As time advances, God’s earnest truth-seekers will continue in their diligent
studies, discerning the advancement and rapidity of the last day Events
(Testimonies for the Church volume 9 page 11). While we slept, for over a
month, the Media has continued to conceal what appears to be one of the
most significant issues within our time.

While we were sleeping, with our news stations flooded with obsessive
compulsive programming relating to the late “King of Pop”, Michael Jackson,
the Papacy has emerged, signing the Economical Encyclical Letter, beginning
the process of rejoining Church and State, unto Enforced Sunday Law, the
Mark of the Beast. Such a law will disallow Seventh-day Sabbath Keepers from
buying or selling (Revelation 13:11-18, Great Controversy page
604-607).

Does this mean that the deadly wound of the Papacy has been “healed”? The
Papacy has never been in favor of disunity between Church and State. The
U.S. Constitution has been a threat to the Papal Hierarchical order for
several centuries.

Daniel 12:1 edifies that there is going to be a time of trouble, such as
never was throughout the course of history. And this time of trouble brings
this present history to its climax. It is a time of trouble that will occur
before the second coming of Christ. The bible uses many varied
terminologies. In Revelation 13:11-18 it is called the “MARK OF THE BEAST
SYSTEM”. The Prophet Isaiah, within Isaiah chapter 8 refers to the time
prefacing the coming of Christ as a “Confederacy”. All of these terms
evidence varied dimensions of the final global system. These systems will
encompass religion, economics and political realms. The Mark of the Beast
will be “Enforced Sunday Law” a reflection of the past Middle and Dark Ages
during the fourth century, under the ruling of Pagan Rome. The Beast, Pagan
Rome, held Europe in bondage with Church/State unions. This future
“Confederacy” or “Beast” will again be a Church/State, political/religious
conglomerate, enforcing Sunday rest and worship.
Authorities will mandate globalized compliance of pagan worldly Sunday
Rest, as evidenced in Revelations 13 where the bible indicates that “he
exerciseth all the power of the Beast before Him” such a beast is referring
to the Beast from the Sea (Papacy), paralleling the Beast from Daniel 7:25,
otherwise known as the Leopard body Beast. The Beast from the earth,
symbolized as Protestant USA, “Lamb-like” with the façade of harmlessness,
as the two horns of civil and religious liberty have great significance
here. Freedoms of the press, religion, conscience were admirable principles
which early America developed and the constitution guaranteed freedom of
conscience in matters of faith and worship. America has become the greatest
country in this earth because of these wonderful principles. Freedom of
conscience is a biblical Protestant principle, dating back to the time of
the Protestant reformation, involving such reformers as Martin Luther
(Great Controversy page 148). During the reformation in Germany, these same
Protestant principles emerged, later crossing the Atlantic, later
solidifying as the “American Dream” and “U.S. Constitution”, influencing
the world with fundamental rights of freedom of conscience.

Shocking to the average American, John the Revelator’s prophecy edifies
that the Beast with two Horns like a Lamb will eventually speak as a
dragon, more specifically pointing to forthcoming “Religious Intolerance”,
as it will raise its diabolical and Satanic head in the end time, during
Jacob’s time of trouble (Daniel 12:1, Revelation 13:11). Thus, “Freedom of
Conscience” and Liberty of worship will be curtailed, causing restrictions,
fines and threats of imprisonment to those who forsake paying homage to
“Pantheism”, “Ecumenicalism”, “Globalism”, and satanic “Romanism” (Great
Controversy page 569, 604-607). Satan has used varied forms of government
such as the “Black Pope” Aldolfo Nicholas, as the latent enforcers of
varied policies, causing infiltration in Protestant entities and fueling
confusion “Corporate Babylon”. Corporatism with Spiritual Babylon refers to
ways of governing outside of the will of God and His Inspired Word, proven
infallible. Romanism and its Jesuit tentacles have arguably infiltrated
Protestant churches, plaguing the Protestant systems, causing division and
a globalized apostasy, a falling away from “Sola Scriptura”, true
Protestantism.

