Separation
Truth the Surface Readers Have Missed and/or Misinterpreted

Dear Reader, There is huge disparity
(CONTRADICTION) between the following statements by Ellen White, THE WAY MOST
ADVENTISTS INTERPRET THE
FIRST STATEMENT—one
that is often quoted in attempts to refute my warning message on separation,
and the statements that follow (below), proving that there will indeed be a
separation from sin and sinners, BEFORE THE SEALING OF EZEKIEL 9, and that
SDA leaders will NEVER AGAIN show the house of Jacob its sins. Quote used by SDA leaders and laity
to prove there is no separation from the apostate church: "No advice or sanction is
given in the Word of God to those who believe the third angel's message to
lead them to suppose that they can draw apart. This you may settle with
yourselves forever. It is the devising of unsanctified minds that would encourage
a state of disunion. There must be no separating in this great testing
time." Selected Messages, Vol.
3, p. 21. Ellen White said: "The angel
with the writer's ink horn is to place a mark upon the foreheads of all who are separated from sin and
sinners, and the
destroying angel follows this angel (Letter 12, 1886). {4BC 1161.5} One statement says there is no
separation. The other says there is. What is the solution to this “apparent”
contradiction? There is a non-contradictory solution! There is indeed a separation and
only those who sigh and cry for all the abominations and separate from them
will be sealed by the Man in Linen. Then, the Begin at My Sanctuary -- "Here
we see that the church--the Lord's sanctuary--was the first to feel the
stroke of the wrath of God. The ancient men, those to whom God had given
great light and who had stood as guardians of the spiritual interests of the
people, had betrayed their trust. They had taken the position that we need
not look for miracles and the marked manifestation of God's power as in
former days. Times have changed. These words strengthen their unbelief, and
they say: The Lord will not do good, neither will He
do evil. He is too merciful to visit His people in judgment. Thus 'Peace
and safety" is the cry from men who will never again lift up their voice like a trumpet to
show God's people their transgressions and the house of Jacob their sins. These dumb dogs that would not bark are the ones who feel
the just vengeance of an offended God. Men, maidens, and little children all
perish together." E. G. White, Testimonies,
Vol. 5, 211. The only solution to the
"apparent" disparity between Ellen White's separation statements,
is these qualifying words in Selected Messages, Vol. 3, p. 21, statement: "...those who believe the third angel's
message." Those who really believe the truth will not be Laodicean
sinners. That is why Ellen White says there is nothing in the Word that
condones separation between those who believe the three angel’s messages. Those
who believe the three angel's messages will not be sinning and will have
separated from sin and sinners. The capstone to the three angel's messages of
Revelation 14:6-12 is: Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that
keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Questions and Statements: 1. How is sin removed from the SDA
church militant if its leaders will NEVER AGAIN show God's people, THE HOUSE
OF JACOB, their sins? How could the bad leave the SDA church militant and at
the same time the dross (tares) are gathered into the midst's of Jerusalem,
the SDA church militant for burning and melting, Ezekiel 22:17-31? 2. If Ezekiel 9 is literally fulfilled
as Ellen White says it will be, how was it fulfilled in its last manifestation
in A.D. 70? Who left who then and where were the tares (dross) burned? 3. Ellen White referred to the last
fulfillment of Ezekiel 9 as a PREFIGURE, p. 25, The Great Controversy. In
that prefigure TYPE, the good left the bad church militant. How could it be
different in any future LITERAL FULFILLMENT (antitype) and fulfill the TYPE? 4. Those who believe the three angel's
messages will not be sinners. They keep the commandments of God. There is to
be no separation between those who really keep the commandments of God. That
is the truth regarding the quote by Ellen White that leaders and laity are
always quoting but misinterpreting. 5. If sin was ever removed from the
SDA church militant, there would be no need of any Ezekiel 9 destruction
BEGINNING AT HIS SANCTUARY. 6. In the prefigure fulfillment of
Ezekiel 9, A.D. 70, the good separated from the sinners and the sinners were
destroyed in the midst's of Jerusalem, just as Ezekiel 9 prophesies. So it
will be in the next slaughter of Ezekiel 9, per Ezekiel 22:17-31. 7. There could be some minor
differences amongst those who believe the three angel’s messages, but those
minor differences are not sufficient that there is any sanction in the Word
of God to condone separation from the true believers in the three angel’s
messages. They are all commandment-keepers. This is what Ellen White is
really saying in her Selected Messages
statement, but the ignorant watchmen who “cannot understand,” Isaiah
56:10-12, and their wantonly following patron sheep, will misinterpret Ellen
White’s words to their own damnation. This is most sad and unfortunate. We are supposed to faithfully
follow the following formula for interpreting Ellen White and Scripture. If
we will do that, we can KNOW that we are not in error: Weight
of Evidence Formula: "1. Every word must have its proper bearing on the
subject presented in the Bible 2. All Scripture is necessary, and may be
understood by diligent application and study 3. Nothing revealed in Scripture
can or will be hid from those who ask in faith, not wavering 4. To understand
doctrine, bring all the scriptures together on the subject you wish to know,
then let every word have its proper influence and if you can form your theory
without a contradiction, you cannot be in error 5. Scripture must be its own
expositor, [interpreter] since it is a rule of itself. If I depend on a
teacher to expound to me, and he should guess at its meaning or desire to
have it so on account of his sectarian creed, or to be thought wise, then his
guessing, desire, creed, or wisdom is my rule, and not the Bible." E.G.
White, Second Advent Review and Herald,
