions within the professing SDA church today, whose design it is to bring the church down to hell, as they would bring all Christian churches in the land down to hell.

In Selected Messages, Book 1, 204-205, it says that the omega of apostasy new movement, new organization would remove God. What master is left when God is removed? Satan! So it should be no mystery that Satan’s Jesuit, Jewish, Masonic leaders of the highest echelons have infiltrated the SDA church and have made it abhorrent to those who follow pure truth. That was/is their prime intent, just as they want to make all churches in the land, including Rome, repugnant. That is Satan’s objective.

Note: The Jesuits deriving from their founder Ignatius Loyola, at their inception, were Spanish Jews who were forced to “convert” at the Spanish Inquisition. So they “converted” with the objective of infiltrating and taking over the Catholic church in a Trojan Horse fashion. They are the faction that hates the whore, Revelation 17:16 and burns her. They hate all Christian churches and their objective is to finally obliterate them from the earth. Remember that this fact is known only to the highest echelon Jewish leaders who hate Christ and love Lucifer.

All the initiates are taught is good morals and the best principles of all religions. There are high benefits to being a Freemason. This is why some Adventists chose to remain Masons. If a Mason dies, his wife is well cared for. I present this to inform you what God showed me as to the apparently innocent reasons why early Adventists, and even some current Seventh-day Adventists, were/are motivated to becoming a Freemason, many times by a friend who is a Mason. This is in no way an attempt to condone or encourage membership in Satan inspired Freemasonry. But it would be well if the SDA church or any church should provide these benefits. At any rate, this is a demonstration of how well Satan takes care of his own, and that Christians should do as much or more for their own:

“A benefit may be considered as anything which is helpful, profitable, favorable, and advantageous to a person. A benefit may take many forms such as improving a person in some way, promoting his happiness, raising his status socially, increasing his personal contacts with others, or assisting him in any number of other ways. In a general way the benefits of Masonic membership are both tangible and intangible.

Here are a few of the tangible benefits that come to mind at once. Many Grand Lodges maintain a Home for the needy members in their Golden Years. Some maintain a Home for the children of deceased members. It is a comfortable feeling to know that if you have minor children, and with an untimely death that your children will be taken care of by the Craft; and if you are unable to take care of yourself in your declining years, it is a calming feeling to know that there will be help available for you and your wife. In some areas the Craft maintains a hospital for the public and takes care of the needy members of the Craft as well when they require medical attention.

Most lodges have sick visitation committees. When a report is received of a sick member, steps are taken to have someone visit him. These visits are good for the person who is sick as well as for the one who is doing the visiting. If you are sick in bed or home bound, it is a great feeling to know that out there is someone who cares enough to take time to visit you. All members are taught to be charitable in word and deed. The word “charity” is used in the Craft in its broadest sense. When visiting a sick Brother you are urged to listen to his troubles, sympathize with him, and to help him unburden himself. Often the faithful breast and the listening ear can do more good than all the medicine in the world to improve one’s spirits.

Many lodges have Low Twelve Clubs in which members make a nominal payment each time a member passes away. The money is deposited in a bank account and when word is received that a member has died, the treasurer immediately presents the family with a check for the prescribed amount so that it may be used to meet expenses at once.

Some lodges and some Grand Lodges conduct a blood bank program. Members of the lodges volunteer to give blood to the bank. When a member or someone in his family are in need of blood to regain their health, the blood in the bank is made available to them without cost .

If a Mason finds himself stranded in a strange place and is in need of help, there is al-ways available help not too far away. In some areas there are Masonic Boards of Relief to help in such cases. In other places the needy Mason can contact the local lodge which will render whatever assistance is necessary.

Many illustrations can be given of how Masonic charity has been dispensed to members and their families. Here are a few of them. A widow of a deceased member was in need of her house being painted and she called the secretary of the lodge for a recommendation of a painter who could do the job at a reasonable price. Knowing the tight financial condition of the caller, the secretary informed the Worshipful Master and a meeting was called at which the officers met to discuss the matter. As a result, several members donated the necessary material to paint the house for the widow. In Canada several years ago a widow called the Masonic Board of Relief and requested help in an un-usual situation. A family of skunks had settled in the crawl space under her house and she needed help to remove the new tenants. A number of lodge members were enlisted to bring this about.