Revelations 8:5 thus represents an administration of wrath announcing the
close of probation, mercy has ceased and the administration has changed,
causing the execution of judgment. God’s angels of mercy do not however
cause destruction, but they signal mankind, revealing that mercy has
expired and wrath has begun (Daniel 12:1).

Both harvests will symbolically grow to maturity. There will be a harvest
for both righteousness and iniquity. God’s mercy has been extended. We must
not count the extension of God’s mercy as being untimely but it is in fact
His mercy, as since 1844, following Christ’s movement into the Most Holy
apartment in Heaven, He has bore long with His saints, pleading for their sealing
(Early Writings page 36-38). We must thus reproduce the Character of
Christ, preparing for the harvest of God’s remnant (Revelation 14:14-16).
Revelations 14:19 denotes a harvest of those that would have rejected the
light of God, consequently, ripening in iniquity, being cast into the great
wine press of God’s wrath, corresponding with Revelations 8:5. These latter
verses of Revelations 14 prove that probation has closed and judgment has
begun its execution.
Revelations 14:20 mentions the wine press being trodden without the city
and the blood flowing out of the wine press, thus this last gathering
represents those who are not apart of God’s remnant and restored “Sealed”
people. Such a body of unrighteous believers will be gathered, receiving
God’s wrath, symbolically being juiced and being extracted once probation
is closed. The grapes will be mashed and the juice will run out of the wine
press.
The wicked, by rejecting God’s mercy, have chosen to remain separate from
God. The wine press represents the wrath of God. The wine press’ blood
represents a slaughter between the unrighteous, who will make the “Front
Page News” turning on each other and their false teachers during Jacob’s
Time of Trouble (Daniel 12:1). The weapons that they have to destroy God’s
people will be turned on each other, the false teachers and the religious
leaders. The bloodshed will be unbearable, compared to wine running out of
the winepress. God will not be doing any destruction, nor will His
administrative, merciful angels, however, it will be the wicked turning on
their leaders. "It is thus that great deceiver seeks to conceal his
own work. By stubborn rejection of divine love and mercy, the Jews had
caused the protection of God to be withdrawn from them, and Satan was permitted
to rule them according to his will" (Great Controversy page 35). When
the wicked are separated from the mercy of God, every man becomes an enemy,
as God’s wrath will become fully developed, unmingled with mercy, as never
been witnessed before in the history of earth’s existence (Ezekiel 9:3-6,
Daniel 12:1, Revelation 14:9-11,16-20;16:1-21).
The people of God will not be free from suffering. However, if you are a
child of God, persecution will purify you, as gold tried in the fire and
you will be identified as an “Overcomer” obtaining privileges in Heaven
above angels (Zechariah 13:9, Malachi 3:1-3, Revelation 3:21). Overcomers
will not be murmuring and complaining, as they will be focused on
reproducing the Character of Christ (John 16:33, Revelations 14:1-5, Great
Controversy 621-622). God’s remnant are now in training, preparing for
forthcoming challenges and obstacles, recalling that not one of God’s
remnant perished at the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70 (Great
Controversy page 34-37). Challenging times and Persecution is part of our
training and preparation for deliverance from this earth (1Corinthians
15:51-52). During the time of harvest, the remnant will be satisfied: we
may not have three square meals a day but, we will receive sustenance from
God, similar to the Ancient children of Israel (Isaiah 33:16-17).
The great time of Trouble ahead contains vital salvation issues. Be
encouraged Saints and be ripe in righteous characters, accepting the full
Righteous Power of God, unto complete sealing victoring over sin, as
Jacob's Time of Trouble is ahead of us (Daniel 12:1, Matthew 5:48, Romans
1:20, 1John 3:9, Revelation 7:1-4, Testimonies For The Church Volume 3 page
43, Christ Object Lessons page 330). Brethren, be not discouraged as
"Babylon is fallen is fallen" and its fall will be a rapid one,
as our Redeemer aims to "...finish the work, and cut it short in
righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth"
(Romans 9:28, Revelation 18:1-4).
