The Actual Beginning
of
The National Sunday Law
Regarding the following
notice, there are some qualifications that should be pointed out. The
qualifications are in no way intended by this writer to detract from the
serious of the times and the events pointed out in the video at the following
link, but it is important to keep definitions accurate. In other words, it
would be a serious error to reckon the days of Daniel 12:11, 12, and the instruction
of Matthew 24:14-21, as beginning from the date of the video recording in the
link below. I have always taught that the
National Sunday law would not BEGIN with the enforcement of it. At first it
will be a voluntary thing, but will soon be enforced.

The
beginnings of the National Sunday Law are certainly operative, but it really
will have BEGUN (as far as the
days of Daniel 12:11, 12 are concerned) when
the following things are fulfilled, and it will not be long from now until
these events take place:
The Constitution Repudiated
“By
the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of
God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When
Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the
Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with
spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country
shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and
republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of
papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the
marvelous working of Satan and that the end is
near.” {5T 451.1}
Enforcement of the Image
to the Beast
“The
beast with two horns is also to say "to them that dwell on the
earth, that they should make an image to the beast;" and,
furthermore, it is to command all, "both small and great, rich and poor,
free and bond," to receive "the mark of the beast." [REV.
13:11-16.] It has been shown that the United States is the power
represented by the beast with lamb-like horns, and that this prophecy will be fulfilled when
the United States shall enforce Sunday observance, which Rome claims as the special acknowledgment of her
supremacy. But in this homage to papacy the United States will
not be alone.” {GC 578.3}
14And this gospel of
the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations;
and then shall the end come.
15When ye therefore
shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand
in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16Then let them
which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17Let him which is
on the housetop not come down to take any thing out
of his house:
18Neither let him
which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19And woe unto them
that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20But pray ye that
your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21For then shall be
great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this
time, no, nor ever shall be. Matthew 24:14-21.