Clearly, the intangible benefits predominate over the tangible ones. In some instances the benefits defy classification because they are a blend of both general benefits. The first benefit received by a candidate for the degrees is the contacts he makes with those that recommend him and those who investigate his petition. The next benefit is the receiving of the three degrees and the friendships that develop with the poster and others connected with his securing the needed proficiency to advance from one degree to the other. The ceremony of receiving the degrees together with the lectures is a new experience and hopefully the candidate has come to the meetings in the spirit of anticipating an important event with a receptive heart and mind. The impressive presentation is bound to have an important effect on him. He is bound to observe that he is the center of attraction, that the degree is conferred on him alone, and that we are concentrating our attention on him. This should convince him that we are devoted to the importance of each person who joins us in our work.

There are a number of intangible benefits that do not readily meet the eye, but they do exist in ample measure. Freemasonry is a selective organization and not everyone is accepted as a member. The mere fact that an application for membership has been filed indicates a desire to belong to something and to be associated with something worthwhile. He may not recognize this intangible element but he is seeking to “belong” to a worthwhile organization and to make his contribution to the work of the group. Let us recognize that there is nothing more destructive of one’s happiness than the feeling of being alone, of not being a part of anything worthwhile. When he becomes a member he acquires a large number of new Brothers bound by a solemn obligation to do everything possible to make this a better world in which to live. I know of one case where an only child joined a Masonic lodge and after he became a member was filled with joy for he was no longer an only child but had acquired Brothers that he did not have before.

Joining the Craft immediately gives the new member a new identity. He becomes a member of a world-wide fraternity dedicated to the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man. Non-members are aware of the many fine charitable projects supported by Masons, and when a member is identified as such it is bound to reflect favorably in the eyes of the non-member. There is also the matter of securing identity with other Masons and creating warm friendships. Each member knows that in common with all other members he has taken a solemn obligation to be a good man and true. As a result, when meeting another Mason there is immediately established a close sense of friendship resulting from the unexpressed knowledge that they both have a common philosophy of life which makes them better men and that they can help and trust one another. This matter of identity is indicated by the many Masons who wear a Masonic pin and thereby tell the world of their identity with the Craft.

The member who becomes active in the work of the Craft acquires some degree of leadership and eventually develops a feeling of “importance” because he is serving the organization in worthwhile activities. Every person, in order to be happy, must feel that he is important to his family, his employer, his community, or some other group. The more experiences exist in one’s life the happier that person is bound to be. Sometimes we complain about the many persons who are introduced at Masonic meetings, but this is one way that we show our appreciation for work done and making the worker feel important because of services rendered.

Even the inactive member who pays his dues and attends Masonic functions occasionally will get a glow of satisfaction as he hears of the many activities being supported financially and otherwise by the Craft.

One of the most valuable benefits that is secured by being a Freemason is the unlimited opportunity to make deep and abiding friendships. Working with other good men on worthy projects has a way of developing into close friendly relations with a feeling of mutual respect for one another. You know that in case of need you can speak safely in confidence with a brother Mason. In case you are dejected you know that you have someone to speak with and unburden yourself as you pour your troubles into a sympathetic ear. I know of two cases of bachelors who lived in a single room each in separate boarding houses. Each night they went to a different lodge meeting with regularity so that over a period of time they virtually adopted certain lodges as their own. The friendships that they developed and the visiting they were able to do each night enriched their lives immensely and saved them from the boredom of sitting in a single room looking at four walls night after night.

Active members receive the greatest benefit from their connection with Freemasonry. Opportunity is afforded to develop one’s memory, working with others, learning to organize projects, develop speaking ability by making reports and presenting lectures, and learning how to work with others. There are many members who have no opportunity for an extensive formal education to thus secure considerable educational training.

The intangible benefit that is often over-looked is that the Craft teaches its members a philosophy of life. The importance of this benefit should not be overlooked because every person needs a philosophy of life to guide him or her in the journey through life. In past years a great deal of the turmoil with our youth was the confusion relative to an absence of a philosophy of life as they floundered around seeking something but not knowing what it was. Sometimes these young folks spoke of high ideals but really had nothing that would guide them into meaningful activities to make these ideals a reality. If we could only reach the minds of these young people they and the Craft could profit greatly.

Another intangible benefit is the opportunity which the Craft offers its members to be-come associated with worthy projects that help make this a better world in which to live. These consist primarily of the many charitable projects that are supported by the lodges, the Grand Lodges, and the appendant bodies of the Craft.

Non-members are aware of the spirit of friendship that exists between members of the Craft. The question is sometimes asked out of curiosity whether Masons are required to patronize other Masons in their business transactions. Every Mason knows that there is no such rule of the Craft. But we must recognize that when one is considering entering into a business or professional relationship he is more likely to select someone that he knows and trusts. If you need the services of a real estate broker, for example, and you have been working on a project with a fellow member of your lodge, there can be little doubt that all things being equal your Masonic friend will receive your patronage. Personal contacts, working together, developing friendships is bound to result in business and professional relationships in many in-stances even though no Masonic law requires this to be done.

For the member who is interested in intellectual pursuits, the reading of Masonic books especially in the area of Masonic philosophy and history, can be a valuable experience. These books, of course, can be read by non-Masons but they will not be able to receive full benefit of the material in these books because of their lack of complete information about the Craft .

Each member, if he gives this matter some thought, undoubtedly can recall instances in which his Masonic membership has proved to be a benefit to him. Above all else, it is well to be prepared to answer the question should the occasion arise, “What Benefits do you receive from your Masonic membership?”

Back to what the Lord showed me in regard to SDA’s involved with Freemasonry. If you cannot see the “draw” Satan has designed to make Masonry attractive, you are blind. These are the reasons early Adventists and even some today were/are members of Freemasonry. Just as most SDA’s don’t know of Satan’s omega of apostasy new movement, new organization “among” “within” what is masquerading as the SDA church, they don’t know that Satan is the leader of Masonry as well. It seems like a wonderful service organization devoted to the best interest of mankind. So think twice before you condemn a historic Adventist for having been a Freemason. And remember, that many Adventists back then paid no more attention to Ellen White than many Adventists today! The Lord has shown me that these are important considerations when hearing that some early Adventists were Freemasons, especially in light of the fact that William Miller, their prime early leader, was a Freemason.

LUCIFER PRAISED AS THE LIGHT-BEARER OF FREEMASONRY

Until recent times what with the birth of the Internet etc., Freemasonry was able to keep its real agenda hidden from initiates below the 31st degree. Especially did they secret the fact that they worship Lucifer as the light bearer:

"Lucifer, the Light-bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the Light, and with its splendors intolerable, blinds feeble, sensual, or selfish souls? Doubt it not!" [Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, p. 321, 19th Degree of Grand Pontiff; Red Emphasis added]

In full realization that I am responding to the most grave, sinister, cunning and demonic attempt by Satan to discredit not only Ellen G. White and true Seventh-day Adventism, but all religion in the world except for Lucifer worship, I have made long supplications to God Almighty through His Son Jesus Christ, that I might receive divine aid in responding to Satan’s latest “state of the art” total onslaught he is waging against the true church of God in the earth. To this date, this is the most serious indictment against Ellen White and the true Seventh-day Adventist church that I have encountered.

I must say that the Website in question does a good job of demonstrating the evil objectives of Freemasonry and the Illuminati and their attempt to eliminate all religion from the face of the earth. Truly, those who say they are Jews (but are not) who head these organizations, took/take the offer that Satan made to Jesus in the Wilderness Temptation. Ironically, Satan proffered the creator of all things dominion over this earth if He (Christ) would bow in worship of him. Of course, Christ refused, so who would be the next best candidate for Satan to try to seduce after Adam and Eve? Would it not be Christ’s once chosen people, the Jews? Would that not be the next worst thing that Satan could do strategy-wise against Christ and His Father?

It will be recognized from reading the Website this document is responding to that Freemasonry and Illuminism (the Illuminatti) is Jewish Kabala in its origin. And quite naturally, as observed, the Jews, as God’s chosen people, would be the most sought out target of Satan after Christ refused his offer in the Wilderness Temptation. Lucifer then promised the Jews that if they would worship him as the source of light and truth, that he would give them control of the world and all its riches. Though there are many good Jews who have refused Satan’s offer, many of them took Satan’s offer. It is very open knowledge today that many have very candidly and publicly pledged their allegiance to Lucifer in return for fame and riches in this life. They are worshippers of mammon.

In the New World order to come, members of the Council on Foreign Relations are assured that they will have positions of favor because they have sold out to Satan’s New Order that will be carved out of chaos. After the chaos, Satan will appear to pretend to be our saviour from it all.

The Website I am rebutting makes some very serious indictments against Ellen and James White, in charging them with being Freemasons. This is the prime consideration of this document. The objective of this document is to establish the fact that either Ellen White was one of the most godly women who ever walked the face of the earth, or she was one of the most deceptive persons ever to take the name Christian. There is no middle ground here. 

God made His intelligent creatures with a need for ever learning truth. The Protestant Reformation was to be continually unfolding as Ellen White stated. What new unfolding of that reformation has the rest of the protestant world contributed since the death of Martin Luther? The answer is that the unfolding of continuing truth in the other fallen churches stopped with Martin Luther! The rest of the unpleasant truth is that the unfolding of a continuum of truth in the SDA church organization stopped with the death of Ellen G. White, and the ensuing apostasy of that church organization in forming a new movement, new organization, that removed God and pillar doctrines of true Adventism (1SM 204-205).

Some additional indictments by the website against Ellen White include:

·       Ellen White taught a false gospel because she taught obedience to God’s commandments, and that she thus fulfilled the most important objective  of Masonry—to corrupt the true gospel. REBUTTAL: Ellen White taught that the truth that the law and the gospel cannot be separated. She taught that God gives grace (power) for obedience to His commandments, Romans 1:5, and thereby enlarged on the protestant notion that grace involves PARDON by way of Justification only, without sanctification. To the law and to the Testimonies! Isaiah 8:9-12. Fallen Protestantism does away with this test by doing away with the law of God, which is a transcript of His character.

·       Ellen White taught that Jesus was also Michael the arch Angel. REBUTTAL: Daniel 12:1 and the following verses make it foolish for anyone to try to condemn Ellen White for saying Michael is Jesus:

Jud 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

·       It is implied that the objectives of Ellen and James White, fulfilled the prime objective of Masonry—that of infiltrating religions to corrupt them and fill them with error, error that ultimately would make them so abhorrent that they would be rejected by mankind in general, and worship Lucifer instead. REBUTTAL: Rather, Ellen White exposed the corruptions of fallen Babylon and Satan’s Synagogue.

·       That Ellen White held the philosophy that: “Religion, to obtain currency and influence with the great mass of mankind, must needs to be alloyed [mixed] with such an amount of error as to place it far below the standard attainable by the higher human capacities.” “What is Truth to the philosopher, would not be Truth, nor have the effect of Truth, to the peasant. The religion of the Many must necessarily be more incorrect than that of the refined and reflective few…” “The truest religion would, in many points, not be comprehended by the ignorant, nor consolatory to them, nor guiding and supporting for them. The doctrines of the bible are often not clothed in the language of strict truth, but in that which was fittest to convey to a rude and ignorant people the practical essentials of the doctrine. A perfectly pure faith, free from all extraneous admixtures, a system of noble theism and lofty morality, would find too little preparation for it in the common mind and hear, to admit of prompt reception by the masses of mankind; and Truth might not have reached us, if it had not borrowed the wings of Error.” REBUTTAL: Jesus defined true religion and make it so simple the most uneducated could understand it.

·       It is implied that Ellen and James White purposely, knowingly, lied to Adventists in order to groom them for destruction by Satan’s agents. The same claim is made against Billy Graham by many non-Adventists.  REBUTTAL: I don’t know about Billy Graham being a Freemason, as some charge, but God has shown me in vision that Ellen and James White were not Freemasons, grooming His people for Satan’s Synagogue. No one spoke out more against the wiles of Satan than Ellen G. White. Her chapter The Snares of Satan is just one example of many:

The author of the website opines that it was possible that William Miller repented of his Masonic occult activities, but Ellen White never did, to wit:

 

“Did William Miller ever repent from his Masonic occult activities? It is possible that he did, but one interesting and suspicious fact that draws attention is that he resigned from the Lodge less than a month after he started to preach about the end of the world.”

 

It appears to me that Miller had been convinced that there were practices among Masons that were incompatible with the Word of God.”

 

Anyone would be hard pressed to prove that Ellen White was a Freemason when she spoke against membership in secret societies. The same goes for James White.

 

The Life and Work of Ellen and James White

 

Early in my Christian experience, I was led by the Holy Spirit to purchase most all of the writings of Ellen and James White and the pioneers. When I separated from the omega of apostasy new movement, new organization, I encouraged the 42 souls who separated with me to purchase those writings, especially Ellen White’s Review and Herald Articles, The Youth’s Instructor Articles and The Signs of the Times Articles which are bound in large hardbound books. I don’t see how anyone who reads those books could ever regard Ellen White as being a Freemason Lucifer worshipper. That would be like calling day night and night day to my mind. The test is in the fruit.

 

Further to that, the Lord has shown me in vision that He gave to Ellen White the true gift of prophecy that He promised to His church for the stated purpose of unity till He comes. If you will carefully analyze the problems in the professing SDA church, they ALL derive from deviation from the principles laid out by Ellen G. White. How the church could reject the counsel of the Holy Spirit gift to the church and at the same time pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit is beyond me! The Holy Spirit will never be poured out on such a church, and Ezekiel 22:17-31 establishes this fact from God’s Word, and more specifically in the following verses:

23 And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

24 Son of man, say unto her, Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.

25 There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.

26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

27 Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain.

28 And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord God, when the Lord hath not spoken. Ezekiel 22:23-28.

The Truth on the Shut Door Issue

The truth on the shut door issue is that Ellen White did believe for a short time that the door was shut, but she did not see that in vision and she shortly changed her mind. I deal with this issue at length in the following document:

Conclusions:

 

·       Freemasonry claims to have superior knowledge via a superior race of men—Jewish men at the top echelon control Masonry. If they possess superior secrets from the ancients, and if their superior knowledge is from their god, Lucifer, and he is superior to Christ, then how did they, as a superior class of Jewish leaders AT THE TOP, lead the world into the mess it is in socially, environmentally, and every other way? God says He will destroy those who destroy the world. Have Jewish Masonic leaders destroyed the world by industrializing the world and strip mining its resources, all for the object of obtaining filthy lucre in order to rule the world? Satan is now attempting damage control by these world Jewish leaders, but it is too late, and God says He is going to destroy those who destroy the world.

·       It was the merchant, middle class, bourgeoisie Jews that controlled the seaways, who had the black people captured and shipped to the U.S.A. and sold to rich Jewish land owners? Was that inspired by their god Lucifer?

·       God promised the gift of prophesy to His true church. There are but a few churches that even claim a prophet, but all of them except the church endorsed by Ellen G. White, fail the Isaiah 8:20 test. So does God’s Word err in sending SDA’s a false, Satan worshipping prophet? Nay!

 

The Hidden Hand Gesture Used by Secret Societies

 

It is important to be apprised of the fact that members of the lower echelons of Freemasonry don’t have a clue that their highest leaders (31-33 degrees) worship(ed) Lucifer. When they posed for picture with the right hand covered, they merely thought they were conveying the noble fact that they were fidel members of Freemasonry. Again, they did not know that they were worshipping Satan by being a Freemason. Masonry hides that fact until they know a candidate is full within their clutches. Satan knows his own.

 

Another proposition is that some Adventists men were fellow Masons with Miller and they carried on in Masonry after becoming members of the Adventist group. The leaders of Masonry profess to teach morals and dogma to their members that they do not observe themselves—just as the Pharisees did! Jesus said: Do as they say, but not as they do!

Ellen White Taught Against Membership in Secret Societies

 

Is it not suspect that the author of the website in question does not once mention that Ellen White taught quite copiously against membership in secret societies? Is that honest and integral endeavor? There are many such statements, but here are a few:

 

"We are now to use all our entrusted capabilities in giving the last warning message to the world. In this work we are to preserve our individuality. We are not to unite with secret societies or with trades unions. We are to stand free in God, looking constantly to Christ for instruction. All our movements are to be made with a realization of the importance of the work to be accomplished for God."—Testimonies for the Church 7:84 (1902). {CH 273.3}

 

"The world is a theater; the actors, its inhabitants, are preparing to act their part in the last great drama. With the great masses of mankind, there is no unity, except as men confederate to accomplish their selfish purposes. God is looking on. His purposes in regard to His rebellious subjects will be fulfilled. The world has not been given into the hands of men, though God is permitting the elements of confusion and disorder to bear sway for a season. A power from beneath is working to bring about the last great scenes in the drama,—Satan coming as Christ, and working with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in those who are binding themselves together in secret societies. Those who are yielding to the passion for confederation are working out the plans of the enemy. The cause will be followed by the effect."—Testimonies for the Church 8:27, 28. {ChS 50.1}

 

Ellen White’s References to The All Seeing Eye

 

Ellen White is faulted in some articles for employing Freemasonry language because she used the phrase

"God's all-seeing eye notes the defects of all and the ruling passion of each, yet He bears with our mistakes and pities our weakness. He bids His people cherish the same spirit of tenderness and forbearance. True Christians will not exult in exposing the faults and deficiencies of others. They will turn away from vileness and deformity, to fix the mind upon that which is attractive and lovely. To the Christian every act of faultfinding, every word of censure or condemnation, is painful". 5T 94-96255 (2)

 

Is it unbecoming of a prophetess to refer to the eye of an omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent God as having an all seeing eye in light of the following Scripture:

 

Rev 5:6   And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

 

The obvious inference relative to the Lamb having seven eyes is that He sees all by the seven Spirits of God.

 

What About White’s Tombstones Being an Obelisk?

 

I asked the Lord about the tombstones of James and Ellen White. I was shown that their tombstones were chosen by unconsecrated men who were so ignorant as to not understand the symbolism of the obelisk any more than they now understand the heresy of the Trinity Doctrine that sweeps away the entire Christian economy. I was show that there are high placed 33rd degree Jesuit Masons in the church. It is their work to corrupt the church and to cast Satanic contempt upon Ellen and James White at the end-time.

 

As of yet, I have not received an answer to:

 

·       Why Ellen and James White appear in their old age to be using the hand signal used by the Masons. This could be just a coincidence in the case of the White’s. Many women hold their arms over their stomachs. And in the case of James, it might just appear that he is using the covered hand signal. I don’t know and I don’t think one picture of this establishes conclusive evidence.

 

·       Why Ellen White condoned her husband’s tombstone, when he died so many years before she did. But I do know this for a fact: God permits stumbling stones for those who would doubt His mercies and bountiful provisions for His people. These stumbling blocks are scattered throughout Scripture, and serve the purpose that Job’s trials served in proving him as faithful to God. For those who hate the truth and love their own wayward course, God has set stumbling blocks for them to embrace because they love to have their own way and not because He wants to trip and trap them.

 

COUNTERPART: "The Lord commanded one of his ancient servants, 'Pray not thou for this people [Jer. 7:16 and 11:14], neither lift up cry nor prayer for them neither make intercession to me for I will not hear thee.' The prophet thus describes the sins which had called forth this fearful denunciation: 'The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means and my people love to have it so and what will ye do in the end thereof?' 'From the least of them even unto the greatest of them, every one is given to covetousness and from the prophet even unto the priest, every one dealeth falsely. They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace, when there is no peace.' The apostles declare that this state of things will find its COUNTERPART in the last days. Many have a form of godliness, but in their daily life deny the power thereof. They have ceased to be convicted of their sins or alarmed at their state. They say in their hearts, 'The church is flourishing. Peace and spiritual prosperity are within her borders.' The words of the prophet may well apply to these self-deceivers, 'They have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. "A new order of things has COME INTO the ministry. There is a desire to pattern after other churches and simplicity and humility are almost unknown. The young ministers seek to be original, and to introduce new ideas and new plans for labor. Some open revival meetings, and by this means call large numbers into the church. But when the excitement is over, where are the converted ones? Repentance and confession of sin are not seen. The sinner is entreated to believe in Christ and accept Him, without regard to his past life of sin and rebellion. The heart is not broken. There is no contrition of soul. The supposed converted ones have not fallen upon the Rock, Christ Jesus." E.G. White, Selected Messages, vol. 2, pp. 18, 19.

 

In Early Writings, 273, Ellen White says it is impossible to distinguish the fallen churches from the world, so in desiring to pattern after those churches, the SDA church is patterning after the world.

 

Just as Leroy Edwin Froom began to smuggle Rome’s Trinity Doctrine into the church in the early 1930’s, so other more tangible idols in the form of tombstones were arranged for James and Ellen White by such like-minded men. I was shown that though Ellen White could put the finger on Jesuits when they would try to wield certain erroneous positions, she could not detect those who were already in place to effect the omega heresies upon her death. I was shown that Kellogg got his pantheistic theories from the Masons. Why did God permit all this? Why did He permit the Jewish Temple to become the Synagogue of Satan? It was because His people loved to have it so because they desire/ed to be like the world.

 

 "Worldly policy is taking the place of true piety and wisdom that comes from above, and God will remove His prospering hand from the conference. Shall the ark of the covenant be removed from this people? Shall idols be smuggled in? Shall false principles and false precepts be brought into the sanctuary? Shall antichrist be respected? Shall the true doctrines and principles given us of God, which have made us what we are, be ignored?.... This is directly where the enemy, through blinded, unconsecrated men, is leading us." E. G.
